My loved one likes the food, and loves the activities. It's less expensive. We picked this community, because A Place for Mom helped and avalability. I would other reccommend to other families.

The staff is fine. Sometimes the food is good, other times it's not. They had eveything that we wanted, it was nice place, and the cost was more affordable. They provided what they said they would . Overall, I would recommend to other families.

They are great. It's very clean, and they do a good job of everything. They are very friendly. They are excellent and know what they are doing. My loved one loves the food. They have a lot of activities, such as ; bowling, music and dancing. It's very good value for the money. We picked this community, because I really liked the people, it was great from the start, and a close location. I would recommend to other families and have already recommended to others. Also, the activities staff member sends pics/videos of my loved one.

They have been pretty good. Everyone was great. The care services were really good. The value for the money was good, compared to other places. We picked this community because, it was the best fit for my loved one. I would recommend to other families.

The meals are great. I really like the staff. They are caring, and go out of their way to help everyone feel that they are taken care of. I like the facility in general, it's a cozy building and a smaller community. We picked this community, because of the price compared to value, and it was one of the closet locations to my home. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

It’s hard to find an assisted living facility that has 24hr nurses on staff. This means they can provide more care that usually would necessitate a move out in any other community. Your loved one now needs a Hoyer lift? No problem. What about insulin injections? No problem. This facility is equipped to handle this type of care. It’s a rare gem and definitely needed in our communities. Thank you to everyone providing amazing care at “The Courte” we see you and appreciate all you do!

We just toured the facility but it was lovely. I was really impressed overall with how knowledgeable and kind the staff seemed especially. They knew all the residents’ names. The facility itself was very clean and bright, lots of activities. It seemed like it had a real family feel.

My mom and I just toured the facility for my dad with dementia. It looked very clean and organized. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. The cost seems very reasonable for memory care especially.

I like that the residents are paired up with a roommate, which helps with socialization and having someone to talk to. My loved one's particular roommate doesn't talk a lot and perhaps isn't quite the right right fit. It can be awkward getting both of their needs and preferences met. But there are common areas where you can visit with your loved one if their roommate needs space. We've worked out a system of putting each of their names on their belongings to make sure their things get put back to the rightful owner. The staff has been great - they're patient, friendly, and caring. They're really good about making sure she gets her medication on time. The food is good, and she's been eating well. I like how they gather in the dining room for every meal. It's pricey, but we're getting what we're paying for, so it's worth it. Initially we had an issue with online bill pay, but they were really helpful in communicating with us and getting that resolved. We've been really happy with Summer Wood.

The facility is just gorgeous. I have always been met with smiles and friendliness of the staff. It would be nice, if the medical team informed me when my loved one is running low on medication. They can improve on communication, and they can offer better food options. Also, they keep the residents active with the activites.

I toured this facility and it was great. The tour was very nice.

The Staff/Caregivers here take fantastic care of the residents here. They are passionate, kind, and professional. If you’re looking for a safe and peaceful space for a loved one, I’d recommend this community.

I have had the privilege of enjoying many videos of various activities designed and implemented with the goals of bringing life-giving joy and a deep sense of community to the residents of the Santa Ana Memory Care facility. Discussing staff members’ motivation and expertise in caring for these residents gives me confidence in the care provided.

A few months ago I set up an appointment to go into this facility for a tour. (Name Removed) set me up with one of the care facilitators to give me a tour. It was a very good tour, received brochures and a breakdown on cost. (Name Removed) did a follow up with me later that day. He has also informed me of meetings that contain information on Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Although my friend is not ready yet to go into a care facility, (Name Removed) is always keeping in touch with me every 2 to 3 weeks to see how my friend is doing. I must say I don’t get this much follow up by any other facility I have been in contact with. When the time comes, (Name Removed) will be one of the first people that I will get in contact with. I appreciate his follow up and attentiveness very much.

Drove up was impressed right away, spoke to the The marketing manager [name removed] I believe was her name. She gave me a tour, I was blown away. She new every answer to my questions and you can tell she has a great heart and compassion for her job and that community. Off her tour alone this community is the top spot to bring my father.

My mother spent close to 3years at Blossom Grove.The fact that she held on that long (I believe) is a testament to the quality of Care and attention the staff gives each and everyday . Despite the pandemic regularly shutting down visitations. my Mother continued to live her life with vigor until her last days there. Saying “thank you “ falls so short of expressing my gratitude to the staff at Blossom Grove who helped her transition to the next plane of existence. Thank you blossom grove !

My wife currently works for this community. I come in and have lunch with her and visit with those that reside in the community. I am always greeted with a smile and a welcoming attitude from all the staff. Very comfortable home like feeling. Would recommend to anyone in search of a family atmosphere for them or their loved one.

I was here with my high school choir to perform our Christmas concert for the people that lives at Bayside Terrace. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating to our group. The residents sang and clapped along with us. It was a great experience..

When I walked into the lobby, I felt like I was at home. From the big fish tank to the cozy chair conversation area and the food that was being served in the dining room which smelled great, I could see why everyone is talking about this place.

My loved one enjoys the food. Overall, our experience has been very nice. The staff seems to enjoy my loved one, and they are taking good care of them. I would recommend to other families.
