They’re very loving people who have fallen in love with my mom. The only negative is that they lost clothing the first visit. They are very accommodating. I call them up to see if they have room for respite care and they get back with me. It’s been wonderful. They’re great people. Mom says the food is very good. They take them out to lunch.

This should be a 6 star rated residence. The seniors appear in their 60 and 70s. The seniors are very active and get along fine. All of the staff especially Debbie is very helpful. All of the staff from the housekeeper to the chief is very friendly and very helpful. The food is the best outside of Adante. After you eat, then you can walk trails of the beautiful surroundings. If you are a birdwatcher you will lose your mind. The apartments are very up to date and very pretty.

What a wonderful place! So thankful to know my Mother is safe, secure and loved and being cared for by the awesome, friendly staff of Sundance Memory Care. I will recommend this place for placement of family members who suffer from memory loss.

If they had a six I would give the staff a six. It's the best staff in the world. If I had to give some constructive critisism it would be that they could do a little painting and remodeling, but that is just aestetics, very minor compared to the quality of care. The doctor that is there, Dr. Steve Fehlauer, he is the best doctor that my mother has had for 30 years. He really dug in to find the issues. I couldn't get good medical care anywhere, except for him. They have a nurse that became a good family friend, and gave outstanding care compassion and love to my mom, Jan Parkinson told my mom she loved her a hundred times. I would reccommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with this care facility. The representative stayed on an icey night to spend time visiting with us. Never hurried us along even though roads were getting bad. Debbie was wonderful, talking directly to both my husband and me. All the employees we met appeared genuine in their care of the residents. When we began preparing my mom in law's room on a Sunday, the maintenance man, Louis, was very helpful and friendly. He kept checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Loaned us all sorts of tools. Since move in, everyone has been exceptionally nice working with all of us, including my children, who are apprehensive about the transition. Debbie sends me pictures when I'm missing my mom in law and relays messages. Norma, director of nursing, stays on top of things letting us know immediately if anything needs attending to. She has gone out of her way to help us with paperwork and any questions or other needs. The facility, itself, is beautiful. Looks like a fancy hotel rather than an assistive living facility. Very inviting. We love it.

Our mom has been living at Washington Gardens for about 6-7 weeks now. For the first time in many years she now participates in social activities and when we come to visit is often joining with others in whatever is going on. She seems happier now than we have seen for quite some time. We are very pleased.

Very nice facility. Doesn't look at all like a care facility. Looks like a plush hotel. Residents were very friendly and looked good, well groomed. Semiprivate rooms were very nice as they actually look like a 2 bedroom apt w/o the door between rooms. Allows for privacy but companionship. They were glad to allow my mom in law's cat who has been her companion for the past 10 years. When a resident walked by Debbie immediately shifted her attention to them from us. You could tell the resident was the most important factor. Debbie was great, straight forward and gentle with us.

My mom is very, very hapy at Ashley Glen. She loves the staff, the food is really good, and it is very clean. She is very happy with it.

I loved this place, and it too is a possible respit location. Our loved ones would both like it very much to live there, so it is in competition with Emeritus at Oakwell Farms.

This is a brand new facility with openings. She raved about the atmosphere and location. They have furnished or unfurnished rooms, shared or private rooms (the only thing shared is the bathroom). There are 48 apartments with only 30 residents at the moment.

Carpets in hallway could be replaced - and marks on walls from walkers, etc. Everyone is very friendly. My dad has no complaints about the quality of care. There is a lot of variety for the food - dad feels they offer too much food and there is a lot of food waste, but? There are so many activities - it might be nice to have some male only activities, but overall a good variety and lots to participate in when available. Value for cost - no complaints.

Great facility - we have had other family members in other facilities in Newberg and this is by far the best. Great staff always - maybe under staffed but who know why that - it's everywhere in that industry unfortunately. But staff is compassionate and great with the different levels living there. Love the variety of activities they have daily. Management is great - communicate wonderful. I recomment the place

Our aunt is there and we love the place. The staff always seems to be so compassionate to the residents and personalizes it for each of their needs. They have great activities each day to keep it different and moving too. They encourage involvement as best as they can. Management communicates nicely with families. Questions are answered. And they have great celebrations for family members. I'd recommend this to anyone - Our aunt is higher functioning and they deal with that great!!

Moved my father in about 3 weeks ago and he is involved in the activities and has people to eat with. The staff is so attentive and on the ball. Medication is given when supposed to be. The staff makes him feel like family. So glad we chose Inspired!

July 2017: My husband was a resident during the period August 2016-March 2017. I only have GREAT things to say about the staff - from Management to each member of the facility (all are caring and attentive), the food (my husband's previous stay had him eating pureed food - Ashley Glen had him on reg food - which worked for him most of the time); the accommodations. When I had to make the decision to have my husband leave our home, I was very fortunate in that they had a room available in their Memory Care unit. One of the most difficult decisions I will ever have made in my life was moving my husband to a full-time facility. Due to the caring nature of all staff, it was also one of the best decisions I ever made. In the future, I hope to spend some of my free time volunteering at this facility. I having nothing but praise to say about this facility. Thank you.

The main reason that we chose this community was for the putting green. My father's whole life revolved around golf and having that available for him made the transition smoother. He has his own putters in his room and he has the freedom to go out to the main area when he wants to. The staff there are all personal;e and nice, I have had a good experience with all of them.

My husband and I looked at a large number of places for my sister who had dementia and finally found Sundance at Brushy Creek. This place was always clean and I never smelled any urine or any other unpleasant odors. The place was always neat and had someone cleaning something. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, to my sister and to all of us too. It was very difficult to lose my sister to a very fast moving dementia and the whole staff were right there with us all the time. [Removed] was willing to keep in touch with us at all hours of the day and night if needed and gave us her phone in case we needed her expertise at odd hours to assist in matters to assist my sister. This was of great assurance to us that we could have access to her as the RN in charge when ever it was necessary. Fortunately, we did not have to call her, she was the one who had to call us when necessary. I cannot say enough good things about this place and every friend and family member that came to visit always said the same thing. I am very glad we found this place and I would not hesitate to place another family member at Sundance at Brushy Creek again if need be.

The move for my mother has been difficult, but the staff at this community have really helped my mother feel as much at home as possible. The room she is in is very comfortable, has room for all of her stuff and is maintained very clean. So far, we are very happy with our decision to chose this community.

My father in law is very happy here at this community. Excellent staff members that are outstanding. He is very happy with all the meals and the variety . Alot of activities for him to participate in. Very clean community inside and out. Highly recommended to others for great care.

We placed our loved one in Catalina Springs on the day they opened their facility. We are extremely happy with the beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine and activities too numerous to mention. Staffing is always difficult when opening a new business and they've had some changes. We thank management for being persistent in locating the best of the best when hand selecting their core staff. We are comforted in knowing our mom is not only well cared for but loved by their employees in our absence. I completely disagree with the negative comments listed below and believe they were written with malice and not factual at all.
