I'm extremely pleased with Heartis of Longview. Everyone is professional and seem to genuinely care about the people for whom they care. Highly recommend these wonderful folks.

We placed our loved one in Catalina Springs on the day they opened their facility. We are extremely happy with the beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine and activities too numerous to mention. Staffing is always difficult when opening a new business and they've had some changes. We thank management for being persistent in locating the best of the best when hand selecting their core staff. We are comforted in knowing our mom is not only well cared for but loved by their employees in our absence. I completely disagree with the negative comments listed below and believe they were written with malice and not factual at all. The staff here is so friendly and professional and the level of care that they provide here is excellent. This is a very well maintained and clean facility. It is a blessing.

Just the thought of moving my Mom into assisted living was extremely stressful for me. Thank goodness for Ashley Glen !!! First: The management team explained what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, when it was going to happen and why it was going to happen...and then it all happened exactly like they said!!!! Second: My 96 year old Mom was admitted about a month ago and was not looking or feeling well. In a month she is out of the wheelchair, has completed physical therapy and is walking!!!! Third: Ashley Glen provides a wonderful environment for residences to flourish. ALL the caregivers and staff are friendly and patient. The facility is spotless and the residents are clean and comfortable. Fourth: Ashley Glen is a great value. Rates are very reasonable for all services provided. You are not nickeled and dimed as in some other facilities. But the most important thing Ashley Glen provides is Peace of Mind. My Mom loves it there and is happy...what else is there?

This is the first time my parent has been in an assisted living place. I am happy with the care the employees give.

Recently moved my mother into Los Patios and she loves her new home environment, as well as, all the amenities, activities, and new friendships. The apartments and the grounds are well kept along with gated security. The independent living residents have full kitchens, quaint patios, and some even have a personal laundry room. To summarize, luxury styled living with friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff members all included to meet the budget best suited for each individual's needs.

My mother has only been there for less than 2 weeks, but so far they have been great. I will know more once she has been there for a few months.

The facility is wonderful with all amenities and activities. To help with the transition we used day care and this enabled the transition to be smooth and painless. Teresa Wolfe and all staff members were super and went above and beyond to accomodate our loved one. Even with regards to the kitty. Thanks and keep up the good work.

The Landings has worked very well for my brother,[name removed]. The room is very nice, good is alright. The medical supervision has been good, staff is friendly and attentive. Sunday services like hair salon, etc. are good. Overall, happy with the facility and services.

Current staff is working very hard for the full capacity preserve. Quality of care is good. Activities good, food isn't so hot. Place still looks clean and new. My. Mom's in a studio and it's small but to be expected. Love the staff.

I mostly like how sweet and kind the staff is. They genuinely seem to care for the residents.

I'm speaking for my mom. They are getting to capacity and need more staff to help with meal time.

This facility is a Type A assisted living, meaning that your loved one must be able to self-evacuate in an emergency. They are very clear about this when touring. The facility is beautiful and the grounds are too. It just wasn’t right for our needs.

The cottages were the only ones available. The community is new and the activity center for cottages is still being built. No meal options were presented. We were told the rate would go up $ [removed]in Jan. We are at max for payments for 2 at $ [removed]and unsure how much it will increase annually

The people were nice. I would recommend to others.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very good at engaging with the residents and visitors. All requests I've made for my wife have been handled quickly and professionally. The staff is outstanding

My husband was only there for 4 months. The room was nice. Food mediocre. The activities were almost nil, partly due to his lack of interest and probably mainly because he displayed aggressive behavior.

The amenities are wonderful, the apartments are spacious. The kitchen is often short staffed and this can lead to longer wait times for meals. The maintenance staff can also take awhile to fill requests. The director is involved and often reaches out to family members with updates

Administrators are reachable and responsive. No bad interactions with any staff members. Many go out of their way to help. I have observed the chef coming out to see what the residents were eating/liking. Seems to be a pretty diverse menu. Plenty of activities if you want to join in. Outings to nearby stores and restaurants occur-you have to sign up for these very early to get a seat on the bus. Rooms are good size Really only one negative: there seems to be an ant problem at times.

Nice facility. Only issue is that just charged me [amount removed] one time fee for cat peeing on carpet. It was a surprise charge. Hopefully, it won't become an issue. I would recommend to people who don't have a pet.
