When assisted living became necessary for my 96-year-old mother, I was apprehensive. Ashley Glen has given me total peace of mind. My mother went from inactivity at home to what can only be described as a new woman thanks to the people and programs at Ashley Glen. In the month or so she has been there she is eating better, has improved mentally and is more active and alert. She is enjoying life again and not just existing. The transformation has been beyond my wildest expectations. I speak with her every night and the change is phenomenal. I highly recommend Ashley Glen. It is in a class by itself.

It has been just a wonderful place. They go above and beyond to make my grandfather happy. It has really worked out well. He is spoiled with food, so he complains, but I have eaten there, and I would say the food is okay, but the portions aren't as big as he is used to. I really like that they have these little family areas that you can reserve, for meals, it's fantastic. The people are very responsive, if someone needs something, they will drop everything and do it right now. They have activities seven days a week. They are designed for Alzheimer's/dementia people. They were the more expensive place, but the person who introduced me to the facility really won me over, Tammy just knew her product, and that was my grandfather. She pointed out the things like the design of their building, and that made the difference for me.

Very impressed. Very homey, pleasant smells. Caregivers seem very engaged with patients. Flexible to meet patients desires. Handled a resident challenge in a de-escalating manner that brought calm to the resident. Outdoor areas are very pleasant. I was envied to lunch and found the food tasty and tender. Adaptions had been made to include all parts of a recipe but adjusting to ensure that food is easy to eat (ie. soft croutons in a Caesar salad). Resident room ms are nice size and I saw numerous ways that furniture could be arranged to make it homey.. Approach to activities as educational and engaging (as opposed to time fillers) were well thought out. Employees all seem happy.

Overall it's been a very positive experience at Autumn Leaves of Cypresswood. I cant think of anything negative to say about this place. Everything just went really well. I definitely would have her in this facility again.

I am really pleased my dad seems to love it. It always smells nice and the apt is always cleaned the food looks good and my dad eats more times then what he did. I pray that they keep up the good work..

I like it here so far. The people are friendly, and it's kept clean. I don't have any complaints. I would give them a five at this point. I am pretty happy with them.

It's far and above better than the place where my loved one came from. To me that was paramount in going there. It far exceeds anything else out there.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place has been thus far and my mother has only been there a week! The staff is so loving, caring and seems genuine in their concern for my mom. They are immediately "on" anything I have questions or concerns about. My mom seems very content and is starting to feel more at home every day. It's clean, the food is good(I had lunch one day) and there are fun things going on all the time! I highly reccommend Ashley Glen for senior living!

We had my dad at another place that was very expensive and in which dad ended up on the floor three times in the first ten days. We ended up getting him in Silverado Aspen Park as recommended by A Place For Mom, and they have been great. From the first tiem there I got a really good feeling about it. Dad lived there for a short time and eventually passed away there, and everything about the experience from beginning to end was absolutely flawless. The place was an absolute Godsend.

This was the first facility that we looked at when the time came to relocate our father to Longview. We walked in and had a great first impression, and then an equally great 2nd, third and 4th impression as we learned more about the quality of care, the quality of the staff, the quality of the physical plant that is offered. . Every detail about Fountainview has been well thought out. Of the 6 facilities we looked at that day, this was our first choice. We have great peace of mind, now, knowing that our father is in a wonderfully friendly place, as well as meeting his needs for assistance at age 99. The location is just right for us, too, to be able to pick him up and take him places. This was such an answer to prayer. We are so grateful.

My brother lives in the facility and he likes it.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I think out of all the places we saw Autumn Leaves was my favorite! The personnel were nice and everyone was friendly. The premises were super clean, and even the people who weren't all there mentally were happy and well cared for!

Everything I have heard has been positive, and when I have been there I have been really happy. They have very friendly, and it's really clean. Ultimately the thing that stands out the most is the staff, they really are so nice.

Our family was TOTALLY satisfied with The Inn at Los Patio's staff, care, activities, FOOD and natural environment with squirrels, birds, many trees, flowers and beautiful trails for walking. The Inn is a home and the staff truly cares for the residents.

It's going great!! He is doing very well there, adjusting and settling in nicely. I really like it cause it's small. The aides are excellent. It's much more homey than some of the other places. He eats better there than he ever has. I was there a lot in the beginning being an eagle eye. Any issue that ever came up was handled right away, and now I can relax knowing they do a great job. We are just so happy with them!

They are doing excellent, they are really friendly, and very clean. They offer superior value. Everything they do is excellent, the food, the activities, the care services. It was a toss up between two communities, and we feel so lucky we chose this one. They gave me a price reduction for one year, and even helped me look at the long range financial planning. I took it, and I am so glad because we couldn't be happier. Everyone of the staff, the caregivers, the supervisors, the nursing staff, all of them are just great!

My mother has been a resident for over a year now. A good facility has become an excellent facility following the addition of many wonderful new staff members recently. The staff is very caring and have done so many things to make Mom's journey as safe and stimulating as possible. Bonnie has made many changes both big and small - all have been meaningful and increased the level of care for all of the residents. Kimberly cannot be a more caring person who seems to always know what's going on with Mom. Tonya and her great activities have brought Mom from just watching others to getting into the middle of what's going on, providing lots of stimulation and interaction. Bernadette's nursing care has really been a wonderful addition for Mom in several different ways. The caregivers are friendly and so kind to Mom. We have enjoyed many wonderful family nights which are held monthly. We know Mom is receiving excellent care by special people.

I like the professionalism, and all of the activities, to meet my dad's needs. They have a large number of staff members that can help, and they have a lot of activities. They go out boating, they have a wood shop, they have musical performances, they have something to do on a day to day activities. They have a lot for them to choose from. The location is pretty good because it is close to my house. I can't think of anything that could really be better.

Best place by a mile! The staff really know what they're doing and a very warm, friendly environment. Tons of walking areas and extensive yard that is completely fenced. Memory care only so not overshadowed by regular senior care. Nurses around the clock. Doc onsite 5 days a week! $6100 but all inclusive and never increases. Small fee for transportation with caregiver assistance and $14 a day if incontinent. Admin fee $4000

Husband has been at the facility almost 2 years and I'm extremely pleased. Dir. Bonnie Berkman, hands on direction, has turned a good facility around to an outstanding one. Caregivers are now required to have certifications, they are compassionate, caring, know their jobs well and go beyond the call of duty. All residents are bathed regularly, they faces are washed, teeth brushed, and changed timely. Bedrooms are locked so other residents aren't going in/out of rooms taking things or scaring residents at night. There are activities for stimulation and socialization from 9 to 5, seven days a week and movies at night. Families can eat with their loved ones free. I eat at least once a day. Food is very good and looks appealing. The place is very clean. There is a family night every month with dinner and entertainment. Place has security cameras which can be reviewed to see residents and employees. I can leave my husband knowing he will be cared for.
