My tour was positive! The staff was friendly and the community was well-maintained!

The ED is very knowledgeable he took a good amount of time showing us around and explaining everything. The staff were very engaged with the other people there (who lived there). The building was very clean, activities were going on and people were involved when the time is right we will be moving in.

We love the Heartis Longview, the people are very nice, cooperative and accommodating. I highly recommend this community. They are very good about doing what I ask, my aunt seems to be very pleased. My cousin and I love the openness and brightness, the facility it's very open and bright. [Removed], the executive director, is an amazingly sweet lady. Everyone down to the maintenance man is just as accommodating, we could not be more pleased.

I love living here! Love my room and friends are such a blessing. I never though I would be so happy. I have lived here over a year and I have never looked back. Extra: My opinions, the whole property belongs to me

The residents are like "family". Everyone is friendly. I love to read books, so I enjoy keeping the books "readable", library book nook. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My place is perfect, but the Inn come as close to is as it can be. The grounds with all the huge Oak tress and the shaded grounds you can walk are beautiful. All the people that I know are so nice including all the staff in administration, marketing , front desk, in the salon, food service, house keeping, maintenance, transportation & security. I really love living here, it's so beautiful

Living at the Inn has made this season of my life very comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. This is because the "entire" staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Here I feel very safe yet enjoy my independence. The Inn offers many activities each week for one to choose. All my needs have been met here. They welcome new ideas and reach out to meet them. It's just a healthy environment!

We love the place, especially the activities that Esther would be able to participate in.

My mother-in-law is doing fine and she likes it there. The care, activities and meals are good at the community. She has put on 3 pounds from the staff told us when they called with an update. The Executive Director was nice and had a nice apartment available with her own bathroom in it. They community is close to my daughter which is why we picked them.

I am very happy with the care at this good community. the staff is very nice and always very caring to her needs. The meals are good and appealing. She is active with a lot of the great activities that she is offered. This is a community that is close to my home. I was able to talk with other families and we hope that they can get more staff available. They are always attentive to anything that she is needed. We would recommend the care of this community to other families for excellent care.

I like this community for mom. They are very caring and attentive to her needs for the great care. The meals are outstanding and a good variety and the chef goes out of his way to make sure she is accommodated on anything she wants. She likes the activities and they help her in many ways. I would recommend this community for the great value and the care that is given.

We are happy with this community. We like the care from the staff members. They do offer activities that she is trying to participate in with the other residents. The community is clean and well taken care of. We like that when you visit that the other residents make you feel at home. We would recommend the care given here to other families.

Callaway Gardens has been a Godsend! My mother has been a resident for 11 months. All the staff is kind, respectful and provide excellent care. Everyone of the residents are shown compassion and sensitivity by all the staff. Facility is always clean and the food is really good. Love all your activities and invites to share in their days & MEMORIES! Thank you for making us feel like family! Outstanding staff & Excellent teamwork. YOU ARE THE BEST

I took a tour of this community and the feeling that I got from the first time I walked in was a feeling of comfort . The general atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. People were interacting with each other and the staff was great with them.

Our tour of this community was excellent, the staff made sure that my loved ones questions where answered in detail and had lots of patience with her. The property was well maintained and kept very clean.

I have been since since june 2015.I came to the Inn not really knowing what I was to do after my husband died.I was very lost but let me tell you Praise Jesus He Lead me here.And some very dear people just moves in and they are like my family.First & I saw how much love and caring was here.The love alone was enough,but there were art classes.Then found out they have exercise classes.Also machine work out.A pool for water aerobics.Being here has been a family experience as I am an only child.My life growing up was very lonely both parents worked.Being here has been like coming home to some of the best people I have ever met in my life. We have activities happening all the time. Come if you want or not. We have wonderful drivers that take us to the doctors during the week. And on weekends. Someone to drive you to the church of your choose. We also have church services here. Wonderful!! We play games on Saturdays and they always have a movie in the afternoon. The food here is wonderful. I know because I have gained weight. Pets are aloud. My puppy keeps me warm at night too. Praise Jesus for loving pets. Also we have a big bus that takes us to the grocery stores and to the malls for mere shopping. I see smiles and laughter here. I see love & caring for each other. I am so thankful that I am here and I thank our Lord for that.

I have not lived in this community long enough to give a lasting opinion. I am very happy so far,Especially with the friendliest of the staff, and the helpfulness of them.I am very satisfied with my accommodation feel very "AT HOME" here.

Callaway Gardens Alzheimer's Special Care Kennewick, Excellent place for mom. Looks like mom's home. Saw quite a few staff members available to help the residence.

My mother received great care from the staff at Oak Hills Terrace Memory care. I was extremely pleased with their services. My mother walked out of the community very well she did not have any difficulty. Her interaction with people has also improved so much. I would definitely recommend this community their services are great and the staff goes above and beyond.

Callaway Gardens facility in Kennewick looked and felt much like mom's home. Very nice, clean and seemed to be quite a few caretakers available to help the residence.
