I was very shocked when I received the bill from the pharmacy they use it was outrageous and I was told I would be charged an additional fee if I choose another pharmacy. It's definitely a racket. We are at their mercy, so they take advantage whenever they can.

The cleanliness and the Activities Director. The Executive Director could be more involved with the residents and generally be a little more accessible.

The most important thing for me was getting long care health insurance. I moved out of Sancerre yesterday because I didn't want to pay [fee removed] a month. My insurance never came through,. I loved the residents and made some great friends. Another area needing improvement was the hiring and retention of help

The facility is very clean. They are in transition in both activities and the food departments right now so hopefully it will get better.

Overall has been a very good experience. Nursing staff is excellent and has been very consistent over the last year.

The facility is very clean and nice. The employees are very nice. You can see the employees really care for their residents. The residents have said they love the aides. The aides do their best to help the residents and meet the residents requirements of the day.

My mother has resided in the memory care community for 3 years. Director turnover is very high. They are very friendly but different skill levels. The activities are good but we need more interactive activities not just watching TV. The urine smell is more presenting certain area. The staff is great. It's an area that takes the right individuals to work in. The cost is high.

My only negative would be that the dining room service needs to be more efficient. Doesn't seem to be much order to how they wait on people. Numerous times I have ate meals with my friend and we have gone unrecognized and food items that they apparently put in their iPad gets forgotten. The food itself, the fellowship the residents get at meal time is excellent. They seem to be going through several administrative changes I'd like to say for the better but I have not seen yet. Most of the "General" staff is very helpful and will bend over backwards to please.

Far better than other places in the area. Staff truly care for its residents. Expensive but worth it. Don't like little added charges they are putting in. IE/ if you need food sent up to room they charge extra now. Seems like "field trips are limited to within a few miles. Would be nice if they could go to the beach or other places within 20 miles. So much to enjoy in Florida.

The pool, meals, that you can have family join you for meals, and even spend a few nights with you at the facility. Yes, we would recommend The Gallery to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Take time to understand the staffing structure during all times of day...not just during the typical 9-5. Always be an advocate for your loved one! If something seems off, ask leadership about it. Understand the habits of the potential roommate if you're considering a shared space. Also, understand that roommate's family routine.

Parents complain about the variety and quality of meals. Mom has been moved to memory care. Laundry does not always come back to the right person. Staff is helpful and friendly. Cost has been increasing.

Facility is clean and bright and most of the time staff are very pleasant. We have concerns about laundry, which keeps getting lost and misdirected. I have witnessed no enrichment activities but an told they take a place.

They are seem kind and loving. However, a lot of my visits are on the weekend, and it takes forever to get in because they seem to always be understaffed. Dad is in memory care....someone has to unlock the door every time I go in or leave

We liked that it was newer than some of the other ones and room was nicer. They really need to invest in more comfortable seating in their activities room. What 80 year old wants to sit in a hard folding chair to watch a movie? Needs more landscaping and a more pleasant outdoor area.

The food is very expensive and they give the person $[removed] a month to spend on their food and there's nothing on the menu that they can get reasonably priced everything's à la cart you order a pork chop you order corn that's extra. You order a potato that's extra. You order a drink that's extra. A dessert is extra so I think the pricing of the food is out of hand even though they give you a complementary breakfast, it's still, not what we were told in. They have great activities now they get more and more each as they go along. If the person participates some activities they get a little ticket at the end of the month they use their tickets to get door prizes, which is kind of cool. And as it goes for value of money, it's a little expensive. I'm hoping after his year being there, they don't raise the rent up higher, but he enjoying it and when it comes down to it, that's all that really matters and he's starting to make some friends and getting a little bit more active. And in the past, if we've had any issues with anything they get right on top of it so that's a good thing also. The facilities and the staff are nice. They hold nice conversations with my uncle but again they have to do that kind of stuff because you're paying them. Basically I have seen the Director get involved in different activities and she is very involved that kind of stuff so they are good that way. The Gallery also has assistant living and memory care which I'm told the assistant care and the memory care are excellent from the EMT standpoint and when we've had to go in and talk to them at the assistant living in the memory care, they have been super super nice. I am friends with an EMT that she serves all the facilities there and she does say out of all the facilities that is the nicest one and the people there are the nicest so that is good thing to know.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great at helping the residents whenever needed.

Overall, a great community. Highly recommend independent living. For assisted living they are wonderful if you need minimal assistance, such as meals and help with medicines. If you need more skilled nursing, such as insulin shots, or help with mobility, this may not be the place for you.
