The staff is nice and kind, the community is clean and neat. My mother says she loves it here. I have already recommended this community to several other people.

We have been extremely happy with the community, every time we are able to visit it is sparkling clean. The staff members are extremely friendly and really do seem to care about the residents. The care services are wonderful, our loved one has been kept healthy during this time and the value is excellent.

We were very impressed with the facility--it was so beautiful! Also, our guide [name removed] was amazing. He met us at 7 PM and gave us Zoom tours of the Memory Care. He went above and beyond our expectations and answered all of our questions. We would feel totally at ease bringing our Mom here.

I am so happy that I am now a part of this community. I have found new friends and am very satisfied with my living accommodations. This has become a very good change at this time in my life.The staff has been at and are now my family. Looking forward to many more events and sharing my life with everything and everyone.

Encourages us to participate. Wonderful people. Everyone has been so helpful and caring about our feelings. Our exercise classes are great. We have movies, bingo with prizes, we go on road trips with picnics and food.

I am glad and thankful to be in a safe and secure place where I can have my dog, Buster, with me.

My mom is very happy at Demaree. The staff are all pleasant. The food is excellent. My mom has gained some weight back that she had lost because of poor quality of food at another facility. I also thank A Place for Mom for all their help.

The visit was a delight. [Removed] was very informative. Hopefully mon and stepdad will get accepted and live a long and happy life here.

We chose Sugar Fork Crossing because it was more attractive and it had nice open spaces for activities and a courtyard as well. The facility is all one level so that makes things easy to navigate. Everything has been pretty good except for some of the medication dispensing - it seems like things get lost in translation sometimes. Overall I would recommend Sugar Fork Crossing to others.

The staff have gone above and beyond to make my dad comfortable and a feel of “home”. They have helped me as a daughter to deal with the changes in his health and memory.

I've heard the meals are good but haven't eaten it personally. I love that it's local to so many places, you can take your loved ones out to eat, to go shopping, or do something fun with family and it's all SO close!

Loving and caring staff make us feel well cared for. Lots of activities keep us busy. I would recommend to others depending on their level of care.

What we like the most about the community is that it is very clean, everyone is very nice, enough activities to keep you as busy as you want to be.

Always room for improvement. Always get a friendly greeting from the staff. Communication could slightly improve for medical staff. Very helpful. My bother has little compliments. Not sure on the activities, brother hasn't seamed to settle in yet. As previously stated, Always room for improvement.

Staff is amazing. My mom loves the activities and games. Food is amazing. My mom has gained quite a bit of weight. That's what she needed. He is a gourmet chef on her birthday. You can ask for a private room and we did that for my mom's birthday. Only complaint is [name removed] has not returned my calls concerning my mom's care. We have quarterly meetings. Her overall expense went up and I questioned the care and I still haven't got answers. I had a phone meeting with her and she never called me. [name removed] and [name removed] is still there and they're amazing to work with and the staff. My mom's been there almost a year and she said it was a good decision. She's happy there. She's eating more and less depressed because she was widow and depressed and not eating at home. She has made friends also! During her birthday party, they help me decorate and had a birthday party for her! Invited others to join.

Homey environment. Plenty of activities and opportunities for socialization. Good variety for meals. Convenient partnerships with PT OT ST rehab and primary care physician. There has been some staff turnover but I suspect that is prevalent within the industry at all communities- our interactions with staff have been friendly. Overall safe environment that provides great care for mom
