Experience Senior Living

This is a new and beautiful facility. In fact, my granddaughter visited recently and commented that it felt like being in a fancy hotel. They are very helpful here. One thing we really like is that they use an app to send pictures and updates on activities daily. It's great for family who isn't close by, we all enjoy the updates. They have a good variety of activities, sometimes multiple in one day. They balance them well between social, emotional, brain, and physical activities. The food is good quality and variety. They have a multi menu daily with 4 starters and 2 specials, other options and a good variety of dessert options as well. Communication with the family is absolutely great, especially during the hurricane. They sent a letter out ahead of time to notify family of their plan and had 2 teams there for 24 hours at a time. They have a generator and had bottled water and others things on hand just incase. Thankfully, they didn't have to evacuate. We chose to bring mom home during the storm, they did have a water breach in one of the hallways and had to move a few of the residents. But they're working hard to get it fixed and sending us updates daily. They have about 100 workers in and out of there right now trying to get it repaired. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The Springs of Parc Hill was the most expensive facility out of the ones we looked at. But what sticks out the most about the facility was how clean it is and the friendliness of the staff. It was at the top of my list.

Everything is good and it is a nice and new place. There is a new chef, and all the residents are waiting for the food to get straightened out to meet our tastes. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The activities are a little slow in getting back up and running due to a new activities director. Some of the activities available include: bingo, cards, outings, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a pool on site and exercise groups available as well. There is a gym with a licensed physical therapist as well.

The tour experience was fine, and they had a lot to offer, but we decided to go with another community for our loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community, the place was nice and the people were very friendly but at the time we needed a place for our loved one they did not have a private room available.

My Mom is here and everyone is very nice and pleasant to be around. They treat the residents very well and do a lot with them.

The residents and staff are very lively and energetic,. There is always something to do for the residents, and the staff members are attentive to residents and family members.

Walnut Crossing is a fun place to be. They have lots of different activities for everyone. Their bus goes to different stores and places to eat. Everyone is very nice and caring. It is very clean and well taken care of.

I am extremely impressed with this facility, it is so clean and well kept up. The staff including maintenance, nursing, food service are wonderful and very caring.

My parents were some of the first to move into the Assisted Living. I came to visit them, staying nearby but basically with them all day. Every staff member knew my parents by name and gave hugs too! The woman who runs activities plans amazing things and tries to involve everyone. I was sad to leave and wished I wasn’t too young to move in! The food is also excellent- my parents have gained a little weight now that they are eating healthy food regularly and not relying on take out. I also work and have worked at various ALFs in other states in the US and this is way better than any of them!

Lovely place! The new building is very warm and inviting. Every time I've come to visit staff are engaged and helping residents. The food always smells good and my father has yet to give me a negative review himself. I am very pleased with Demaree Crossing!

The Gallery at North Port's tour was very thorough. They asked all the right questions. And they answered all the right questions. They were on par with other places we toured and liked, and I didn’t see any issues. It just came down to personal preference for our family.

My loved one loves the fact that the community is brand new. It is very modern and modern apartment. The apartment that my loved one has 2 bathrooms, has 2 walk in showers. The food is very good. They have anytime dining, and they have special for lunch and dinner. If you don't want the special, they have other options for the resident to choose from. I have already recommend the community to others, and will continue to recommend the community.

This is one of the nicest communities I have been in. The residents and staff are very friendly and nice here. I have already recommend the community to others. The meals are wonderful. I can't complain at all. There is a menu for the residents to order off of. The apartment, transportation, a point system for meals per month, housekeeping, changing of linens, and utilities are included in the monthly fee.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the community, we were very comfortable on the tour and the gal was very informative.

There is a person who was just promoted. Whatever you need to know, I would contact her, as she was the marketing director. I think she is the Administrator now and she is the person to talk too for any information. She is great!

They do my laundry. I go to the dining room to eat so I don't have to go the grocery.

They are a nice bunch of girls! It's been nice....the people are nice the food is good, it's very clean

I like that cooking, cleaning, washing (laundry) is all done for me. I like the apartment, view from my window. I enjoy my friendships. I like the freedom to continue projects.
