This community is very well run. Staff is very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. They know all the residents and help them with their needs. Front desk is always amazing!

I enjoy living in this community. There are many activities. The residents, especially those who participate, are very nice people.

So far everything is good, and our loved one is doing well here. The staff are very loving, caring people, especially with the dementia patients. The facility has nice open areas for her to wander around, which she does a lot of. It's just a very pleasant place.

This community was a sterile environment. It just did not have the warm feeling to it. it was new and very clean it was just to open and did not give the right feeling for us.

Walnut Crossing could improve a little bit more on their care services, and the meals and dining. Overall our loved one is enjoying the meals, but our loved one gets a little confused because for lunch they serve dinner food, and for dinner they serve more lunch food, so the menu is switched up. Our loved one does not always choose to participate in the activities, but they have plenty going on. We really are encouraged by everything they offer, they have a nice library a movie theater, and they can go to the farmers market.

I would highly recommend the community to others. The staff is great to work with. The have a fair amount of activities during the week for my loved one. However, the activities on the weekend could be added to.

We chose Heritage Crossing because of the value for the money and it was a new facility. When we went to look around and tour they were very informative and we were impressed. The room sizes here a very good. I would recommend them to others.

I love, love, loved Heritage Crossing. I really liked the person I talked to on the tour, and I liked the building. It was just a matter of availability at the time that I needed it for my loved one.

The Springs is beautiful. [name removed] was very helpful. I can see my mother here. Memory care is the best one I've seen. Assisted living is small so everyone seems to know everyone. Seems clean and well managed.

This community is staffed well, beautiful, clean and has experienced management, nurses, and caregivers. From the concierge, to housekeeping and everyone in between...residents will be cared for with dignity and respect. It's affordable and the residents have a real bond. It's very welcoming. Great place!

This community has an incredible team of dedicated workers who truly have a passion for what they do. They take care of the people who reside there as if they were their own. It is clean and beautiful. The Memory Support neighborhood is unlike any other I have ever seen. The atmosphere is also fun and the programming is fantastic! Assisted Living is hopping and I love the Happy Hour's! The BEST place in Marysville for a loved one! The manager's and team what they are doing!

We chose Sugar Fork Crossing mainly because of the location, it is close to us and I wanted her close so that we could visit her often. I also knew she needed memory care and they had a good program here. The facility when we visited it was immaculate. We walked all the way around inside and out and it is just wonderful. They go above and beyond for their staff members and the families as well so that we are still able to visit them. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We have been extremely happy with the community, every time we are able to visit it is sparkling clean. The staff members are extremely friendly and really do seem to care about the residents. The care services are wonderful, our loved one has been kept healthy during this time and the value is excellent.
