When I walked through the front Entrance I was greeted with a pleasant relaxing feeling, the residents were smiling and you could feel that they were in a comfortable environment and this was their home. Hat's off to all the staff for this would not be possible without their kindness.

My dad is in the memory care unit at the gallery. The staff is very caring and respond to all of our questions. My father receives excellent care. The new manager of memory care, [name removed], is very sweet. There are tons of activities for the resident’s including bus trips. They email weekly with pictures of the residents enjoying activities. The meals are very good. He has lived at the gallery for 7 months.

As soon as you walk in, the community smells delicious. The dining room and kitchen are just off the side of the entrance, providing a smell that you may recall from your grandmother's kitchen. From scratch! Everything they cook at Demaree Crossing is from scratch! It's the best food I've ever eaten in an Assisted Living community. And I have 25yrs in the industry. Demaree Crossing is beautiful, clean, positive and the residents are engaging and engaged. There's always something lively going on at Demaree Crossing. You should really take a look at this place. It's different from all the rest!

Definitely recommended if you can afford it. Staff there is incredible, place is clean, it's absolutely beautiful. Just sucks that it costs so much taking all of the client savings and everything they've worked so hard for all their life.

Joining the gallery of North Port family is the best decision I've made. I truly feel at home and enjoy the fellow residents and very helpful and friendly staff!

Several things stood out to me about this facility. The Memory Care section was so bright, open, and pretty. I really liked the whole set-up of the unit. All of the residents seemed to be interacting with each other. The staff was keeping them busy with activities. The place always seems to be clean. The only aspect that was better at our previous facility was the payment system. They had their own website to submit payments, which was much easier. This facility uses a public rent payment site, which I just don't like as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility!

The staff here is the best, looking forward to make it my home Toured recently and the place is in great conditions, the staff was friendly and made our toured great. We are very please and hope to be back soon.

I toured The Gallery at North Port and the tour was excellent! The building was nice, however the cost was very expensive compared to other facilities in the area. Also, they seemed to have a poor meal plan.

I appreciate receiving information about special events going on. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

The Gallery at North Port is a beautiful community that has made me feel welcome from day one. I've enjoyed getting to know the other residents during the various activities and our daily pre-dinner happy hour. The leader of the community is [name removed]and she makes me feel like I'm part of an extended family. Wether I'm lounging by the pool, reading a book in the lounge, or getting my hair done with the ladies, I am enjoying all the benefits of the Gallery.

Mostly mom seems happy and they have provide consistent care including medical and physical therapy. Mom is in a much better place than when we were trying to let her remain at home with caregivers being there 5 hours a day. I have a daughter in Kokomo who has visited the facility and my brother [name removed] who lives in Plano, Texas helped mom move in. Both said that the facility was clean, they seemed adequately staffed and the staff was friendly and helpful. I talk to mom every other week and she doesn't complain about Sugar Fork. From my experience, I would recommend Sugar Fork Crossing.

We absolutely loved Demaree Crossing. Only reason we went to another facility was because it was close to where my Mom used to live and work. She thought she would know more people down there. I loved all the activities and I thought my Mom would love the greenhouse. Demaree was small and easy to get around. It was out in the country a bit. Staff was excellent! Just all around a nice place.

The Gallery at Port Orange is amazing! It's a very welcoming and homey community, and we just love it. The apartment is very spacious and accommodating. And my family member loves socializing with her peers.

We recently moved mom to Heritage Crossing after 5+ years living in another facility. The transition was very positive and she is engaged more than she has been in a couple of years. We believe this is a result of all the exceptional people who care for her and the mgt. team. Many thanks for your dedication to the care and comfort for those you serve.

Demaree Crossing feels like home the minute you walk in the door and you can tell the staff truly cares and the residents all seem happy. This place is so nice and new and open. Full of activities for their residents. It seems like my mom has come back to life!

This facility is good and we're really happy with it. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is a new and beautiful facility. In fact, my granddaughter visited recently and commented that it felt like being in a fancy hotel. They are very helpful here. One thing we really like is that they use an app to send pictures and updates on activities daily. It's great for family who isn't close by, we all enjoy the updates. They have a good variety of activities, sometimes multiple in one day. They balance them well between social, emotional, brain, and physical activities. The food is good quality and variety. They have a multi menu daily with 4 starters and 2 specials, other options and a good variety of dessert options as well. Communication with the family is absolutely great, especially during the hurricane. They sent a letter out ahead of time to notify family of their plan and had 2 teams there for 24 hours at a time. They have a generator and had bottled water and others things on hand just incase. Thankfully, they didn't have to evacuate. We chose to bring mom home during the storm, they did have a water breach in one of the hallways and had to move a few of the residents. But they're working hard to get it fixed and sending us updates daily. They have about 100 workers in and out of there right now trying to get it repaired. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The Springs of Parc Hill was the most expensive facility out of the ones we looked at. But what sticks out the most about the facility was how clean it is and the friendliness of the staff. It was at the top of my list.

Everything is good and it is a nice and new place. There is a new chef, and all the residents are waiting for the food to get straightened out to meet our tastes. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The activities are a little slow in getting back up and running due to a new activities director. Some of the activities available include: bingo, cards, outings, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a pool on site and exercise groups available as well. There is a gym with a licensed physical therapist as well.

The tour experience was fine, and they had a lot to offer, but we decided to go with another community for our loved one.
