The Gallery in Port Orange came to our rescue when we needed a home for our Dad . They were and are very helpful and caring and maintain a beautiful building. From the sales team to the caretakers , everyone seems to truly care about the residents and bend over backwards for them . I highly recommend The Gallery at Port Orange.

Gallery I was ready to move into there myself but locked memory care is still locked in and much more money per month.If 5 is the best Gallery won, if you have the money go there.

I am a geriatric care manager & have a client at the Gallery. I have joined her for meals many times & the food is excellent & the service a 10 plus! They hire young adults who are often going to school etc. but they are great with the elderly . They are patient & kind especially when many of them are forgetful! My client told me” I have never had a bad meal here ever!” That is a lot to say ! Excellent job ! The entire staff & Director should be acknowledged! It is a pleasure to see how happy my client is there!

My experience at Heritage Crossings is very positive. I walk in and I'm just amazed by the beautiful architecture in the building. Great views out the windows. The rooms have a lot of space and feel like you can make it just like home. Not only is the building amazing but the staff in it is phenomenal! The staff is welcoming and helpful and great with the residents. They have fun and engaging activities everyday for both Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Also don't forget the delicious meals the dietary staff prepares. They prepare breakfast, lunch, & dinner and have a great variety for each days meals. Overall very happy and impressed by this community's building.

I am very happy to live here at the Gallery. My husband and I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It is quiet and peaceful. The people here are very nice and welcoming. The whole place is beautiful.

Great Place!

We had an unplanned and unexpected move for my mom to a memory care unit. Due to the unexpectedness, swift, and uncharted territory of it all, we looked at (7) residents to ensure we were giving her the best under the circumstance. We toured Heritage Crossing twice, once with an appointment, and once as drop-in on a Sunday. Both times we were impressed with the openness of the unit and that it didn't mirror other places that seemed more as "lock-down unit." We liked the fact that all the residents were not just in wheelchairs, but sitting in recliners, chairs, and a sofa. All the residents were well groomed and had clean clothing on. Also, there were at least 3 clinical care team members on the floor interacting with the residents. (Even on Sunday with our unscheduled visit) After we made the decision to make Heritage Crossing mom's home, the staff went above and beyond to welcome mom and us as a family. Many little touches that meant so much to all of us.

[name removed] at A Place for Mom recommended Sancerre at Palm Coast when I was looking for a memory care facility in the area. My mom absolutely loves it and tells me daily how happy she is to be there. I can honestly say that all the staff are excellent! They’re friendly, kind, helpful, & compassionate. They truly care about the residents. Sancerre is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It brings a smile to our faces upon entry, unlike most other facilities. It gives me great piece of mind knowing that my mom is happy, safe, and well cared for at Sancerre. I’m incredibly grateful to all the staff and to [name removed] for her recommendation.

I struggled with guilt trying to find the right community to place my mother in. I am the only child and unfortunately this decision fell on my shoulders. I was worried she would not be cared for the way I did at home. I was tired and my health was declining. I visited The Gallery and fell in love with [name removed] and [name removed]. They were very compassionate, supportive and seemed to understand what I was going through. This was the hardest decision I've ever had to make but I am glad I did. My mother is now thriving, and I couldn't be happier. She is participating in activities that I never thought she would do. The food is really good, and I have dinner with her on a regular basis. My mother loves the staff, and the building is beautiful. I no longer have to worry about my mother, and I can also enjoy my life knowing she is in great hands.

My sister moved into The Gallery back in January of this year. Every time I visit her she tells me how much she loves it. Her apt is perfect, the employees are so nice and friendly and right on top of all her needs. So many friends we have that visit her say “I could live here”. It is very modern and seems more like a fancy hotel than an ALF. Our family would highly recommend The Gallery.

The staff is very caring and they make sure everyone is safe. They are gentle with the patients and that is what I love about them. The Gallery is a wonderful place for [name removed] and I cannot say enough about thus place.

I had moved my mother into The Cottage at The Sancerre after almost 2 years in another community where she NEVER left her apartment nor was encouraged to engage with other residents or staff nor participate in the few activities. My mother actually said, "I just want to die." Since moving into The Sancerre at Palm Coast last summer, my mom is out of her room for breakfast and remains out all day engaging with her friends (residents & staff) and participating in the many fun things available to do. She is having a wonderful, fulfilling time everyday. The management and staff are overflowing with care and love for the residents and treat them like their own family. I am so grateful for this beautiful community and the amazing people that have chosen to work here. The Sancerre at Palm Coast has truly brought my mom back to life!

I highly recommend that anyone considering a residence for their loved one to physically visit this residence! I have had to place loved ones in other residences in the past that had great reviews but ultimately fell short after going past the "beautiful lobby" . At that time, there were no other options. This residence, which is only a few years old, is beautifully appointed in all areas. The apartments need to be seen. Staff in every department are professional and very courteous. Peaceful common areas. It is very clean but there is no odor of any kind. Great activity coordinator and schedule and good community of residents that are all friendly and supportive of one another. The coordinators are always available. What I found most exceptional was the quality of the food. It is restaurant quality. I visit regularly on weekly basis and the quality of food is always exceptionally good. The wait staff is excellent. It is not institutional in anyway. Please just go see for yourself!
