Good experience. We picked this community because of the location, availability, quality and cost.

I have come here a few occasions to visit a dear friend. Every time everyone was so helpful and kind. The food in the dining area was absolutely delicious. It was like a five-star restaurant. The decor and common areas are just lovely and welcoming. My friend feels just at home here and I'm so happy to come visit her. The staff treats her just like family. And such fun things always going on. My heart is just full knowing she is so happy and taken care of here.

I would definitely recommend The Gallery at Port Orange to others. All 5 stars!

The staff at this community has been so pleasant, kind, and patient. Every time I visit this community I am always greeted and get a warm feeling of welcomness. Couldn't ask for a better Assisted Living community in the area.

This community is beautiful. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They have a great support group for memory care. It is always clean, and the food is incredible. Have not had any issues as of yet. We are happy we chose Sancerre for our loved one. They are doing great there and have enjoyed the activities and food very much.

I looked at many memory care facilities in Fishers, Noblesville, and Anderson. Sugar Fork Crossing had the best layout that would not be confusing for my dad. The facility is new, the staff is great, and so is the food.

We have been very pleased with Nana's care and accommodations at Sancerre Atlee Station. The staff are absolutely incredible. Every single person has gone above and beyond to make sure that Nana is safe and comfortable, and that we are kept in the loop. The meals are always delicious and we usually prefer to eat there when we go to visit rather than go out to eat. The chefs and culinary staff go above and beyond to make sure we enjoy every meal when we visit (including our 8 year old son who is a picky eater). Housekeeping seems to always be on top of everything. I would HIGHLY recommend Sancerre Atlee Station and cannot imagine Nana going anywhere else. We tell everyone how wonderful they are.

We liked it and they had an immediate two bedroom available. I would recommend and I have one thing to add. They should have better move in directions for medications and prescriptions when they will be doing it for the resident.

my 91 year old dad and 86 year old mom have been residents for almost a year. They love it. we are so happy for them. It is new lease on life. Fantastic staff

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. My family and I are here very nearly every day, at all different times, so we see all different shifts, departments and activities. The nursing staff and care givers are AMAZING; warm, competent, PATIENT, professional, fun, engaging and very loving to the residents. From the drivers, to the therapists, activities, facilities team, front desk staff, housekeeping, sales & marketing…they all have a moment for a quick word, a hug, a warm smile. The staff operates as a team, focusing on each individual resident and their life enrichment. Safety is paramount, The facilities are lovely and the activities are plentiful and a key part of moms joy here. We researched quite a few places before deciding on placement. Mom has thrived under the care provided here and I am grateful I found this place at this time in her life.

This beautiful place could be a fancy hotel. Great food, activities and entertainment. Staff is friendly and loving!

My loved one is currently a resident at Sancerre Atlee Station and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. Sancerre is new and in just a few weeks, I found the staff very engaged and knowledgeable about their residents. I'm very satisfied with this facility and with my loved one's care so far. I would recommend Sancerre Atlee Station to family and friends.

The Gallery of Cape Coral is a well-organized staff in a beautiful facility. Care-givers are trained and compassionate. Numerous patient activities in Memory Care are structured to the abilities of the patients.

I was living in a 4 br home & on one week decided to move. As soon as I saw the Gallery I know it was the one. I have lived here about 1.5 years and plan to never move. I have a 2 br 2 bath apt and am very happy here.

Heritage Crossing is a beautiful place! The common areas are clean, furnished with quality furniture, and has a peaceful ambiance - whether you are inside or outside. They also have a great variety of room floor plans to choose from. The staff goes the extra mile to individualize care and make sure everyone is happy. This is the place I want my mom to be when the time is right.
