My loved one is currently a resident at Sancerre Atlee Station and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. Sancerre is new and in just a few weeks, I found the staff very engaged and knowledgeable about their residents. I'm very satisfied with this facility and with my loved one's care so far. I would recommend Sancerre Atlee Station to family and friends.

The Gallery of Cape Coral is a well-organized staff in a beautiful facility. Care-givers are trained and compassionate. Numerous patient activities in Memory Care are structured to the abilities of the patients.

I was living in a 4 br home & on one week decided to move. As soon as I saw the Gallery I know it was the one. I have lived here about 1.5 years and plan to never move. I have a 2 br 2 bath apt and am very happy here.

Heritage Crossing is a beautiful place! The common areas are clean, furnished with quality furniture, and has a peaceful ambiance - whether you are inside or outside. They also have a great variety of room floor plans to choose from. The staff goes the extra mile to individualize care and make sure everyone is happy. This is the place I want my mom to be when the time is right.

Met with [name removed] at Montrose Heritage Crossing. She was very informative with all our questions. Took the time to ask about our mothers condition. She gave us a full tour of the facility. The faculty was very clean. Loved all the congregation areas

I find the residents and the staff to be a family. Everyone is warm and friendly. I would recommend the Gallery to anyone!

My father was at the Gallery for three months in Memory Care. The Gallery exceeded our expectations. The staff in Memory Care went above and beyond in his daily care. It is evident that the staff loves their patients. Highly recommend.

Our community is presently going through change. Many of the old ways of doing things are being improved. We residents believe the many good advantages out weigh the "not so good." We feel most fortunate.

Our management is front and center for all of us with the daily questions that come up. We can make appointments also. I feel like the people here are my new family and friends.

Excellent Facility

We toured a few places, but The Gallery stood out for both my mother and I. I loved the overall design and amenities, as well as the new condition and lovely apartments. She also really liked the location literally across the street from shopping and services. We both really came to appreciate the caring and hardworking staff. They seem glad to be there, and always have a great attitude. The residents also are very friendly and mom quickly found a number of friends and started a bookclub. The food was a bit shaky for awhile, but the current chef is great and works really hard to please. He generally comes into the dining room to get feedback, which shows his care and professionalism. I can't say enough nice things about The Gallery - it's beautiful, loaded with amenities and activities, and full of nice people, residents and staff.

My mom is currently a resident at Walnut Crossing and everything has been great for her at this facility. Mom's care has been superb and she loves it there! I have nothing negative to say about this facility or the staff. The facility is clean. The food is quality. They don't have my mom in bed all day, she's involved in the activities. My family and I couldn't be happier for mom. She is very well cared for. This facility really is an amazing place and I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend Walnut Crossing.

My Uncle is very happy to be so well taken care of, and I appreciate their care and concern. The director offered much more useful information than other facilities. It is a one level facility with a more close-knit community of people because there are not 100's of residents. They worked with us on the price and the way they handle the "extras" for additional costs was different from all other facilities.

My loved one is enjoying The Gallery at Cape Coral. It's a smaller facility, so the residents know each other. They have plenty of activities for the residents. The facility staff made the move in process easy and were very helpful with hanging pictures, etc. The PT is exceptional. This was important for my loved one. The meals are good and varied. We were happy that we found this place that is also very close to where my loved one goes for treatment three times a week. I would certainly recommend The Gallery at Cape Coral to others!

Walnut Crossing is the blessing our family was looking for. They have lots to do and she is always busy. They also have events for family to join. The staff has been friendly and helpful. She enjoys the meals they have there.

We toured Sancerre at Palm Coast during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was really great! The atmosphere was wonderful. The cleanliness and friendliness were great! The food smelled delicious.

The loving compassion and care extended to our family member by the staff of The Gallery Memory Care unit exceeded all expectations on both a personal and professional level. We, as a family were rewarded with happy stories, photographs, a shared bit of laughter or a phone call during our loved one's better days in the unit. During the trying times of our loved one's illness, we received kindness, support, hugs, tears and so many caring gestures. Regardless of the circumstance, Gallery staff rose to the occasion in both client care and in family outreach during what was a difficult time in our loved one's life (and in our own). Even our Hospice care workers praised the facility. One worker said that of the 100+ places she has done Hospice work in over her career, The Gallery is one of the top two she has worked in. That says everything.
