Everything was very well organized. The entertainment, service, and food were perfect. We had a very good time. Thank you!

I would like residents to get more vegetables. I would like weekly menu offers for Memory Care families to help with- not daily. Food often cold when served. Staff is very good, especially [names removed].

I have been a resident here for around three months. The community is beautiful and gives a great first impression that does not disappoint as time goes on! There are a good variety of therapeutic activities to participate in and tons of opportunities for socializing yet the capability to take time for yourself as needed. I love the freedom to come and go as I please and being able to have company.

My mother is a resident at the cottage and my family and I could not ask for a better crew of staff to take care of her. She is active and comfortable.

We have had nothing but great experiences with this facility. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff management are great. Especially her caregivers who cares for her like she was her mother. And the activities director is top notch.

The personnel get to know you from the moment you come into the place and are friendly. The activities keep us busy. Sancerre provides a carefree lifestyle. I love that I was able to bring my beloved kitty with me when I moved in.

This is a beautiful facility with caring staff. The location is excellent centralized. It is clean and well kept and the residents are happy. The activities calender for both the assisted living and memory care are interactive and fun. Definitely a place for your loved one to be.

What a beautiful community with a top notch staff. A perfect community for any senior in search of a fun and uplifting place to live. Everyone is always smiling which is a plus for me and my loved ones.

The first day I walked in to this community all I said was WOW! The warmth I felt gave me goosebumps... The staff is very helpful and each day I was there was a feeling of home... It's a wonderful place to have your loved ones, they are always cared for and treated like family....

My parents moved in 2,5 years ago. Mom passed away last July, leaving Dad. I could not be more pleased with the care then and now. Dad feels safe and loved by his caregivers. The team is always in communication with family. I visit almost every day and have come to love staff and the other residents. I am grateful for the care Dad receives. Thank you!

I have been visiting the folks at The Springs at Parc Hill twice monthly for almost 2 years. To me the facility is beautifull, peaceful and very clean. The staff are courteous, cheerful and always ready to answer my questions and help in any way I need. The residents with whom I have contact seem to be well cared for and I get the impression there is not only professional concern for the residents, but also genuine friendship. I have had the opportunity to see some of the individual rooms. They are all different as they are furnished to the individual 's wishes and abilities. Every room I have seen is quite clean. Many different activities are offered including some outstanding. I would be pleased to suggest folks looking for a retirement community schedule a tour. It's definitely worth your time.

So pleased with the level of friendliness, professionalism and overall care from Sancerre Orange City. That I must mention, [name removed]. Going through a big transition in life isn’t so easy at times, but she has definitely made us feel at home. You can tell she and her staff members truly care about their residents. FIVE STARS all around! My parents and I are glad we selected this community.

After a tour of the facility I knew this was the place for my mom. Cleanliness and a feeling of warmth were so important to me and I rate them both with an A++. The staff was completely caring and attentive to all our needs. [name removed] answered all our questions, and was extremely influential in our decision to make this move for my mom. She was so helpful, and gave us answers before we even expressed our concerns! I felt she knew exactly what we were going through, and I was confident that she would be there for my mom! What a wonderful experience!

Staff members were very attentive and friendly. Tour was very informative. The facility is very neat and clean. We didn’t smell any urine or anything. Dining room set up is nice. The residents all seemed happy and well taken care of.

From the first moment I walked into this beautiful and bright community there was a palpable feeling of family and community. I would personally recommend Sancerre at Palm Coast to anyone looking for something a little different in the area. While the community certainly fulfills all of the tasks and services that seniors and their families are looking for in a senior living community, Sancerre at Palm Coast also houses many hearts beating with passion and dedication to residents and their families in a way that is unfortunately a rarity. Experience Senior Living took the regular old way of approaching seniors and turned it upside down to create a truly beautiful and meaning experience for everyone!

We are very pleased with the exceptional care that our father receives at Sancerre. My husband and I visit every few months and no matter when we walk through the doors, there is always consistency. The front desk staff is friendly, the art on the walls is absolutely gorgeous. The facility is clean and tidy. Our father is cared for and has every need met. The care goes above and beyond our expectations. It is comforting to know that our dad has a nutritious and delicious hot meal 3 times a day. The staff are professional, fun loving, and hard working people. I couldn’t think of a better memory care facility to have our loved one reside in. Thank you for all that you do!

This has been a great place for my father who has alzheimers. The staff has been great and we really appreciate having a safe, clean place for him and also that they do activities. [name removed] in memory care is a great asset for this place. She seems to keep the residents busy with activities and tries to get everyone to join in.

Can’t say enough positive things about this facility and the staff. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel the warmth and kindness all around. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The food is delicious and the staff go above and beyond to ensure dads fussy eating habits are supported. And I really appreciate how they have personalized the care plan for dad. He is encouraged to participate in group activities but if he is not interested he is provided with an activity that he does enjoy, such as painting. I appreciate that the staff set him up his own little table so he can paint on his own but still be in the main area where others are socializing or doing the group activity. Dads health has improved since he’s been here as he now has regular nutritious meals and daily exercise. And the Activities Director is amazing! Treats dad like he’s her own father. Thanks to the entire staff!!!
