Experience Senior Living

It's been 3 months since my sister has been in Memory Care at Sancerre. We chose Sancerre because it was close to us, very clean, a beautiful facility, had very friendly staff and was not over crowded. It's a hard decision and transition into this type of community. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. She is settling in and getting more comfortable every day.

Great mid-size community with staff that truly love what they do. Impeccably Clean, active environment with great dining . Very welcoming for family visits and new residents. I love watching the Facebook posts with all the fun events, holidays and smiling faces!

I feel like I can actually relax now that my mother is at Sancerre/Azure. She has been in 3 different communities: the first community she was not receiving her memory meds . A Doctor, a PA and both my sister and I gave them her meds list the moment we signed her up to live there.The second community was filthy, smelled of urine and had no set of standards or protocols for residents that were adhered to. Activities were few and never planned, residents were always in front of the tv. I am so very thankful for all employeesI have contact with at Sancerre.They are all probably very tired of me thanking them, but ,it is so nice to feel like my mother is part of a community that loves her. I would also like to mention [name removed], the Director of Memory Care facility. [name removed] is amazing and treats everyone there with respect and adoration. I truly believe she thinks of the residents as her own grandparents or parents. I can’t say enough great things about this facility.

This was my first visit to Assisted Living and was surprised on how nice the staff was upon entering the front desk was so friendly and helpful, residents were sitting in chairs and talking, and staff was interacting with them. Everyone had a smile on their face. I was provided with a beautiful tour from [name removed], and she showed me around to the building the rooms were so bright and cheerful; dining room was so welcoming. This building is top of my list where my dad will be moving.

Mother is living her best life. The facility is more than we could have hoped. Friendly staff, activities, meals. I cannot summarize our delight. This facility is the miracle place we have prayed for Mom.

Sancerre at Orange City is a clean, well kept community with a wonderful staff all around. They look out for their residents and ensure everyone is well cared for and enjoying life. The activities planned and executed always seem so enjoyable for the residents.

My mom has been a resident of Sancerre at Orange City for going on three years. She has been very happy that she picked this as her forever home. The staff is great and she feels happy that everyone likes her and there are a lot of things to do. You can't go wrong with this assisted living facility!

We are very involved with my sisters care and the management is very receptive to any concerns and involvement. We are happy there and I know they are working hard with new management to make Sancerre the best place in Palm Coast. This community treats us as family.

Wonderful people. This facility takes such great care of the residents. The building is clean and the food is amazing. I would definitely recommend the Gallery of Cape Coral for your love ones. Wonderful entertainment weekly.

the dining staff is very friendly and gives great service food is always hot and delicious thank you for all you do. the dining room is well presented and clean. I asked several residents how they are enying their meals and they said it is wonderful like a restaurant

It has a warm atmosphere and the staff is the best. I would highly recommend the Gallery. It is not just an assisted living facility, it is a community. The staff is attentive and caring. The management is responsive to all of your needs.

The building is beautiful and very clean, Staff is great and you can see the love and passion they have for the seniors. Lots of positive energy. The new chef is great and I think everyone will see a difference in the food. Nursing and management work so well together! Its a wonderful community

My overall experience living here is good. I am unhappy with my view, it is not worth the rent.

I live here for one year and I enjoy activity programs. Staff was personable and friendly. I love this place, it makes me happy.

It's an excellent option. Super nice facility. Friendly staff. We picked this community, because it was overall the best option, mostly because of size of unit for the price. I would recommend to other families.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff team is at Heritage Crossing The facility itself is very nice and [name removed] is very sweet and a pleasure to work with. There are so many different activities going on for the residents to participate in and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend Heritage Crossing to other families.
