My experience with Sancerre at Orange City has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the environment is always clean and organized. There are endless fun activities, outings, and opportunities to thrive. It is definitely a place that I recommend to others, and a place that I would feel comfortable choosing for my own parents.

I visited this facility for a family friend and so glad I did! It’s beautiful and new and the folks there are so friendly and helped me gather information for someone in need. They even offered to visit their home to bring a home cooked meal. I am glad I just stopped in as I drive by everyday and had no idea of this great option for senior citizens in our area.

All around it had the most friendly staff, cleanliness, felt comfortable and more like home than the other places. We love it for my mother in law. Everyone is helpful and attentive to her needs. When i am there I watch how the staff interacts with the residents and they are so friendly and supportive. My mother-in-law, loves going to the on sight salon each week to get her hair done

I had a virtual tour with The Gallery at NorthPort, it was a very nice facility. The main reason I did not choose them was because it was more expensive and honestly it was just more offered than I really needed.

We had a great tour experience with Heritage Crossing. We loved the place! It smelled so clean and it was overall just amazing. The only reason we didn't pick this facility was because they did not have a Hoyer and didn't have the staff for a 2 person assist at night.

My wife and I have the pleasure to regularly interact with the Catholic residents to bring them Holy Communion. We have always found the staff, especially the Activities Director, to be very helpful and professional. The facility is very pleasant and always clean and bright.

My wife and I, along with Mrs [name removed], have thoroughly enjoyed all that Sancerre has to offer to include a staff that is remarkable! Kitchen staff to be included! To all, job well done, keep up the excellent work.

My wife has been a memory care patient for 3 months. I feel the staff are very professional and the facility is spotless. She is receiving excellent care for her advanced Alzheimer's.

This facility is outstanding. The staff are excellent. There are always activities available for the residents and families.

I would like residents to get more vegetables. I would like weekly menu offers for Memory Care families to help with- not daily. Food often cold when served. Staff is very good, especially [names removed].

I have been a resident here for around three months. The community is beautiful and gives a great first impression that does not disappoint as time goes on! There are a good variety of therapeutic activities to participate in and tons of opportunities for socializing yet the capability to take time for yourself as needed. I love the freedom to come and go as I please and being able to have company.

My mother is a resident at the cottage and my family and I could not ask for a better crew of staff to take care of her. She is active and comfortable.

We have had nothing but great experiences with this facility. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff management are great. Especially her caregivers who cares for her like she was her mother. And the activities director is top notch.

The personnel get to know you from the moment you come into the place and are friendly. The activities keep us busy. Sancerre provides a carefree lifestyle. I love that I was able to bring my beloved kitty with me when I moved in.

This is a beautiful facility with caring staff. The location is excellent centralized. It is clean and well kept and the residents are happy. The activities calender for both the assisted living and memory care are interactive and fun. Definitely a place for your loved one to be.

What a beautiful community with a top notch staff. A perfect community for any senior in search of a fun and uplifting place to live. Everyone is always smiling which is a plus for me and my loved ones.

The first day I walked in to this community all I said was WOW! The warmth I felt gave me goosebumps... The staff is very helpful and each day I was there was a feeling of home... It's a wonderful place to have your loved ones, they are always cared for and treated like family....

My parents moved in 2,5 years ago. Mom passed away last July, leaving Dad. I could not be more pleased with the care then and now. Dad feels safe and loved by his caregivers. The team is always in communication with family. I visit almost every day and have come to love staff and the other residents. I am grateful for the care Dad receives. Thank you!
