Love It ... It's the Perfect place for her ! Thanks for your help in this matter ! It's a little concerning that they apear to be going through some Management changes, but I'm very pleased with the service, attention, facilities and programs they have !

My mom is very happy at Demaree. The staff are all pleasant. The food is excellent. My mom has gained some weight back that she had lost because of poor quality of food at another facility. I also thank A Place for Mom for all their help.

The visit was a delight. [Removed] was very informative. Hopefully mon and stepdad will get accepted and live a long and happy life here.

We chose Sugar Fork Crossing because it was more attractive and it had nice open spaces for activities and a courtyard as well. The facility is all one level so that makes things easy to navigate. Everything has been pretty good except for some of the medication dispensing - it seems like things get lost in translation sometimes. Overall I would recommend Sugar Fork Crossing to others.

Nice accommodations. Nice people. Overall I feel comfortable, safe, and at peace. Appreciate having my cats - my buddies!

The staff have gone above and beyond to make my dad comfortable and a feel of “home”. They have helped me as a daughter to deal with the changes in his health and memory.

Beautiful common areas and wonderful food selection. For assisted living, the rooms seemed very small-no bigger than nursing room home rooms I have seen. Memory care rooms even smaller. Did not seem to have a midway point between ‘normal’ and severely affected memory. No safety at front door in normal section, yet memory care section seemed for too advanced/severe for our needs. Also, even the smallest room exceeded mom’s budget by 1500 a month.

I give the low score for clean due to the community bathroom rarely has paper supplies & needs to be cleaned regularly throughout the day. Health care staff could be more attentive. They are sometimes difficult to find. Someone should be attending the memory care patients at all times.

We are very pleased with Sancerre Atlee Station. My mom really enjoys the social gatherings they do each day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very kind. Food was excellent. Only issue was it took an hour and half to get our dinner. Mix up from the kitchen but they changed waitresses and the new waitress apologized for the mix up and was excellent. The pricing is a bit higher compared with other senior living facilities. Thank you very much for the tour. Overall experience was great.

I feel the facility does a very good job, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

We had great assistance before and after we moved in. The only thing I would say is that we would have liked to have an Orientation for us and Dad when he moved in. Highly recommend. They are very responsive.

The facility is substantially clean and beautifully decorated. The staff in housekeeping and dining need more direction from the department managers

We have been living at the Gallery in North Port for the past three months, are still relative newbies, but I would say our overall experience has been excellent. (I'll try to stick to your list, but may wander!) The whole place is immaculate though it's not overwhelmed with "cleaning people". I think a lot happens in the middle of the night.. We have had no trouble making friends. Many have been here since the beginning, about 5-6 years, and many more are more recent, like us. Its hard to tell the difference. Only first names are used which simplifies introductions by half, and all the staff knows every single resident by name. That impressed me from the beginning. Dining staff knows not only your name but your room number . What a nice bunch of people! The food is terrific. Of course there are complaints but I think those would complain about anything as a career. Lobster last night. I don't get THAT at home! And it was excellent. There are plenty of activities. I can't comment on the pool because it has been too cold to swim, but I hear that the classes are appropriate, fun, just the right length. We'll see when it warms up. I found the craft activities to be a bit juvenile but there's no doubt that everyone can do them. One comment was "It's something to do" and I guess that's right. As for value for the money, I really can't say. Nationally I think it's a bargain. Locally, I don't know. We are in pretty nice digs by anyone's standard and, compared to owning a house, it's a terrific bargain. We are totally care-free. I can't comment on the quality of care because we are in Independent living which doesn't provide medical care of any kind. . All our basic needs are filled, but individual, medical care hasn't come up yet. It is there when we graduate to it and I hear nothing but good things. The building layout is independent only on the first floor with kitchen and dining room. The second and third floors are mixed independent and assisted with their own kitchen and dining room. Memory Care is totally separate and in a separate wing. To a point, these places seem to be much the same, providing much the same services. After this experience of having to choose a location for the rest of our lives, I think it came down to the "feeling" you get hen you're there. Price is always a factor, but some places exude a warm or cool feel. The Gallery was a warm one for us.

Never a bad word from staff. They try very hard to help everyone.

The nurses, care partners and activities team are really awesome. Super helpful and communicative. The administrative staff has been in constant rotation. No consistency, poor communication. In the last year they switched some admin tasks to the regional office which has helped but no executive leader for many months. Communication from corporate is very unclear.

Food very good, staff good, activities good, cleanliness good. Price was astounding high. I had to pay so much for the 30 days, that my husband was in the hospital and than hospice. I felt like I was ripped off. I didn't want to change to your pharmacy and they did it anyway. Most of the medicine they ordered wasn't on the approved list, so instead of getting discounted medicine I had to pay $[removed]. Then they didn't even use all the medicine that I bought. I felt as a widow, I was ripped off! Also, someone actually gave my husband a shave and didn't ask me..two days later I paid for him to have a hair cut and beard trimming. I was not happy about that. They really need to read the contract over a couple times. It's very stressful to have someone in a memory care place....and I believe they should make the 30 days notice, down to 24 hours notice. I feel like they were just out to make all the money they could, without a care for the family.

I feel like they need to hire some more staff. But some things slow to get done and/or you have to chase people down to do it. Majority of staff have been helpful and nice
