Very supportive environment. Adjacent to a skilled nursing facility and across the street from a hospital and other medical services. Responsive billing department. Residents are charged based on different levels of care and ensuring your loved one is property evaluated is important. Terrific grounds keeper/maintenance staff and very accommodating dietician. The head nurse is amazing.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they offer a lot of services. We like that we can customize our loved ones different level of care and things she made need assistance on. We also like that she can age in place there, because moving our loved one from this community to another would just be difficult. The activities they offer are good.

They have a lot of activities. Everybody is very friendly. The staff are wonderful. If you need anything and call the office, they're prompt in taking care of any problems. I like my apartment very much. There's lots of storage, it's comfortable, and It's spacious for just me.

I am pleased with the care that Katella Senior Living has been able to provide for my mother over the last six months. The staff has been very understanding about my mother’s chronic health issues and has made sustained efforts to help her.

At this time they do not have an Altec accreditation from the state. The community returns calls back quickly but they don't reach us proactively. I would love to see an online portal or app that would give me daily info on my loved one and the community. I would recommend this community to others

I would want others to know that it is definitely independent living. The apartment was very big and roomy, almost too big. The meals here are chef prepared and very good. It also has a guarded entry which was nice. I would recommend.

i don't think it is well kept at all . It needs updating because it is outdated,. They replace things as cheaply as possible and even the paint is cracked. It really is a lovely area and has the potential to be extremely nice . It is not dirty, it is just worn out and tired. The food awful, it doesn't taste good, land it is just low quality food. I love the floor plan of the apartment, it just needs to be redone.

The overall experience has been pretty good so far, but we haven't been there long yet. I think their physical therapy so far has been excellent. Their staff seems to be very caring. The facility is clean.

I always recommend Park View, because I know they're one of the better ones in town. They have wonderful physical therapy and that's why I had my sister go there. It's a good place. They take good care of people. They have fairly decent food. You have to be very assertive and they're great. The people who work there are really nice. I think they're understaffed and underpaid. They have only one nurse for an entire side and they don't have enough time to take of the patients.

I think it's pretty good! There has been some improvement since my mom has been there. They have better food, and it smell's better.

The facility is a good and nicer one. The staff really cares about the patients really care. The wait time is too long. It is a half-hour to 45 minutes. She had an amputation and needed her meds on time. Roommates had the TV on 24/7 and it prevented her from sleeping.

It was the best one I had been in. The nursing staff was great.

Our experience has been good. The nursing care was good for the most part but today, my loved one was out of his medicine and it took a long time to correct that. Also, it has very limited parking.

The stay overall has gone well. The therapy is excellent! Availability can sometimes be an issue with staff members other than the CNAs. It can be time-consuming to wait sometimes.

They have areas for the patient to enjoy outside. They had a good physical therapy group there, and that's why my loved one went there. Their facility was certainly kept clean. They came in daily and also did a deep clean. They brought the list in every day for his appointments, so that was good. They brought a list for the menu and activists.

The rehab therapists were great! They got my loved one walking. The staff was great and helped all of the times we were there. The nurses were very good and talked to us. They were always in the room cleaning. The food looked good. When we talked with them and they were great. They talked to my husband and communicated with him about her care. There was a customer serviceman at the desk was helpful.

I would recommend Park View to a friend. So far we have been satisfied with the care my loved one has received. I am assuming the meals are good because she would definitely complain about them to me if they were not. I communicate mostly through just my sister. We have been having some issues with my loved one's medication.

The people are taking good care of my loved one. They are all sweethearts. Sometimes the nurses are busy. It is very clean. She loves the food and it is pretty good. I would like her to have more rehab therapy.

The physical therapy is very good. The nurses were good but the food could be a bit better.

They have really good rehab there. They provide very good care. The staff are attentive and my loved one is always bathed. The aide's specifically, is very involved with his care. The nurses are really busy, so you don't get to see them as much. The rooms are clean, and where the patients socialize, that is also kept clean.
