It was good.

My loved one likes all of the people. She doesn't like how much meat she is served. They don't tell me about her care.

I love the rehab that they're doing. I like the administration there. They're fantastic. When my loved one needs to go to the bathroom sometimes no one comes in to assist her. Some of the nurses need more training. I look at a lot of people as being two-faced. Some are better than others. She's be in rehabs before and she doesn't have a private room here. There is no privacy here. My mom is complaining all the time about the food. They're very good about communicating to me about my mom's care.

Overall, it was good.

Overall, we have been very happy with Palamor! Their rehab therapy services were excellent! Every single person has treated our loved one so well. We spoke with doctors from the hospital about how good the care is at this facility. The place itself needs some work but the staff is outstanding and so caring we come back here. The charge nurse was very attentive to our loved one.

The CNAs are very good here! Some of the staff can have more notes on the individual patient so they understand. They're very nice and friendly! It's clean, and it doesn't smell. It looks nice! I have a lot of food sensitives, and they really work with me. They have a lot more variety I can eat. They're working extremely hard!

It is a great facility. The therapists encourage him to do the work. The person that did the tour was friendly and anything we needed we could ask her about it. They could improve with the smell in the facility.

My loved one is enjoying therapy. I have had to initiate the communications and have not had a return call.

The staff doesn't do much. I do her laundry but they don't change her clothes. No one knows what the other people are doing. The biggest problem is the communication. They do call when they are going to do something but we were there for 3 days before we figured anything out. They need to communicate with each other more. Carrie, the social worker, is the only one I communicate with.

From what I have seen, they are doing a good job. They were just gently persistent enough with my loved one in therapy. They got some really hardworking staff members there. Things were clean and looked like they were in really good shape. The food is good but he wished they brought more fruit. The social worker communicated very well with his primary care physician.

My loved one actually gets out of her room here, which is why we like it a lot. There was an accident the other day that we are not happy with. She doesn't like the food, she says it doesn't have a lot of flavor. But it's what she needs.

At first I wasn't liking it, but after my father returned from a stay in the hospital, it has been amazing. One particular CNA is amazing. They keep it pretty darn clean. I don't smell urine, so that's a good thing. The food looks pretty good. They change it up often. Some of the nurses are pretty snotty and there are some that are great. The communication is not great and nobody is getting back to me about a test.

The nurses have been super! One nurse in particular, has been so great and always returning my calls. The staff is very very friendly. The communication is bad. I have repeatedly asked to speak with the doctor and he still has not gotten back to me.

Overall, I would recommend this facility. However, there are a lot of organizational issues, regarding ordering and logistics. Some of this affected my loved one's treatment.

It was not perfect but it was satisfactory. The therapy was very professional. The communication was pretty good. They frequently called me and invited me to meetings. My loved one had difficulty at times early on but they relocated her to a sunny side of a room and it was very nice. For the most part, she responded well to the medical staff there. There were only a few who treated her unkindly. She felt the food did not suit her much.

The rehab is good. The staff seems really helpful. There was a physical therapist that was particularly helpful. It was very clean. It did not smell and I know that it is really hard to keep the facilities odor free.

It has been good and my loved one has been well cared for. There are some physical challenges with the building. He is doing great with therapy and he is very happy with it. When I visit him there I can see the improvement he is making. It's been great. The staff member that oversees his care was very helpful. She is the one that reached out to me to make the care meeting. She is lovely and my father really likes her. The food is always cold and he doesn't like it.

The therapy staff is really good. I ask any questions to the nurses and they always answer.
