Showing us my wife and I a number of homes in the area and we would like to thank her so very much for taking her time to stay with us and explain things that we didn't know about Patriot heights we thank you so very much and wish that this to go to corporate that she is well worth the money that she's making and she does deserve a little more she goes way out of the way to help people thank you [name removed] and God bless you and take care of the families over there in in The Patriot heights amen . What stood out the most is the staff is caring and seem to know their residents well. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for a place.

They work with you, they treat you like family, their transportation services are great

This was such a good place! Staff are friendly and a beautiful campus! Very cost effective and has many different floor plan options. The dinning services is really good and puts out good quality with options. Transportation is always going and able to take you places.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Patriot Heights in San Antonio. Kitchen staff could be better trained. Numerous activities for residence to keep busy. Physical therapy available on site. Live entertainment every Friday afternoon. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Gated community with 24 hour guard which also serves as the life alert responder. Have a consistent Friday Happy Hour where all the residents get together and hang out. Great Physical and Occupational Therapy

What we like the most about Katella Senior Living is that it is comfortable, quiet and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this community to other families, and already have!

The facility consistently provides exceptional care with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Staff are attentive and compassionate, offering personalized care plans and engaging activities that help residents maintain their quality of life while feeling supported, valued and not alone.

My father chose this location due to it being close to their home so he could visit often. The staff were extremely competent, caring, patient and compassionate.

For the most part the staff is pretty helpful and available. The amenities are great as they are all included , apartment sizes are great too.

I cannot say enough good things about Park Manor. From the moment my loved one arrived, the staff has been incredibly caring, professional, and attentive. The nurses, therapists, and doctors all work together seamlessly to ensure that every need is met. One of the most impressive aspects has been the excellent wound care. My family member had a challenging wound that other facilities struggled to heal, but here, they took the time to develop a personalized treatment plan, and the progress has been incredible! The wound is almost fully healed now, thanks to their skill and dedication. The atmosphere at Park Manor is warm and welcoming, with a strong focus on comfort and recovery. I feel completely confident in the care being provided and am grateful for the compassion shown by the entire team. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of top-notch care.

I moved my elderly father after taking him out of [facility removed] which was third world and awful. I made the best decision as he made such tremendous progress at the new facility. They treated him so well he became part of their family. The staff were always extremely helpful and pleasant. [name removed] and [name removed]were excellent nurses. His aids [name removed]and [name removed]were the best so nice and pleasant to deal with. They took great care of my dad who had a stroke. His therapists were awesome they got him walking and being able to move around in his wheelchair himself. I definitely recommend this facility for your loved one.

Friendliness is the most outstanding feature of this facility. Everyone is very nice and reaches out to make you feel welcome. The wait staff in the dining room is very attentive and very willing accommodate requests from residents.

We especially appreciate that the facility is like a neighborhood. Lots of green space and deer on the property. The common areas in the main building are spacious, clean attractive. The dining area is very large. Tablecloths are on all tables Cloth napkins ,dining room is serving from 7 AM to 6 PM. Waiters are friendly and call you by name. The menus have many choices available with plenty of healthy options as well as desserts. Multiple activities available every day. Transportation is provided to local shopping. Transportation can be provided to doctors visits with 48 hours notice. Our apartment is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as extra large washer and dryer

I consider living here is a blessing! It is like living at summer camp. Leave your cabin, go up to the lodge for meals and activities return to cabin (house) to sleep!

Get your loved ones here, ASAP! You won't regret it!

I can't speak highly enough of all the staff, from the waiters to the front desk. I highly recommend to anyone considering it.

The food needs help. Needs a bigger budget. Food and waitstaff is fabulous! Menu caters to what residents want, but I personally would not consider it diabetic or heart healthy. The staff desire, creativity, and effort is there. Budget, not so much. Activities are fun. Wish there were more. Friday night happy hour with music is always a hit. Picture this. Last week. 12 80 yo ladies in a high kick line (about ankle high) dancing and singing to New York New York and the rest of the residents singing along and clapping. It is truly a special community. My only issue with the place is that the local staff is hog tied by corporate. Local staff is fabulous and absolutely supportive. I highly recommend Patriot Heights.

The place was a little expensive for what my father makes, but I am offsetting until we get assistance from the VA. It is definitely worth it, though. Great therapy unit, Great social hour Fridays. Really beneficial for those who may want to be secluded. They take the time to get you involved.
