I would recommend it. I would recommend my Mom to stay. They have been doing a great job with my family member. It would a good place for your loved one to reside.

The quality of care at the community is okay. It is difficult to speak with the person that is responsible for my loved ones care. My loved one does not participate in the activities. This community is clean and nice for the residents.

I knew I couldn't stay alone any longer in my home and i entrusted in my daughters to chose a for me. Katella Senior Living is my new home and i wouldn't have it any other way. the staff is very caring and I have met wonderful friends. I have have extended family who comes in from out of state to see my new home and they were very pleased with the care, culture, and how comfortable and active I was.

It is so nice living at Katella Senior Living. I have an independent apartment and my happiness, privacy, and peace of mind is more than I ever imagined. Once my loved one passed away, I had no desire to be completely alone and was wanting a place with good programs and good food! Also, a place where I would feel safe and I could just be "me." I knew I couldn't stay alone any longer in my home, and I entrusted my daughter to choose a place for me. Katella Senior Living is my new home and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is very caring and I have met wonderful friends.

I love Katella Senior Living. My family looked at many places and choice the most charming and most comfortable. I have a bridge club and I told the group to come here first if they ever need care or seeking apartment and community living. Your food is delicious and everyone has been so helpful and kind.

I have been at Katella Senior Living for almost 9 years and this is such a terrific place to call my home. I recall quickly feeling comfortable, free to be me independently and very safe. Before I came here my family and I discussed maybe living with my daughter though I never wanted to feel tended to in that way by my children. I also did not want to be at home during each day as they worked. At Katella, I have gained so many enduring friendships and love the staff. During this pandemic, I feel especially grateful to be here as we have each other.

I haven't found anything I don't like at Katella Senior Living! I came here with my husband when he was very ill and they fulfilled all of his needs completely. He has since passed and Katella Senior Living remains my home.

I am very thankful for the experience I had with all the staff at Katella Senior Living. Anna provided me with all the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision regarding the living situation for my grandparents. She was always available to answer any of my questions and for a tour. The staff at the front desk was also helpful and friendly.

We have been very satisfied with the care at Katella. My mother in law is happy & well taken care of. She’s making friends and having a good time.

My fiercely independent 94 year old mother was hospitalized with acute pneumonia. After being in hospital/skilled nursing for about 6 weeks, I was told that I needed to find her another place. She was not in a good place physically or mentally; I was distraught and panicked until I started talking to one of the directors at Katella Senior Living. I don’t know what I would have done without her support. She kept reassuring me that it would be okay. As soon as there was a room available for my mom, she got her in and made sure that it was a smooth transition. For the 1st time in weeks, I was no longer in crisis mode. Since my mom has been there she has regained most of her strength and her mind is as sharp as ever. I was worried that she would be upset to be in assisted living instead of at home, but the staff at Katella Senior Living treat her with such dignity, respect and compassion that I think she feels better about herself being there. You won’t find a better place.

We had to move our grandmother into a care facility in the middle of the pandemic, which was an extra stressful and anxious process. The staff at Katella was so understanding and gracious. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and to welcome our grandmother. They see her as a person, as part of their family, and continue to show great care for her health and well being. I'm so thankful we found her such a wonderful environment!

We really like this facility and would have chosen it if we hadn't found one comparable and closer to our home. The staff was very nice and [name removed] was awesome. Would not hesitate to go there if it were closer.

The care at Katella Senior is wonderful, the staff are very nice and the cleanliness of the community is very well kept. Our loved one really liked the meals in the beginning, now they are getting a little repetitive but they are still good. The activities are relatively limited, but they are a pet friendly community. A really lovely place, but it is close to a busy street and the parking is tricky.

I live here as a patient. Just would like to say what a great job [name removed] does at this facility. She is a very dedicated person and cares for everyone. She is a very hard working person and takes pride in her work.I belive she deserves a 5 star. The facility is great very clean and a great place to be at. I would recommend to friends and family

The employees at Shawnee PARC have loving hearts and care for every resident as a member of their own family.

Our experience with Brookdale at Willowbrook has been extremely positive. We have a loved one in both skilled nursing and assisted living. Both have been pleased with their healthcare, happy with the food, and impressed with the efficient, friendly staff. Check it out!

This is a gorgeous but mellow place with caring staff members. I had surgery and my needs were complex and the nursing team was able to make me feel safe and their expertise to hospital like procedures kept me worry free. I was discharged home with their outpatient therapy. Their therapy is top notch. The best therapy team you'll find anywhere. The therapy gym is clean. I toured upstairs too before being discharged. I toured a couple of model rooms and they are gorgeous. Some bigger than others but beautiful. Food is provided at the assisted living. It was very impressive to see that the therapy team work with the residents in the assisted living patients too. The breakdown was good and I knew when my wound doctor came and the infectious disease, they had pain management doctor coming in too. Therapy used dry needling to ease my pain. As i said my case was complex, they had a machine in therapy that helped me deal with incontinence. Thank you health care of Plano for a job well done

The best in Plano. Clean, no smell, therapy team is great. I do outpatient therapy here and I love it. They have alternative approach to pain management during therapy sessions.
