Our father is so happy there and the staff is SO wonderful. We are truly blessed to have him such a wonderful, loving and caring facility!

Our experience with Brookdale Willowbrook Place has been a very good one, overall. We have a difficult situation and a loved one with some very specific needs, and the people here have been friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here!

We were quite impressed with this new facility. The management and staff were very friendly and the residents seemed to be happy. As we were leaving, a woman stopped us to say her husband had been in their rehab for 3 weeks and didn’t want to go home. We definitely consider the Healthcare Resort to be a good option for Dad.

I think they do a really good job with my mother in law. The food is okay. The services they provide are good.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Patriot Heights! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've been a big help to us throughout the whole process. They've also been very accommodating and on top of things when it comes to any questions or requests we've had. There were a few maintenance issues when we moved my loved one into her apartment, and they took care of all of them in a timely manner.

We had a nice visit, it is a very beautiful building and staff were kind.

My husband was one of the first to be admitted to the rehab unit of this facility. From his first evening there he was treated with concern and respect. The facility is beautiful, the staff are very attentive and the rehab folks are great. They do keep me posted on his progress. There is a chef and a pastry chef. The food is delicious! The office staff are very pleasant to work with. If I ever need rehab, this is where I want to be.

Redmond Care is awesome. The whole staff is great from therapies to nurses to upper management. They all smile at you when you walk in and walk down the halls. They are a true blessing. Everyone was willing to help anytime I went to the front desk or pushed my fathers call light. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated like family and see your loved one feel loved.

GREAT place for mom! Has a community feel, staff and residents are very friendly. Welcome committee run by the residents made her feel welcome right away. Food is included and very good, restaurant quality with buffets on Sundays. And she can invite her friends (or me) to eat with her for a small fee. Lots of activities and outings, beautiful grounds, deer everywhere! Hence the street name - Fawn Meadow ;) Great peace of mind knowing my mom is well cared for and happy! ,,,only bad thing is they had a leak in the pool. So it was shut down for two months. How long does it take to fix a pool? And they only serve dinner till 6 o'clock. I think they should at least be able to have dinner until 7. Overall it has been a good experience and my mom seems to really like it there.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

My mother was resistant in going to Brookdale Willowbrook Place but now she is glad to be here. Mom enjoys socializing here with others her own age. At first we had a problem with the staff following up on everything that we needed to move mom in. Once all that happened everything went well. I think a month before the resident arrives they need to follow up and make sure you have everything you need to move there. So we did have a last minutes scramble to get everything done. Mother is cared for very well here. The value of this place is priceless!

We are totally happy about Brookdale, it's a nice place. She is well taken care of. She has participated in some of the entertainment and activities. We are very pleased with the facility, they have done everything that they needed to do. They have good nutritious food, but it's not always what she wants. They had the best deal going on that we saw. We liked that they had a courtyard that was open and also screened, so she could be safe but still go outside to see the birds.

It's really pretty there. Now my mom has a social life. I would recommend it. The staff is excellent, top of the list. They're 5 stars. It's very clean, the dining room is wonderful. The residents have a calendar to keep track of the activities. They have activities each hour. Mom is hardly ever in her room, she is always out and about. It's great.

We're very happy with this place, I would highly recommend them! They've got a real sense of caring about each of their residents, and you can tell the staff take a lot of personal interest both the physical and emotional well-being of the people that live here.

My parents have lived in Patriot Heights for nearly a year and are completely enjoying it! The food is very good; staff is friendly and attentive; neighbors are friendly; and there are a range of activities from cards, movies, and book clubs, to trying local restaurants, visiting museums, and 'mystery' trips (and much more). Sounds like there is always something going on and something for everyone's interests -- scheduling time to speak to them is now the biggest challenge, as they are frequently busy! It has been a very good fit

Well, when you drive up to the place and see the outside, there is nothing to write home about. But when you get inside, things are much nicer, especially the staff. I have been to several nursing homes and have been treated with complete disrespect by nurses and nurse assistants. That wasn't the case here. The staff did their jobs with pride and passion. I could tell they really cared about me as a persona and my health. All the therapists were great but the head therapist, RIno, was amazing. He really helped me gain my leg strength, even after all of my complaining. Thank you Palomar Vista for helping me get my health straightened, at least for the meantime.

They are part of the California Mission Inn. The facility isn't quite as pretty, but the people are just over the top, their attitudes are great. It's very clean, and we are in a building that 60-65 years old, but it's not as pretty. They are really good with the therapy here.

Nice facility, too expensive.

We toured this community when looking into care for my loved one. This community looked very nice, and the staff were very friendly, but it was one of the more expensive options we looked at. I would have liked to be able to place my loved one here, it looked like it would have been a good fit for her, but unfortunately it was not something that would have worked with her finances.
