[Removed] listened to my wants and desires for my 93 yr old mother that was very active all of her life! She booked me with two places and [Removed] was very nice. Perfect size rooms, very close to our family and doctors. [Removed] took me through the facility and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, facility very elegant and the residents seemed extremely happy!!! LOTS of smiles!! I like the idea for my mom of a studio room so they are encouraged to mingle with other residents. GREAT IDEA!!!!

Great place with a very caring staff. The team in the Assisted Living portion of the Resort really demonstrate compassion and love towards the guest.

This is a wonderful community for my mom.The staff are very nice and caring to her needs. My mom's health has improvement and she is very happy with the care from this community.We would highly recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Amazing care at this facility. Building may be older but new management and ownership has completely turned this building around. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family and make your loved one feel at home. The care given at this facility exceeds all other buildings in the KCK. So happy we chose this place for my father. Its refreshing to see a company who invested in a place that has been a part of this community for 50 years. Wyandotte county needed this and so happy to have had such a great experience.

The care is above any in Kansas City Kansas. Building may be a bit older but new ownership has completely turned this place around. The staff is so caring and really makes you feel like you are part of the family. Therapy team is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I love this place, and love that a company has invested in a building that has been a part of this community for 50 years. Wyandotte county needed a facility like this!

I like the care that my mom is getting from this community. The staff are nice and very caring. The community is clean and this is a new community. The menu is nice with a good variety. The offer my mom to participate in the activities. I would recommend the care of this community to other families for good care and nice value.

Was a definite runner up!! great facility, open air feel and warm and friendly staff. Other facility chosen won out simply by geography.

My parents are doing as well as to be expected. Their apartment is comfortable and they seem to be settling well. There have been a couple of residents that have introduced themselves to them, my father has made some friends.

We toured this community when looking for my father and it was very nice! The main reason we didn't chose them is they do not offer assisted living on site.

On my tour there was not an available staff to give me a tour. They should have had a backup. It was a good community from what I saw. I didn't like the menu, they lacked daily variety and choices to pick from.

The tour I set up for myself was on time and the staff was ready to give me a full tour. It was a really good tour and they became one of the top choices. It is newer and upscale looking. The residents were nice but not as fully active from what I had seen. They had no problems with me returning with some family to have them observe the place. After consideration it was thought to be a little too fancy and would not be the right fit.

I moved both of my elderly parents to the Healthcare Resort of Olathe over a month ago and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is so friendly and courteous, the facility is absolutely wonderful, and my parents are enjoying it tremendously. I was shocked that my parents now go down to "Happy Hour" at the end of the week and were headed down for the Ice Cream activity yesterday! They have managed to make it possible for my parents to meet other people and get to know them in a friendly atmosphere. I can't say enough good about this place, and the staff is truly remarkable.

Everything was great, my mom didn't want to leave! The therapy team got her walking again in no time. She loved the food and fellowship, and she's now she's doing great.

I am quite happy with the services, the cna's are very helpful and friendly the food is quite good, I get 3 square meals per day , I recommend that my friends look into the facility. I am sure that you would like it.

My only complaint is that the dining room closes at 6. My family lives in San Antonio and the work. For them to be able to join me for dinner is almost impossible. I'm used to eating dinner between 6:30 and 8, otherwise I get hungry by 10 and want that unneeded snack!

We are very happy with this community. The staff members are wonderful and caring. The food is very good. Alot of activities to keep active. We would highly recommend this for great care for other families.

The care for my mom has been good and we are happy. It is a clean community and they serve good meals that my mom likes. A Place For Mom did great when helping us find a community. I would recommend this place to a family or friend.

My father in law has begun the process of looking for assisted living in the Provo/Orem area. The staff introduced us to some residents who retold how they initially had anxiety about moving but once the decision to move was made that Lake Ridge quickly felt like home. Their was a lady there painting some of the residents finger nails. One residents daughter was helping out and she said her Mom has improved so much since moving out of her home, stating the nutritious meals and having a caregiver overseeing her medications is the most help. My wife's father is still at home but I think the family is leaning towards moving him into Lake Ridge before his health or my mother in laws health gets any worse.

My grandmother is doing amazing at this community. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. I would highly recommend this community. Everything is very well maintained, her room and the facility is very nice and clean. The staff have been excellent. She is participating in all the activities they offer. The food is good, she is pleased with the meals. I know she is safe and receiving great care.
