I'm here every day to visit with [name removed] and take him for a walk during lunch. The staff all really care about the residents and take their responsibilities very seriously. I feel it is necessary to have at least three caregivers in each rotation. some require two caregivers to take care of whatever needs to be done. There needs to be a third to watch our other. I appreciate the staff and [name removed] for the real care for residents.
