The staff at New Haven in Floresville, TX has been wonderful to work with. They provided loving care for my grandparents. I can’t thank them enough.

I have prayed about this for so long. I took care of my mother and it got to where I could not do it any longer. When we walked in to New Haven it was like one big family. It felt like walking into moms living room, it was so comfortable. They have a living area, dining area, and kitchen and it just felt very homey. I felt a sense of peace, everything was perfect so I did not have to go anywhere else. The thing I like about it the best is there is only 14 residents so it is a very small community and they consider each other brothers and sisters. There is a new activities director and I am anxious to see how that will work out. If we have had any issues they are resolved almost immediately. I would recommend them to others looking and actually already have.

This community was very warm and they acted like they loved my loved one it for sure felt like a community. We were able to observer activities in the community and someone came to sing to my loved one also but she was not able to participate in the activities. This community was much less than other communities and we liked it more than the other places that we looked at. This community was very responsive to our needs. It was also very close to my home and very convenient for our needs.

New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care is a wonderful community. The staff were great with my mom, especially miss [name removed]. They were all very attentive to her and to our whole family. The hospice company that they recommended that we use was great as well. This is a very good facility and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Our loved one was only here for 2 weeks and we wish she could have come here sooner.

Everyone that I met was really friendly. The place is really clean and nice inside. My Moms room is farely large, no complaints about the room. As far as I know, she is being well taken care of.

I think they have done a great job. The staff members have been extremely accommodating from the get go and are just so wonderful. The sales director [name removed] gave me her number so if I am unable to reach someone when I call, I can always get a hold of her. They have really bent over backwards and helped in so many different ways and I am so thankful for them. He's got some really nice neighbors that are always looking out for him. It gives me a lot of peace of mind. Overall I have been very pleased and would highly recommend Autumn Oaks to other families.

We chose Autumn Oaks of Corinth because of the convenient location as well as the price. The apartment sizes here are very good, they are plenty big for one person. The sales lady we dealt with, I am able to text her anytime with questions we have. She is always very helpful and responsive. I would recommend to others who are looking.

After many attempts to find a good place we came to New Haven. It has been excellent, staffed by caring people who make it safe and comfortable. The food is excellent, too.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the tour and the people we met. It did not really seem as clean as the other communities we looked at but it had a real homey feeling to it. It is smaller and the residents did seem more limited in their abilities. We did think our loved one would enjoy the kitchen set up, the kitchen is set up in the middle so the residents can see the chefs cooking the different maels .

My mother had exceptional care at New Haven of Tomball. She was placed into Memory Care and the staff/caregivers took great care of her. The caregivers had activities every day and when weather was nice, all residents would enjoy being outside. I ate with my mom and other residents during meals. The food was very tasty. The facility was clean and smelled fresh. The staff always had smiles and very helpful to the residents. If a resident had an immediate need, the caregivers were available to take care of the individual need. Medications were given on time. I visited on a frequent basis and knew all of the residents by their first name as well as caregivers. The Executive Director and Staff were very helpful with the paperwork for the move in and with other requests. They treated my mom and me like family. There is a Dr. that comes to the facility. Dental Services, Hair Stylist and Podiatrist Services are available at the facility.

I liked this community but the prices were on the higher side. They offered a good amount of care and amenities but it was just out of our range for our loved one. The tour was great.

I had to make a quick decision for my 81 year old uncle whos health had deteriorated fast. The day after touring the facility, he moved in. The staff, from maintenance to culinary, to nursing, especially the management, immediately built an incredible rapport with my unruly and cantankerous uncle and made him feel at home. When I pick my uncle up, he wants to go back. When I ask him to come to my house, he doesn't want to leave. He is watching sports again on Tv, reading the news paper, and socializing with everyone. This he has not done in years. The facility is exceptionally clean . The staff goes above and beyond with communication and genuine kindness. My uncle says it is the best food in the world. My husband is a fire fighter and paramedic and has been in many care facilities for elderly. He says this by far is the most impressive one he has seen. We both sleep easy at night knowing he is in great hands at New Haven. P.S. I love the décor. It makes you feel at home.

This was more expensive than we wanted to spend. It had a less homey feel to it.

They have a dedicated staff, and take good care of the residents. I would definitely recommend New Haven.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and we really liked New Haven, but it came down to the price and it was just to expensive. The place was awesome, and the lady who took us on the tour was very informative and told us all about the community and what they had to offer.

Our Mom has been a resident at Schertz New Haven for 1 1/2 years. She is 99 yr old and very active. Of course, she didn't want to give up her home and independence, but a fall made living at home no longer safe. New Haven staff made her feel so welcome the minute she entered the building. The chef, [name removed], make sure the meals are first class. The activity director, [name removed], keeps residence busy with tons of fun activities. We tease our Mom that we can't come see her because her dance card is so full. The residence are like one big family. Every member of the staff treats our Mom with respect. She is allowed to take care of anything she can and the staff is there to help anytime she needs assistance. I cannot put into words the peace of mind we have knowing how well our Mom is taken care of at Schertz New Haven.

We went with New Haven because my mom was here and I liked the care that they provided to her so I thought it would be a great fit for my wife. The rooms are really good size, my mom and my wife both had a private room. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

[name removed] was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The rooms were good sized and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. This was first place I visited so I am going wait until I visit a view other places on my list to make a decision.

We chose New Haven because it was a newer facility and we had experience with the company before. It is also a nice, small, homey facility with only 16 residents, so it is better personalized care. The room sizes here are large. It is very friendly place out in the country far from the city and I would recommend it to others.
