This place is wonderful and the staff is awesome. It is always difficult to put your loved ones in a place where they give up their independence. However, [name removed] and her team make it easy. My mother is well taken care of and they adjust to her not the other way around. They are quick to recognize medical problems and always caution on the side of being safe. The facility is immaculate. During this time of COVID they have made the best of what limitations they have to work with as far as family interaction. Would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing assisted living.

The staff really do care. You do have to remind them of the care plan but they do get it done. They do have a high staff turnover but we just need to keep reminding the new staff of our mom's care plan and it is fine. The food is excellent and they offer a variety. The care has been wonderful and they staff are very attentive to her needs. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The facility takes great effort to make sure my mother is well taken care of in all areas: personal hygiene, health matters, recreation, and the outstanding food that is served. Medical and pharmaceutical treatment is taken care of in the house. They have been so careful during this pandemic and offer zoom meetings so we can stay in touch. New Haven is a wonderful facility and my mother is very happy there.

My Mom has been at New Haven since it opened. It’s a pretty, homey environment. They do a great job and if anything is wrong they do strive to make it right. I highly recommend it.

I feel this is the best place I could have found for Mom. The folks here are attentive and caring. The administrator keeps the family advised on a regular basis with informative communication. All are very professional and are doing an incredible job during this pandemic. A+ from me!!

I am a Home Health Nurse that has several communities (ALF, memory care) that I go in to see residents. I have been seeing residents in this community since it has been open. This facility always has been clean, smells good, and the staff is great, so warm and helpful. This facility is like a home. Oh yes, and the food smells so good.

I'm very happy with New Haven. The caregivers in memory care are wonderful! Mother seems as happy as possible considering her dementia. I appreciate how they all help take care of her cat! I don't know what she would do w/o [name rmeoved]! I haven't met [name removed] yet but she sounds great. Any improvement on [name removed] is appreciated!

Very clean. Well layed out. I like that this has a smaller capacity. People are very friendly and useful.

We moved my 95-year-old mother into New Haven. This facility is very nice, rooms are attractive. The staff communicates well with us. Food is excellent, chef-prepared.

I have been working as a nurse practitioner in assisted living communities for over 3 years. New Haven has a feeling of home and "family love" displayed by staff to the residents. The residents are always groomed and appear happy. The facility is clean and works as a team with outside entities to provide exceptional care. I do visit facilities which I can't recommend to families seeking placement but New haven is a facility I do recommend.

Our Mom, after a fall which kept her in hospital for 7 days, it was determined she could no longer live alone. My sister and I had only a couple of days to find the “right” place. When we walked into New Haven of Tomball, we knew this was it. Since being there she went through a rough spot which was accelerated by the COVID. However, the staff here has completely turned her around. She is happy and well cared for while we are unable to be with her.

New Haven has a beautiful new facility. The staff is always very polite and helpful whenever I come by to visit. I would definitely recommend this community!

I have been so pleased with this facility since the new director, [name removed], arrived. Everything that my family and I have been trying to get accomplished for my mother over the last year, she has competed successfully in the short time that she's been there. I tell her that I don't worry anymore, my prayers have been answered!! Awesome job!!

My mom has been there for 10 months. I was nervous moving her from my home. However, they welcomed her and she has been very happy every time I visited. She has stayed healthy the entire time. She hugs all of the staff like they are family! New Haven's care and communication has been top-notch.

I've been working in home health for 30 years and I am very pleased with the compassionate care and love is shown to all the residents here. The staff are positive and patient, very attentive to their needs, respectful, preserving the dignity. Everything is clean, bright, and cheerful.

This is a great community nestled in a small town. It brings that home feeling every time I walk into the building. The staff make you feel welcome and right at home. The cook is always cooking great home-cooked delicious meals for the residents. The Activity Director has always got activities going meeting everyone's needs. Just all around great! The Director is loving and caring and that definitely shows throughout the building from all team members.

My loved one has lived at this care center for almost two years. During that time, there have been some bumps along the way, but those have now been resolved. That being said, those previous issues happened under prior Administrative personnel. There have been no issues with the new Administration. If fact, [name removed] is making needed improvements and adjustments. [Name removed] has also been very good about keeping the residents' families informed, especially considering the recent pandemic. I have not had first hand experience with the new nurse, but I hear nothing but positive feedback from the staff. On to the rest of the staff... [Name removed] does a great job keeping the residents busy with activities , and has even made sure to keep families connected during this pandemic. The care staff @ New Haven takes very good care of my loved one, and I appreciate that more than know!! Thank you for all you do!!

Oustanding leadership and staff — all doing their best to rise above these difficult isolation times and ensure the mental and physical health of their residents. Excellent communication with our family when there is a need with our resident. They go above and beyond.

I have a special diet with food allergies and they will always bring me something else to eat. They know what I like too! I receive excellent care and I just love them all! I can tell from their actions and their touch that they really care. They're always prompt and helpful! They do the little things and go the extra mile especially during these difficult times.
