Our Mom, after a fall which kept her in hospital for 7 days, it was determined she could no longer live alone. My sister and I had only a couple of days to find the “right” place. When we walked into New Haven of Tomball, we knew this was it. Since being there she went through a rough spot which was accelerated by the COVID. However, the staff here has completely turned her around. She is happy and well cared for while we are unable to be with her.

New Haven has a beautiful new facility. The staff is always very polite and helpful whenever I come by to visit. I would definitely recommend this community!

I have been so pleased with this facility since the new director, [name removed], arrived. Everything that my family and I have been trying to get accomplished for my mother over the last year, she has competed successfully in the short time that she's been there. I tell her that I don't worry anymore, my prayers have been answered!! Awesome job!!

My mom has been there for 10 months. I was nervous moving her from my home. However, they welcomed her and she has been very happy every time I visited. She has stayed healthy the entire time. She hugs all of the staff like they are family! New Haven's care and communication has been top-notch.

I've been working in home health for 30 years and I am very pleased with the compassionate care and love is shown to all the residents here. The staff are positive and patient, very attentive to their needs, respectful, preserving the dignity. Everything is clean, bright, and cheerful.

This is a great community nestled in a small town. It brings that home feeling every time I walk into the building. The staff make you feel welcome and right at home. The cook is always cooking great home-cooked delicious meals for the residents. The Activity Director has always got activities going meeting everyone's needs. Just all around great! The Director is loving and caring and that definitely shows throughout the building from all team members.

My loved one has lived at this care center for almost two years. During that time, there have been some bumps along the way, but those have now been resolved. That being said, those previous issues happened under prior Administrative personnel. There have been no issues with the new Administration. If fact, [name removed] is making needed improvements and adjustments. [Name removed] has also been very good about keeping the residents' families informed, especially considering the recent pandemic. I have not had first hand experience with the new nurse, but I hear nothing but positive feedback from the staff. On to the rest of the staff... [Name removed] does a great job keeping the residents busy with activities , and has even made sure to keep families connected during this pandemic. The care staff @ New Haven takes very good care of my loved one, and I appreciate that more than know!! Thank you for all you do!!

Oustanding leadership and staff — all doing their best to rise above these difficult isolation times and ensure the mental and physical health of their residents. Excellent communication with our family when there is a need with our resident. They go above and beyond.

I have a special diet with food allergies and they will always bring me something else to eat. They know what I like too! I receive excellent care and I just love them all! I can tell from their actions and their touch that they really care. They're always prompt and helpful! They do the little things and go the extra mile especially during these difficult times.

We moved Mom into New Haven Nov. 2019. After looking at a lot of facilities, we picked New Haven because the size was smaller and we felt like she would be better looked after. The rooms are bigger and she has space for all of the paintings she wanted to bring so it could feel like home. She is well taken care of and the meals are good! She has many friends. The Director of Life Enrichment makes sure there is always an activity to keep the residents busy, so that they don't miss their loved ones too much. Every room has a window and we make window visits during this COVID time. We have been very pleased with our experience so far!

The food here is very good! The ladies that take care of me really care for me! I know day after day they get tired, but they still do a great job! I have lived at another place, where I was treated like a burden! The bosses just run it better here. I enjoy all the music, getting to sit on the back porch, and having coke floats. New Haven just knows how to run this place!

Love this community! The people are happy, are at activities. Activity Director is fun and empathetic, she tries to get each person to participate or do different activities to cater to everyone! Love the aides and med aides they are helpful and friendly! [Name removed] (DON/Administrator) always goes the extra mile to make sure people are happy and comfortable!

Mom has had a great move in, everyone has been so nice to her! She's making new friends and she loved playing all the games, and they keep her busy with activities. Her care is very good and they help her keep her oxygen on. She's exercising every morning! I get constant updates, pictures, and texts of how mom is doing. They FaceTime me too when she asks for me.

After looking at several facilities within 20 miles of our home, my sister and I were ecstatic to find New Haven Assisted Living for our mother. She had been living alone and had a couple of falls, the last of which put her into the hospital for seven days. The doctor said she could no longer live alone. New Haven is a very new facility (opened in Nov 2019) and Mom was only the 10th resident to move into a 28-resident facility. The attention to her and her care has been awesome. The staff is unbelievably caring and shows concern for her welfare daily. We would highly recommend New Haven for anyone that would flourish in a small facility.

I am so glad we found New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care for my mother-in-law. The staff has been wonderful. They are caring, knowledgeable, and so patient with my mother-in-law. The beautiful facility is clean and well-maintained and my mother-in-law really likes the food - which is high praise from her! The size of the facility allows for a nice, homey feeling.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is well maintained and clean. Great communication with nurse on staff and home care.

I think this is a very good place to live. it is comfortable, the people are nice and the employees are very nice.

Everyone here is GREAT!

Being cared for and get nursing help when asked for it. Would like if meals are on time and not having for some later in to table. The building stay too cold most of time. Rooms should be at 78 degrees instead of 75.
