I enjoy living here because everyone is so nice and helpful. I need a lot of help because I am 93 years old. They are cheerful and helpful and nice to me. I like exercises! Reading and art. I like the C.E.O. [name removed].

I'm very happy with everything here.

Our Mom [name removed] passed away in [date removed]. She spent the final 15 months of her life at New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bastrop, Texas where she received exceptional and personalized care led by New Haven administrator [name removed], and her dedicated staff. New Haven provided the best alternative setting for mom to live at home. New Haven provided a variety of entertainment, social activities, freshly cooked meals and a sense of belonging which assisted the frustration of losing her independence. Because of this high quality care, as well as the empathy and care shown towards her, especially in her final days, our family will be forever grateful.

[Name removed] was very informative in showing us the community. Everything was very nice and the dining hall was awesome! The pool was somewhat small but adequate. There was a smell of grease from the kitchen but overall, I liked it very much!

Great looking community that has an executive chef. The test meal was excellent. The rooms are spacious and accommodating. My mother loved the community, and will be considering it to be her next home.

Great staff and onsite nurse - visiting doctor is good. Rooms are comfortable. Staff truly cares about residents.

I really enjoyed the building, the administrator was very helpful. spent a lot of time with us even though we couldn't afford to put mom here. She made sure I got in touch with the right people for extra help at home and VA benefits. Made us feel very comfortable and I hope one day we can put mom there.

I wish I was home, but this is the next best thing. I have made friends - I like to go out on the trips and staff is wonderful but I'm gaining weight because I like to eat here.

The facility has done a very good job of caring for my mother. The staff have always been very caring and compassionate. She sees this as her home now which makes our whole family feel more at ease. Would recommend to anyone with a family member w Alzheimer's.
