We love it - it is wonderful! My dad is very happy there. As far as the service goes, it's well worth it. They're friendly and they're always there if he needs something. I recommend it to everyone I know even though I think they're all full right now. My dad is not much of a game player but he does the excercise classes and goes to the little parties have. I can't think of anything to improve it. They've been excellent. I just wish we would have known about it sooner!

Fabulous, perfect! There are not enough adjectives to descibe how happy I am! My mom doesn't participate much in the activities, but i really like the activity director and the activity calender looks good. Before I walked into Autumn Oaks I was so depressed and worried that I wasn't foing to be able to find a place for my mom. This was a God send. I couldn't be happier. I toured a lot of places and this renewed my hope that there were people out there to help. We're moving my dad in next month! Misti, from A Place for Mom, was perfect. It was a very good experience. I couldn't have done it without thier help!

We really appreciate how well they work with our loved one, they got him on a good routine and medicine that has really helped. The new director [name removed] seems to be really on top of things and we are hoping he finds new good activities for the memory care side to do. For everything they have to offer and do for us the value is totally worth it and we would recommend to other families.

We chose New Haven because the lady that I was talking to was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to answer all questions. We met the staff and residents before we made our decision and also the value was great. The facility is not brand new, but everything inside was brand new and it looked immaculate. My dad does not participate, but by the looks of the activities calendar, it looks like they have a lot of activities provided for residents to participate in. We did have some issues in the beginning but most things have been resolved and staff really go above and beyond. We have been pleased with our experience and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Do I like it here? Yes.

My mom has lived in the New Haven assisted living house for about 3 years. I love the fact that I know mom is watched over 24/7. Her medication is managed for her. The facility Is beautiful and has a homey feel. I would highly recommend New Haven!

My aunt has been at New Haven since May of this year. She is very happy there. [name removed]& the staff are wonderful & very caring. I am so happy that I chose New Haven to care for my aunt. She receives excellent care.

I enjoy getting pictures and facetime talks with my mom. [name removed] is always so nice and cordial. I hoping to come for an outside visit soon. I also appreciate all the communication especially with the hurricane and the evacuation plan.

My mother has been living in the assisted living facility at Autumn Oaks of Corinth for over a year and a half. The facility is beautiful, well-kept, inviting and bright and clean. The unit my mother is in is small but adequate. The staff put in new carpet when my mom moved in. We were allowed to hire painters to repaint the walls to a neutral color. I was allowed to hang a HDTV on the wall. I pay for her cable. The staff is helpful and friendly. My mother is well taken care The meals are good and sufficient. Medication management is punctual.

The staff is always kind and helpful. They always smile and acknowledge you. The facilities are clean and have a pleasant, non-air fresheny smell! That was the 1st thing that impressed me the 1st time I entered the facility. There really wasn't any odor! There are lots of activities and also special events- Happy Hours with entertainment, ice cream socials...My parents have been pleased with the food so far-of course they do not like every meal, but who does. They do have alternate food choices if you do not like what is on the menu. The apartment size is great for them. The lay out is great! I guess the only complaint is that they still have a small refrigerator rather than the full size that is supposed to be there. It is supposedly on order, but hasn't arrived in their room in almost 2 months that they have been there. The other is that their A/C went out over a month ago and the new unit still has not been installed. The facility did provide 2 portable A/Cs and they cool their apartment well. Sometimes the medicines are not delivered at consistent times. My Mom has Parkinson's so timing is very important. I appreciate the staff being so attentive. If my parents don't show up for a meal, someone is checking on them and bringing their food. There are staff in and out of their room throughout the day. I feel so comfortable with the great care and attention they give. Autumn Oaks was the 1st facility I visited and I knew that it was the one for us! We have not regretted that decision!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, however they were always short staffed and sometimes hard to get help for my 98 year old husband. Unfortunately he passed away in October. I would like to give a shout out to [name removed], the head chef. He was wonderful to me and always tried his best to accommodate my loved ones gluten free diet.

My mom has been well cared for and has made friends. They have had some staff turnover which has caused some staffing issues. Not enough med techs so they've had to hire agency staff to come in. Having agency staff has caused some issues just because they don't know the residents.

What we like the most about New Haven Assisted Living community is that the staff is attentive to the residents. They show love and compassion to them. They celebrate all of the holidays with parties and activities.

They need to clean the residents rooms on a schedule and better than they are doing. We have to ask them to clean and shouldn't have to. We've seen cockroaches in my Mom's room. I was also told there were cockroaches in the kitchen but have not seen this personally. They told me they've sprayed for them. Most of the caregivers are really good and caring towards the residents, but there are a few that are not very friendly or helpful when the residents ask for assistance. They could use more training in these cases. They do put together wonderful dinners for the residents on holidays and that's very much appreciated. They have also begun serving better meals for the residents. They're nutritious and flavorful and the residents say they taste very good and that's huge because there's not much more they have anything to look forward to so a good meal is very important.

My mom is relatively happy there. She is always concerned when the staff changes, which it does often. The food is a mixed bag, either absolutely delicious or inedible (according to her). The activity director is absolutely wonderful. She keeps the residents entertained. We really appreciate the small size, it affords the residents to easily forge relationships with each other and the staff.

Some staff are not well trained or experienced. Administrators did not follow through with commitments after my mother passed and we moved out. I would recommend this facility as long as it is right for the individuals needs. The staff are really nice.

Quality of food - need more fresh foods & less packaged foods like fruit & vegetables and backup food choices if the resident doesn't like the planned meal .Pay the caregivers more instead of the administrators . Clean the rooms regularly without the resident having to ask

Very costly but hopefully in line with other such facilities. Smaller number of residents is good. Be helpful for staff to identify themselves when we call. We were attracted to them because of the room availability and location relatively close to family. I would recommend to others.

There are a couple of CNA that have taken great care of dad. A new administrator was hired in October and everything changed. The current administer is does not really care about clients. She is manipulative and tends to shade the truth.

My mom is currently a resident at Autumn Oaks of Corinth and most everything has been very good for her so far. We are generally happy with the place. It is better now than when she first moved in. The staffing has gotten a bit better. The food has improved. The medical assistance, however, is a bit loose.
