This is a very nice community. We like the staff who are caring and attentive to my mom's needs. I like knowing that she is in a clean community with a nice atmosphere.The menu is very good and I like to know she is pleased with the variety. I would highly recommend this community for the good care that is received with a good value.

The New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care near my home is not open yet, so I visited the exact replica in Kyle, TX. I loved the feel of home as you walked in the door to a living room area next to a large open kitchen. Everything looked modern and very inviting. I was struck by the cleanliness of the facility. My mom always kept a clean and inviting home and I know she will feel good in these surroundings. Each resident has a good size private room with a nice bathroom which includes plenty of storage and a nice walk-in shower. There is a beautiful sitting area with wicker furniture looking out a wall of windows onto the beautiful patio. I loved the walking path that will also accommodate wheelchairs. I am hopeful that the staff will be attentive and caring and give the right medications to my mom at the proper times. I plan on visiting every day and was told I would be most welcome. My first experience was very positive.

The tour guide was courteous and very accommodating during my tour. I thought this was a nice place that was kept clean and organized. During my tour i saw the bedrooms, dinning room, and the activities center. I really liked this place they offered healthy meal plans and everyone was friendly.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. It is very attractive, clean, well kept and has good food. The staff is very accommodating, caring and competent. Since it is smaller than some facilities, it feels more like a home. They offer ample activities for those who choose to participate.

The New Haven Assisted Living of Kyle is excellent. They do an excellent job. The facility is always very, very clean. The staff is friendly and caring. The Value is great. The price is reasonable for what you are getting. The care givers do a great job at taking care of my loved one. They have a variety of activities that the residents can participate in. I rate this community 5 stars across the board.

We visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Overall we thought this place was very nice! It seemed homey and open, and everyone we met was very friendly!

I really like the attention that mom is getting. It's smaller than where she was before. It's brand new. The ratio of staff to residents is 8 residents to 1 caregiver, and I really like that. When they are fully staffed it's 5 residents per caregiver. The location is perfect; it's only about fifteen minutes from house. I like the fact that the head administrator is also a nurse. She is able to spot things that ordinarily an administrator would be able to do. She's a stickler on cleanliness. I like the open feeling. It feels like a big home. She's got a really nice, big room with windows. It's decorated really nicely. Overall I'm really pleased with it. They are taking really good care of her, and that's my main deal.

I like New Haven a lot. Everything including cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the staff, care provided, activities, and overall service is good.

This is a fantastic facility set up like a home environment, and only 1 year old. It is small and encourages group interaction among the maximum of 16 occupants. As we toured the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Regina provided the information we needed in her presentation and answering our questions, but we did not receive any documentation like we did at the other communities.

So far everything has gone very well with New Haven Assisted Living, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a small, tight knit community, and the caregivers take a personal interest in each of the residents. And although I haven't had a chance to try the food myself (other than the cookies!), my loved one hasn't had any complaints.

New Haven is beautiful new building. Regina very proud and knowledgeable of her cozy residents home. Beautiful but but only 2 attends per 16 residents morning, 3 mid day and 2 again at night. $5400 plus care $200-900 based on care needed. love the community gathering room, kitchen both AL and Memory same set up. Visitation opened anytime. Tied with 1 possible #2.

So nice because it’s small and my love one gets a lot of one on one care. They are very professional. The laundry service is fine. The food seems good. It was just above and beyond! I’m so glad we found them!

Very high end accommodations. Costly and just a little too grand for an Arkansas farm boy. No complaints about facility or sales advisor (first rate). Convenient location from New Braunfels.

This is the first community we had experience with when we had to move my parents out of their home, and they did a great job. They were very accommodating, and receptive to our needs, and really helped us through our initial worries.

The care was very good. Overall it was very good. My dad passed away. He was only there a short time but overall they were a five. He had issues with swallowing so they worked with him on special meals and they worked with him on his schedule. He didn't like getting up in the morning so they kind of did his meds at a later hour in the morning to accommodate that. They have all kind of activities like bingo and trips to Wal-Mart, lunches out, church groups that come in, and a luau. They had a karaoke thing too. There were all kinds of things going on.

I found it very clean, they were very friendly, very helpful. From the get go we were asking quetions and they answered them right away, they get right on it. Mom had a couple of things that she wanted to have done and they got the people in right away. She participates in the activities that they have right around the place, she's not into softball or anything like that and she's blind as a bat too, but she keeps telling me she likes the place and the people. The care is one of the things we liked about it, the shots she needs they're able to give them, they have a doctor on call so she doesn't have to be taken out to him, these are the things she likes. One of the main reasons I chose New Haven was the staff and also that it was clean. A lot of places had a heavy heavy pine sol kind of ordor like they were trying to mask a smell, but this didn't. But overall mom's happy and you can't really ask for more

We love it - it is wonderful! My dad is very happy there. As far as the service goes, it's well worth it. They're friendly and they're always there if he needs something. I recommend it to everyone I know even though I think they're all full right now. My dad is not much of a game player but he does the excercise classes and goes to the little parties have. I can't think of anything to improve it. They've been excellent. I just wish we would have known about it sooner!

Fabulous, perfect! There are not enough adjectives to descibe how happy I am! My mom doesn't participate much in the activities, but i really like the activity director and the activity calender looks good. Before I walked into Autumn Oaks I was so depressed and worried that I wasn't foing to be able to find a place for my mom. This was a God send. I couldn't be happier. I toured a lot of places and this renewed my hope that there were people out there to help. We're moving my dad in next month! Misti, from A Place for Mom, was perfect. It was a very good experience. I couldn't have done it without thier help!
