This place, New Haven, is a very nice, clean, friendly place to have one of your loved ones to live. The new director [name removed] is a pleasant, forth-going, loving person. The staff is also great, they keep the residence happy and that's what counts. My mother really enjoys living at New Haven.

The facility was very nice and seemed like the residents were comfortable and well taken care of. I did not like that it was so small and the rooms were very small, like a hospital room. It was not what I want for my mom at this time. They did not have any openings in Assisted Living.

The staff gave a wonderful tour of the community. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, but it was definitely not a good fit for my mother. She would have had to stay in the memory unit as the main floor was not a secured area and she does wander from time to time.

My mom has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. She is loving it and that is what is most important to me. I am pleased to see her eating well and enjoying a few of the activities with the other residents. The property is always clean and very well maintained every time I go to visit. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested in a great living environment.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are comfortable with the care she has been receiving. The staff have a big turn over recently so I am not to familiar with the current staff but I am hoping they stay. She has had no complaints about the meals and participates in the activities she is able too. Overall its been a decent experience and I have high hopes for my mom in this place.

This was a very nice community. I just did not feel like this was the right fit. I wanted a bigger community and this one is fairly small. One of the residents showed us there apartment and the staff was really good about answering all questions.
