We can't say enough good things about New Haven! [name removed] runs an excellent facility. The staff is super friendly, [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing cooks and go out of their way to prepare meals that everyone wants, it's very clean, and just an overall "family" atmosphere.

My dear [name removed] was only here for 12 days before he passed away. The staff was especially sensitive to my cluelessness. They led me to reality. I would recommend New Haven Memory Care to others.

New Haven Floresville, I have never been more pleased. Thank you, management and all staff. Your love, compassion and careful care of my mom and all your residents is superior. Every staff member is phenomenal. This was the PERFECT home away from home for my mom. The engagement of holiday activities, games, field trips, guest speakers, musical entertainment, wildlife visits... you name it New Haven provides it for what ever level of care your loved one is prepared to participate. To go there and visit is always the most welcoming feeling. Like home. Thank you, yall are awesome and amazing. Thank you for loving my mom ??

Clean facility. Caring staff. Good director. Excellent food. We toured the community, loved the greetings and friendly smiles we received. Put a deposit down immediately. We love how communicative they are with family!

We toured for the memory care. That building is a little older than their assisted living building and not as nice - but the rooms can be made cozy and lovely with the right decoration. What sold us was the staff. My brother and I chose new haven because the two main caregivers in memory care had both been there 5+ years. They were attentive and kind and we never see them get frustrated. We love the closed in back yard and nice patio, and the sales lady was so knowledgeable. She actually saved us money by hooking us up with veterans assistance and hospice.

I love this place ... Everyone is always on they toes .... Good job you guys....Everytime I just drop in for a visit it's awesome.... The residents are great to be around. Would not change nothing about the facility......

I can’t say enough about New Haven in Kyle Texas. My sister has been a resident there for several months. The facility has been very clean every time I have visited. The staff is patient and caring with her. She loves the food and the chef. The staff and management have been very receptive to doing extra things that my sister needs to have the best care necessary. I can say that New Haven in Kyle has been a blessing to my sister and to me. I don’t worry because I know that she is well cared for.

We decided on New Haven because it is a smaller facility with less people. The interactions between the staff and residents was another big thing that stuck out to us during the tour. The director knows everyone by name and checks in on them himself. I like that memory care is its own separate building with only 28 rooms. It is like one long hallway so it is impossible for the residents get lost and also the staff can keep their eyes on everyone. It has been a positive experience and I would highly recommend New Haven.

For us, [name removed] that we worked with in the beginning to get things going was very helpful. Her knowledge of the care industry helped us to understand what we might need when she was being placed. The facility is very bright and welcoming. There is a lot of natural light and it is very inviting. The color schemes are more blue and yellows, just vibrant and that was important for us. The rooms are well lit and the maintenance staff were great with helping to get things set up quickly. The staff go above and beyond and really care about the residents. Anytime we are there and ask questions people get back to us quickly. We have never had any issues with the laundry being done or anything like that, it is always on time. The meals are amazing! We have eaten here a couple of times. She tells us that really likes it here and is comfortable. She is not asking us to go home anymore which is huge. We would definitely recommend them to others looking.

New Haven common areas are immaculate and well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and when you enter the building you are greeted at some point during your visit. New Haven staff answers your questions and they are aware of what their clients are going through. They share information if they are worried about something and send pictures when they are doing activities. Common areas bring the residents out of their rooms and there are lots of interactions between the clients. We are thankful they are taking care of our loved one.

The staff at this facility are so nice and friendly and give personal attention to each resident. The nurses are very loving and caring and go out of their way to make sure the residents get the best care. [Name removed] and her kitchen staff always make sure that the residents are given food that they will eat. Several times my mother has requested something special, and the kitchen staff remember this and go out of their way to make sure her request is answered.

We have a very good experience here. Mom has really established her place and truly considers herself home. The whole staff is great and the house managers really understand and care about the residents. The kitchen team does a great job with providing a diverse menu and really listens and accommodates the resident requests. My mom, who is a very picky eater, really enjoys the food and loves the fact she has a say in the menu choices.

My dad is doing great at New Haven. He really loves it there, and they are taking great care of him.

This community is amazing for us! I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff, cleanliness, and everything has been really amazing here. The staff communication with the family has been great, they provide an immediate response to us with our questions. There are three meals a day and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Puzzles, games, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in.

The staff at New Haven in Floresville, TX has been wonderful to work with. They provided loving care for my grandparents. I can’t thank them enough.

I have prayed about this for so long. I took care of my mother and it got to where I could not do it any longer. When we walked in to New Haven it was like one big family. It felt like walking into moms living room, it was so comfortable. They have a living area, dining area, and kitchen and it just felt very homey. I felt a sense of peace, everything was perfect so I did not have to go anywhere else. The thing I like about it the best is there is only 14 residents so it is a very small community and they consider each other brothers and sisters. There is a new activities director and I am anxious to see how that will work out. If we have had any issues they are resolved almost immediately. I would recommend them to others looking and actually already have.

New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care is a wonderful community. The staff were great with my mom, especially miss [name removed]. They were all very attentive to her and to our whole family. The hospice company that they recommended that we use was great as well. This is a very good facility and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Our loved one was only here for 2 weeks and we wish she could have come here sooner.

Everyone that I met was really friendly. The place is really clean and nice inside. My Moms room is farely large, no complaints about the room. As far as I know, she is being well taken care of.

After many attempts to find a good place we came to New Haven. It has been excellent, staffed by caring people who make it safe and comfortable. The food is excellent, too.
