It has been such an amazing transition, and the staff members have ben fantastic to our loved. There are not a lot of residents right now so there is a chance for them to get lonely in such a big place. However the staff make sure the residents are the center of attention, they play different games with them and watch movies. Our loved one says the meals are some of the best meals they have ever had, and they are pretty flexible on what they serve. The staff also are great with communication with the families.

I would have chosen this facility if it were up to me, but my loved one still has enough of her decision making skills and she chose another facility. The rooms here were a little smaller in comparison and they had no kitchen appliances which I understand. They had a lot of beautiful sitting areas. It is newer and very nice, but they did not offer respite care yet. They told me a little later down the road they might. I have a friend who works in the industry and she said Encore who owns this facility and some others she is very impressed with which also made me feel comfortable if we would have gone with them.

my uncles new residence is a cozy, warm and friendly environment. even with limited mobility, he is offered many opportunities to stay active. he was impressed from the moment we took a tour and so were we.

1st class in every way. clean, good food, efficient friendly on site management ensures very professional results. residents benefit from a very well organization.

my father loves living here and I feel very comfortable leaving him here. the staff is outstanding. thank you!

when you open the door to the Bellevue Senior Living community it is apparent that this is the place to be. staff and community members go beyond expectations as they greet and tell you about our community. one can not explain it, but the positive atmosphere is always there along with smiles of welcome. our pool is kept at 92 degrees to soak our joints and bones.

we recently moved our mom here! from day 1 the entire staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and welcoming!! the facility is beautiful and so homey! our entire family highly recommended this facility! [name removed] really went above and beyond in assisting us with moving our mom in so quickly!

the food is excellent, great variety if there is something you don't like you can get an alternative. there is always something going on in our activity department throughout the day. employees are kind and any time you ask a question they have an answer or will find an answer.

Revere Court has a family friendly feeling, with smiling helpful caregivers. someone is always there to answer any questions I have. the nurses and doctors do a great job.

staff is very friendly and helpful. our mother seems to be happy and kept busy. they are all quick to respond to questions. we love the fact that it is close to our home. looking forward to things opening up more for visits.

I think this is a wonderful community. great care is provided for the residents.

I enjoy every minute, although I'm older and feistier. I am very happy here. Friendship abounds with the other residents. Activities are really fun and changes all the time. Housekeeping is immaculate.

My Uncle was a resident at The Courtyard at Oshkosh. The minute I walked in and toured the facility, I knew in my heart that my Uncle would be happy there. All residents have their own apartment. He was on the memory care side. He was indeed very pleased with The Courtyard. He enjoyed the meals, especially pizza day. He also spent a lot of time outside on the patio. He liked the sun. Weather permitting he went out there daily. I have to say that was a big important point to me, The patio and all the big windows in the facility. It is very bright and warm and inviting. The staff are so very kind and compassionate. They do try their hardest to be respectful of each and every resident. They do have special training on the memory care side which comes in handy. To Know all the staff at The Courtyard At Oshkosh is to know people who are kind, considerate, and thoughtful. It truly is a beautiful facility. I will always be so thankful that I choose The Courtyard for my uncle.

If you have to use a community like this, this is a good place. The community is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very caring and accommodating towards the residents and families. The food was good.

I have been here for [dates removed} and based on my experience I would recommend the Bellevue Senior Living community to others. The food has really improved a lot over the last couple of years. We have a new chef that has really turned the meals and dining service around.

They were very responsive and helpful in the selection and move-in process. They gave good answers to all of our questions. And since move-in, they've been doing well. I have no concerns at all. They're taking good care of my mother. We had one small miscommunication during a Covid lockdown where we didn't come in and visit for couple of weeks, when apparently they hadn't shut visitors off. The communication about it just wasn't clear. But other that that, it has been great. The food is better than I expected it would be. She's happy with it and says it's good. They have a lot of activities if you choose to participate. It's expensive, but you get a lot for it.

I would recommend Encore at Hugo to others for their loved ones. I feel that [name removed] did a good job and most of the staff were kind. The most important thing was I was comfortable leaving my loved one here.

We do know the covid pandemic has impacted all the activities and the limitations but we do wish they had a little bit more for the residents. However, it is a good place and a good fit for our loved one
