Wonderful, wonderful staff and facility

We chose Randall Residence because it was suggested to me by someone who had their loved one in there and they had a good experience. It also met all of his needs and has continued to so. The staff are very friendly and helpful and never make you feel like you are in the way. They are so easy to work with. I would recommend to others looking.

I feel secure and never lonely. I love people and have friends here I grew up with. The food is good - no complaints. Most of all the weekly bus trips are so fun! I am really happy here.

The food is good - breakfast is the best. I like having a choice for my meals. I am happy in home/apartment at Heritage House. I go to a lot activities and that is fun.

Toured The Courtyard at Oshkosh today for my mom and I could not be more pleased with all that I saw! The facility is decorated so beautifully and I noticed right away how clean it was. The residents were laughing and joking during exercise class while I was touring and the exercise instructor was very knowledgeable. During the tour, they showed me the daily and weekly activity calendar and I was surprised to see how many different activities there were to chose from. I also liked that I was greeted by a friendly smile when I first walked in and a friendly goodbye as I was leaving. We will definitely be moving my mom here I can't wait to see her happy and safe.

While visiting at Countryside Manor, you will see happy smiling faces from not just the residents, but the staff as well. The staff there truly is in the community to not just provide care, they are also there to provide love compassion and most of all to make each day count. I have visited various senior communities in the past and I have found Countryside to be warm, cozy and caring. I would recommend them to my loved ones and friends.

Shawano Place is a beautiful facility. My mother loves all the staff members and loves all the activities they do daily. Mom always says the food is amazing.. kudos to the cooks!! I’ve watched them care for my mother and they are so kind, generous, and helpful. I’m glad mom found the perfect home for her! Thank you Shawano Place Staff!

This community was the best place that I could take my loved one. The staff were real willing to work with us to get mom into the home. They made it really easy to make the best place to find for her.

Very friendly staff, helpful and willing to help out when needed. Welcoming community very clean smells wonderful great location rooms are a good size for residents including dinning area and sitting areas

From the caregiver point of view I so appreciate the care to my loved one as well as to my family to make sure that we were comfortable with our loved one living there. They took a lot of time and sat and worked out the details and they took a lot of time showing us how it would work. Without that conversation I feel it would have been hard to figure out care for my loved one.

After an awful experience I was hesitant to move my husband into another facility, but my daughter suggested we check out Revere Court of South Barrington and I'm glad we did. [name removed] and the staff have exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed by the facility, the rooms and the interaction the staff has with the residents. I finally feel my husband has found a home.

From the moment I walked into Revere Court I had a good feeling, I saw several residents in the lobby playing bingo and a memory game. When [name removed] (who has been wonderful) gave us a tour she explained how every hall in the facility has been decorated with a different theme to make it easy to remember. Most important my dad has is happy, I can FaceTime him though a "portal" they bring to his room so he lets me know that he is treated well and enjoys the food.

Mom was in an assisted living community elsewhere, she stayed in her room and felt that people there were just not friendly. We noticed her decline in communication, found her sleeping most of the day, mentally declining and wearing depends. We felt she needed a different type of care that catered more to her needs with declining memory. We toured communities and found Revere Court of South Barrington to be the one that truly cared and knew their residents. We saw this first hand while touring! We moved her in to RCSB and they immediately welcomed her into the community by getting her involved and making sure she was included. They asked if they could reevaluate her medications and they adjusted them. She no longer sits in her room, she does not wear depends anymore, has made friends and loves the food. She tells us she is very happy there and she is much more communicative. The staff is amazing and are always willing to help her and us no matter what! Revere Court is the perfect fit.
