Autumn Leaves is lovely. New, and you can tell. Beautiful appointments. Extremely secure. Just for the memory-impaired. Not exactly right for my Mom at this time, because she is at a bridge between doing most things on her own, but not managing her medication, phone calls, etc. Again, if your parent needs more hands on, this is great.

The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were some activities going on during our tour. I really liked that the staff and residents seemed to bond very well. The community offers transportation if needed. Wonderfully clean and organized.

My aunt is doing very well here at this community, it was a hard transition. We are overall pleased with the care they are providing her with. The staff is great, they have been very kind and responsive. She is getting involved in the community and trying some of the activities they offer. She has gone on some great outings. The food is good, they do serve well balanced meals. They do a very good job with the cleanliness. This community is a perfect fit for our family. I would highly recommend it.

The facility that Mom was in was nice but too costly so we asked A Place for Mom to help us find one more reasonable. Autumn Leaves fit the bill. A few of my sisters checked out the home and said that it was very nice. Clean, colorful and had friendly people. Mom loves people. Everyone was very helpful in the transition of moving her in a very speedy manner. She seems very happy with her new home.

We did look at a few communities and I know we made the right decision to go with Autumn Leaves as it was the highest of the pack. The community offers memory care and although a lot of the staff is young they are well trained and often change jobs within the community to keep them from getting bored. My husband has been doing better since moving in and is happy with the food and most of the staff. They offer many activities and although he is not able to participate in the activities that require concentration there are other ones he does participate in. The new activities director is great and the residents respond well to her. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for memory care.

I like Autumn Leaves because the facility is all memory care. I feel that this is a plus for the patients. I also liked the way it was presented, taking into consideration that it really is a difficult decision to make by a loved one.

Things have fine for us since my wife move into Autumn Leaves. The community is very clean and well kept. The staff has been great and kind to us and very helpful with my wife and all her needs. My wife hasn't partaken in any activities yet, but hopefully she can soon when she feel like it. The food is home cooked and fresh every time they serve the food and that is really nice. This is a good place to move your loved one to. I would recommend it.

I find the staff efficient and caring for my wife. The center is definitely run by excellent staff. The food is good and the building is well-maintained.

Staff treats residents with dignity, compassion, and patience. Residence is very clean and well-maintained. Very responsive to family's concerns.

My dad has been at Harbor Chase at Auburn Hills for 8 months. What a difference the right environment can make! My dad went from behavioral problems and withdrawn to socially engaged and smiling! I absolutely love Harbor Chase of Auburn Hills and would highly recommend it!

The sales manager was great. She was very patient and gave us all the information and time we needed. The intake nurse was wonderful as well and she makes an extra effort to make sure everything is going well with the residents.

Everybody I have talked to there was very, very friendly. I do not know where they could improve, they do a good job in all areas. From the first time I walked in the door, they make you feel very welcomed and my loved one is happier than we all thought she would be. It has been a fantastic experience.

Things are going great over here. We don't have any major complaints, and I would give them a five.

It's been very good. The staff is pretty good. They keep the activities going. My loved one is very happy with the food. The staff is helpful. We like that the shower was in the room, as opposed to down the hall like some places we looked at.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at River Bend House! The facility is clean and nice looking, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! When we moved my loved one in we asked if the maintenance man would be able to help us hang some pictures, and by the time we returned from some brief errands he had already done it! My loved one is really enjoying herself here!

Parkside Manor is going really well. The only thing lacking is the food. My sister is so young and she is used to vegetables that aren't over cooked and more salads. They are really open to working with us though to make it best suited to her needs. Her apartment is beautiful and feels so much like home. They were so wonderful to work with us. Even in her daily routine they have worked outside of the box to keep her engaged.

Very homey. If it wasn't out of budget, would be number one pick.

At Fox Point they seem to be doing a fine job. It is very expensive but they are taking good care of mom. The staff are very cooperative. It seemed to me that the lady that was in charge there got a new job so now there are new people. It makes me wonder how much that goes on. So I do wonder about the turnover rate. Sometime there are some staff that are unavailable and tending to other residents and there is only one staff left to attend to the crowd of residents. That isn't a big concern and is only for about 10 minutes length of time. Everybody seems very caring and loving and patient. They are even really patient with her husband that comes to visit. My hats off to them.

As far as improvements, I do not think that they need any. All I can really say about the facility is that my loved one is very happy there at Fox Point, so that makes all of the family members happy as well.
