The Atrium has very friendly staff and many social opportunities that my parents enjoy. They like the frequent musical entertainment, games and special events.

After living with me for over 10 years, my brother and I needed to find an assisted living facility for my 94-year-old mother. We fortunately found an excellent place as Symphony at Delray Beach is well-run in all areas. The director is kind, professional, and responsive to all my requests, and the other department heads and support staff are equally friendly and helpful. The food is quite good, the residents are kept busy with a multitude of activities, and the building tastefully decorated with a lovely screened in porch and garden area. I think the only thing I've had to keep in mind (which is to be expected at any busy facility) is to follow-up on various aspects of my mother's care. Each resident has individual, specific needs, but as stated above the staff is both conscientious and responsive. I'm thankful for the care my mother receives, and she tells me she's been very happy.

My mother might answer differently. She complains constantly about how bad the food is. Today as I was leaving, someone was complaining about being served cold soup. My mother just passed 1 year as a resident and the are expecting their 4th chef to start next week. Activities is subjective. Symphony at Delray Beach has many activities, but my mother likes what she likes and not necessarily what they offer. For me, the value is high because I can't care for her like Symphony can. She might answer a little lower. I might ask that you stop Corporations from purchasing care facilities who then cut everything the residents like/need in exchange for a profit.

Nice facility, a bit expensive. I would recommend it overall.

most of the staff are pretty friendly. I would say the only negative that I have is the doctor that they have. I felt made comments that were very unprofessional in my opinion. After just a few days of my mother, living at Tranquility, he pulled me aside to talk to me, and said that he would give my mother maybe two years before she passed away because most patients with dementia don't make it long and assisted-living. He then further went on to say that if my mother would get sick with a heart issue or cancer or something I should just let her die because dementia will kill her anyway. I have since told the facility that I do not want him caring for my mother at all and then I will take her to her own primary care doctor.

I would recommend Symphony Manor to others. It's a lovely place in a lovely part of Baltimore-not too big and by and large. I had few issues there. The one thing that in addition to cost made me move was that there is only one choice of food at each meal so if you don't like that, there's no other choices for you and that was a real problem for my mom. I thought the housekeeping could've been better. Her room was very tiny there for the price, but I will say the workers seemed more trained, and in general more kind to the residents.

I would say so far so good. I'm out of state and dont get to visit often so I do not know much about what is taking place there.

I would hope they could hire more staff at SAP. Agency staff to fill in is a temporary solution, but care is more personal if staff is familiar with the resident.

No place is good enough for your loved but these guys tried. Staffing is their biggest issue. But that is an issue across the board. Be willing to drop your standards to happy healthy and safe. You cant control everything.

Most of the staff is friendly and caring. The mood is mostly upbeat. The facility is quite nice. They offer weekly entertainment. The price per points system is more fair.

They could have more activities for men and day trips to get residents out of the facility. Staff are always friendly and attentive when I'm there. Overall, it has been a good fit for my elderly brother.

Overall experience - The place is very nice looking and smells great !! Everything seemed very good, but she was only there a month. Overall experience was not good. My aunt was not a good candidate for assisted living. She was combative, screamed , refused therapy and was disruptive. I would rate a 2 but mostly blame the low rating on my aunt. Activities - I am not sure. My aunt probably did not participate. Cost - It seemed high until I put her in a nursing home which was much more expensive. I would definitely recommend Anchor Bay East Greenwich to anyone who is an appropriate candidate. I thought it was the best possible place for my aunt. Unfortunately, she did not cooperate and was disruptive to the other residents and staff. It looked like it was a great place.

We picked Symphony because of its size and everyone we met here is so nice and caring. The rooms are clean and bright. The only issues we have is that there have been some changes here so there has been a shortage of staff, but they are doing a good job of fixing that. My Mom loves the food and the people who take care of her. I just wish there were more activities.

The staff is great! They couldn’t be nicer. My mom says the food is very good and she absolutely loves the therapist, [names removed] the caregiver and [name removed]the activities director to name just a few. [name removed]at the front desk is awesome and very helpful. We understand that there are staffing issues in most places that take care of the elderly and that activities were greatly affected by Covid. We are patiently waiting for an increase in the varieties of activities. Overall we are pleased and chose this particular place because it was smaller and more homelike.

My loved one is currently a resident at Symphony at Stuart and everything about her experience at this facility has been good so far. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The move in process was a breeze! The food is fantastic. The cleanliness, care services and value for cost are good. I would recommend Symphony at Stuart to family and friends.

We took a tour of Wentworth Central Avenue during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was nice and very clean. They offered good services and had friendly staff. We liked this facility, it was just a little too far away from home.

We toured Symphony at Delray Beach when searching for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. The friendliness of the staff and the residents was great. The cleanliness was great. The activities offered looked great, also. Additionally, the amenities/offered services are staffed on a regular basis and not by appointment which was great!

The staff at Curry House are wonderful and educated in care for memory issues. We have had multiple issues with thing's missing from my loved one's room (taken by other residents) and some concerns related to my loved one's care/ how often he is checked on that I believe relate directly to the staff to resident ratio. However, the facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly.
