We just absolutely love this place and the people. We are really thrilled with the level of care that they are giving my dad. The staff has been able to get everything done and they have been able to accommodate when we need them to.

The staff are patient and understanding. I have not had a chance to try the food and my mother in law has not said anything good or bad about it. They offer a lot of activities. They keep the community clean. I would recommend this community.

The staff here was so caring, and truely loved my mother. They made sure she was able to get out and about even when we were unable to do that with her. The take her on lots of outings as well as make sure she is still able to go on long walks throughout the neighborhood. The memory unit is absolutely lovely, and they run a great activities program! The staff is attentive, and always willing to help! We are so happy we chose symphony manor, we would do it again!

Mom was at Curry House for about 3 weeks before she passed away and it was the best place she could have been besides at home. The staff were compassionate and listened to us. This is a nice clean friendly community. I tried the food and it tasted good. I would not deny anyone going there ever.

My mom has been in Elmcroft of Valley Farms just over a month now. My husband and I just returned from a visit to see her there and were very pleased with the care she and the other residents are receiving. The caregivers are very warm and caring people and the supervisor over the memory care units is excellent. She's been very available to us, especially in helping us to know how to best relate to the struggles my mom is having with her dementia. My mom is receiving good and nourishing meals, interaction with the other residents and a warm supportive environment. We are very pleased with Elmcroft and would highly recommend it.

Tour went wonderfully. We will move forward with a deposit within the next day or so.

I had to move both of my parents at the same time from Pennsylvania to Maryland. Both were diagnosed with dementia. My mother being more severe. The first day there my mother did not respond well and was not able to stay. However, the staff assisted me in finding an appropriate facility for her to receive the type of care she needed immediately. Within three weeks, my mother was able to return to Tranquility and is loving her new "home". During her three weeks away the staff of Tranquility paid special attention to my father so that he felt at home and kept him busy so he wouldn't miss my mother so much. They are both very happy there. They love all of the staff workers and especially love their meals. My mother has responded well to their great environment and exceptional care. The staff is very patient and kind to my parents and it is a blessing that I have found a place where I know they are safe and cared for everyday.

I think Symphony Square is a very nice facility and the staff is exceedingly kind. Things are going very well there.

Tranquility has been a wonderful place for my Step-Father. He is happy here and I know he is in a safe friendly place. The Senior Advisor I worked with was wonderful in helping me find this place that fit his needs.

Overall this is a great environment for my mother. Personally, I would liker to see a few more hands on activities that are simple for the seniors. Such as a simple decoration for the holidays, or maybe even a class on microwaveable foods. Teaching them how to use various methods to create things in their rooms that they may enjoy to have around. Otherwise, all is great!

At Tranquillity at Fredericktowne they are doing a nice job. Some things aren't perfect. One is their promise to provide green salads or fresh fruit at all meals. I made clear that that was a primary criterion in selecting this facility, but it isn't consistently provided. I would like to see this improve. Management staff are extremely helpful and friendly here. Overall it's been an extremely positive experience.

I think they do a great job overall at Woodholme Gardens! it has been a great experience right from the the start. Audrey, the sales rep we worked with, was personable, understanding, compassionate, and knew how to keep in contact without being pushy. The staff in general are for the most part friendly, professional, and cordial. The facility is clean and well kept, and they've got a lot to offer the people who live here. They've got good food, a variety of activities, and just a good atmosphere overall. I highly recommend them!

Overall we are very pleased with how things have gone at Woodholme Gardens, it is a fantastic community. The facility itself is attractive, and always immaculate. Both the common areas as well as the residents rooms are kept spotless, and the same is true of the residents. My loved one always looks clean and well taken care of. And the care staff they have working here are wonderful. They treat the residents with a tremendous amount of understanding and respect. They know the sorts of behaviors and issues that dementia patients can face, and they are patient and respectful. My loved one has really settled in well here, he has made friends and he even loves the food! However, one area they could really stand to improve is their billing department. We've had discrepancies in the price we were quoted and what we were charged, and when we pointed this out to them and they said it would be fixed the next bill they arrived was also incorrect in a different way than what we had already discussed. And to top all those issues off the person who is in charge of their billing is hard to get a hold of, she never seems to be in her office, and doesn't respond quickly to messages that are left. All that being said, it is a wonderful community, and I would recommend them highly to anyone!

The person Margie Director of sales she has been wonderful. The residents seem happy. It's beautiful. I just can't enough about it.

We chose this community because it was in our budget and it was close to were our family home is. Our mother was able to stay in the neighborhood. The feeling of Greenwich Bay was very warm, welcoming and supportive; they really made us feel like we belonged there. Our mom has been adjusting wonderfully and we are thankful for A Place for Mom. It seemed like perfect timing for our situation.

We chose Greenwich because it was in a very easy to get to location for our family. It is located close to our home. We also like the room they had available location, it is pretty centrally located to everything that is needed or wanted. The room is very easily accessible. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff member who gave the tour was very nice in general, and was especially nice to my 84 year-old father, who was on the tour with us, so I appreciate that. What stands out to me as a positive at Woodholme compared to other facilities is the high ceilings of the residents’ rooms because the high ceilings make it seem like the rooms aren’t so small. The fact that it was a smaller facility than others was appealing. It was nice that an activity for residents was happening when we got there. I also liked the security procedures for check-in.

The care is good, and the facility is impeccably clean and well maintained. However, everything is à la carte... even assistance with compression socks is an additional charge. The food leaves a lot to be desired. It is extremely bland, and the largest meal is at lunch. Often, only very basic sandwiches are served for dinner. Our family member is quite a foodie, so this situation hits hard. Compared to his previous assisted living facility, the room and included storage options are small, requiring us to add additional storage, as well as significantly reduce his wardrobe.

Symphony Manor has been a great place for my dad. They address his needs both physically and cognitively. It is clean in both his private room and the main area. He loves the food and the activities. The staff is kind and responsive. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to know he is so well cared for.

I liked the community feel of Symphony Manor. I want somewhere I can be with my husband as long as possible. The rooms are quite small so I don't think its a good fit for my purposes. It is also not really in my income range.
