Very helpful in getting dad situated when we were in a time crunch

I live here and I have to say Jonathan does a great job with activities. We went to dinner and the theater the other night and I had a very good time.

Clean, passes the scent test. Staff was helpful and the residents that I spoke with were very positive about their experience in living there. I guess I learned I am not ready to pay $ 3000 for a one bedroom apartment of about 600 square feet with little storage even if it includes weekly housekeeping and three meals a day.

My father-in-law moved in two weeks ago and he is happy. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There were some renovations but the residents were temporarily relocated in another part of the building without disrupting the activities and care. He has a sense of independence but with the assistance needed to maintain a sense of dignity. It's a little expensive but worth it knowing he is well cared for in a supportive and safe environment.

This is a very comfortable place with a homey atmosphere. They really have a great level of care and are very compassionate with the residents. Great communication between staff and the families.

Clean and family oriented. Very nice facility. Got unsolicited reviews from residents and they all were happy. The staff truly loved their jobs. I'm still considering this one.

They need to improve on an on-boarding process for new residents, for when you come in, a little manual would be nice, or something that gives you an overview of things in a more welcoming first day kind of experience, because that was a little hectic. They have new administrators though, and I would have to say that they are very open and friendly and approachable. The other thing I like is the room sizes. When we were looking at other places they were small and cell-like, and that was not the case here.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. I was also impressed by the food, the quality was much better than I was expecting!

I think they do a very good job at Atrium at Serenity Pointe. Our loved one can be very picky, but once he got settled he really seemed to enjoy himself here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and located in a beautiful area. We ended up moving him to another facility to be with his wife who required a higher level of care, but if it were possible we would have loved to have them both here.

The facility was very nice. I really liked how friendly everyone was. The showers are really roomy. Unfortunately, I don't think my mom can afford this facility.

At Elmcroft of Valley Farms the staff all around have really watched and taken care of her. The staff have been very caring about her situation since she has Parkinsons. She does complain about the food at the facility and so do most of the residents. I really have no problems with anything there and I am up there quite a bit so I keep a close eye. Overall I am pretty happy with everything.

The staff at Woodholme Gardens are friendly, courteous and reliable.

My mother has been here for about a month and a half. We've been overall very pleased with our move. My mother is doing very well there. The move was very easy and everyone has been very nice. The facility is always very clean. Everyone was very welcoming. The value is excellent. So far the meals are good. I have had some meals there a couple of times when they had events going on. The food seems to be fine.

It is a very nice community. They take excellent care of the residents. The only thing is that there are not enough outside areas to go to. They only have one Gazebo. They should have more areas to sit outside. The rooms are very nice. The dining room is nice, The food is really good. I would recommend the Brentwood Senior Living Community. It is very nice and very clean. Everyone is nice at this community.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this place looked nice overall, and I was impressed with what I saw here! It's a clean, well kept community, and the staff all seemed very friendly. They are worth a look, if you are looking into senior living in the area!

We enjoyed the visit with Tina at Garden View. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. The place was very nice. Now we need to convince my father that this would be the best solution for him. Thank you for setting up the visit. Will keep in touch.

The staff here do a great job! They're very personable and friendly, and they really seem to take a genuine interest in the well-being of the people that they work with. They really get to know each of the residents and learn how best to care for them as an individual.

Overall things have gone well with Symphony Square! The staff are all very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They do a good job taking care of their residents, and have a good variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. They could stand to work on their internal communications a bit, sometimes it takes a few attempts for a request to get through to the person who needs to hear it.

Good location; The Behavior Management Unit as added layer of care within the Memory Care Neighborhood is a plus! Shirille Otto was exceptionally wonderful, very knowledgeable & gave us a lot to think about in making a decision.

New, don't really know reputation. Beautiful place but seems very expensive for the size of the building and rooms.
