Staff is nice. Food is good. Lots of activities. Everyone is nice.

We love it, and mom really likes it, too. Everything is working out really well. The food is pretty good. I liked that it was so different from a nursing home, it was more for the well being of the patient, rather than a hospital setting.

It's a beautiful place. The staff, the facility itself the upkeep of it, the bills the activities they have it's all wonderful. The food is delicious. I really liked the location, and the facility itself and the cordialness of the staff and even the other residents seem happy and involved in things. They have a mass once a month, the priest comes, and the nun is there at least once a week. It's just wonderful!

I found the experience through "A Place for Mom" pleasant, exceedingly helpful and quick. The counselor was able to ask pointed questions to identify my needs for my parents and then provided me with appropriate places that met my needs. Tours were set up which saved me time and effort. I did tour the faciities provided and she was able to assist me with comparisons and what to look for.. I am in the home health business being an occupational therapist , but when it is your own family oftentimes it becomes more difficult. Symphony Square was the first tour and I arrived somewhat earlier than expected (purposefully so). I was able to sit in the beautiful sitting area and observe the dining room and the staffs interaction with residents...I was also able to converse with a resident who had recently moved from the same area as my parents. He expressed his dismay at living in such a facility (which I anticipated ). He did acknowledge that any move would have been upsetting ... but did also acknowledge that as far as places go this was very nice ; staff was great and food was great. This I felt was a great start. The staff met with me and provided me with a lovely tour ; answered all my questions and I found there facility hard to beat. Subsequently I did return as well as calling Linda to discuss costs; details and found her to be always available and willing to discuss whatever I needed. I followed this up with a visit with my parents and sister and found the experience pleasant for all involved. My parents were effusive about the experience and were eager to commit. Although my father did respond with the decision to allow my mother to move without him..I listened and allowed him the time to arrive at the decision to move with her. Currently we are scheduled to move within the week (the process made exceptionally easy) and I am confident all will fall ito place.

So far things have gone very well at East Bay Retirement Living! It was a big change for our loved one, but she seems to be settling in, and has been improving physically. It's a very nice looking community, and the staff all seem very friendly and professional. Really what stood out to us when we toured was how happy all of the other residents seemed, it really spoke volumes about the care our loved one would receive here. I also liked the atmosphere of the community, it has an elegant feel, but it still comfortable and homey.

Loved our visit with Christy!! Everyone we met was very friendly and the whole place was bright and clean. Bedrooms seem a little small but the bathroom is huge. They answered all of our questions with honest and straightforward answers. We will definitely be following up with this community!!

This is a wonderful place! She is very happy here! She has a lovely room and she always says, "They feed me three times a day!" They've gotten to know her little habits and quirks. The whole family is happy with this choice and everything is beautiful here!

The establishment was very clean and the food was wonderful as they have an excellent chef that cares about the production of food flavor and quality.The executive director was friendly and informative a great place for your Mom,Dad or grandparents.

Nice place. Clean, well lit, well maintained. Nice sized rooms. Didn't give me the warm fuzzies like Sunrise, but was friendly enough. Staff was very kind. Because of the time of day we were there we didn't get to see any activities or much interaction with residents. (They must all have been napping). Like that they have a behavioral health unit as well as a memory care unit.

It is the most beautiful place I have ever been. It's like walking into the Titanic, there is water everywhere, the food is fantastic fine dining, the rooms are large, and there's a bar area. They have lots of activities and musical performances where people would come to sing or play. It is really nice. My mother had a two bed, two bath apartment with a living room. They don't accept Medicare or Medicaid, but they are pretty comparably priced with the other places around. I would definitely want to live there!

My aunt loved it! Absolutely loved it there, but I moved to Florida, and I take care of her, so she moved to Florida too. She was in assisted living. It was immaculate. Tons of activities. The people were very nice and approachable. She made a lot of friends there, and it was hard for her to leave.

I think it's safe to say we were impressed with tranquility. There appears to be adequate and caring medical help available for all residents at all times. The room sizes were fairly generous, particularly compared to Sunrise. It was reassuring that our guide knew virtually everyone we saw, whether a resident, nurse, just everyone. The facility looked welcoming and comfortable. One [removed] we arrived just prior to lunch and there were many quite elderly residents with walkers and wheelchairs waiting to get into the dining area. All of the residents we saw appear to be either older or in poorer health than my mother. I worry that she may feel alienated by not seeing someone as apparently as healthy as she. Still, I am certain my mother would be happy at Tranquility or Sunrise. Both appear to be safe, welcoming homes.

The staff members here really gets to know all the residents and are able to meet individual needs and provide more personalized care after getting to know them. They are really more like family; they seem to genuinely care about the residents. Our loved one is so happy to be here. She looks and acts like she is 5 years younger. I would highly recommend this community.

The environment is very professional and nice, but not as ?warm? as Sunrise.

Excellent facility. Friendly environment. Good interactions with residents. Seem very flexible. Limited number of Medicaid rooms, get allocated to existing residents first. Probably cost prohibitive without assistance.

I'm very satisfied with Symphony at Stuart. What they tell you is accurate in terms of what they do. Every person that I meet is friendly, and everyone is always doing the best job they can do. Nobody and no place is perfect, but Symphony is a place where if you have a question or concern, it will be addressed.
