The Curry House is a nice and clean facility. I feel at ease. They're doing a good job with my father. I can't rate the activities because I am not sure about that. This is a nice place.

We have been very happy with the care our aunt has received at Gardenview Memory Care. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and work very hard to maintain an open line of communication with our family. The facility is clean and safe.

My Mother lives in Symphony Squares Dementia unit and it is one of the best decisions I have made. Dealing with a parent who has dementia is one of the hardest things I have had to do and Symphony Square and the staff there helped us with the process. I wanted one on one care and they have that. The Memory Care unit is small only 12 people but they have 3 to 4 staff on at all times. The staff are great they have activities going all day well into the night, from gardening to games my mother is always active. I would highly recommend Symphony Square.

Over 4 years ago my brother and I had to find an assisted living community for our mom. We did our homework and toured all of the communities in Frederick. Finally, we decided on Tranquillity. From the beginning we knew that Tranquillity was family, not only did my mom feel that way but all of the family do. Four years ago my mother was told she had 1 year at best, she is still going strong and we all believe that it is because she is surrounded by an extended family 24 hours a day. She is happier now than we have ever seen her. She loves the activities and outings. You can tell that Tranquillity is well managed, everyone gives care which is amazing to see. When I am visiting Bridget who is marketing and even Terri, the Director makes it a point to visit with us. It is truly remarkable to see how they care for my mom and all of the other residents. At Christmas time I get a personalized Christmas card from Terri, she takes time from her busy schedule to write out Christmas cards. Lucia, The Actvities Director will take pictures of mom enjoying the activities so that I can share them with family. Charlie, the Maintenance Director is fabulous. My mother must drive him crazy with asking him to hang pictures and then she wants them in another spot. He is so nice to her and even though he's busy he makes her feel that she is the most important. The nursing staff is so well organized. I can call Vicki and talk about my mom and she knows whats going on. Tracy and Nicole are part of nursing and they are so helpful and always smiling. My mom really enjoys the food and its nice to know that when she wants aomething else, Andrew the chef will always accomodate. I can write for hours about why Tranquillity is the perfect place and the best way that I could describe is FAMILY!

It is a great loving community. They are really caring on the staff and give undivided attention to the patients and the families. If their is a problem they let us know and trying to figure it out to help our family member out.

Overall its a good place and very much happy with it. The only complaint that I have is they tend to take a while to answer my questions.

Tranquillity staff have been nothing but professional, caring & attentive to my moms needs & required care since she moved there in 2010. Mom was diagnosed w/Alzheimer's in 2006 & as the disease progresses their contract professionals (MD &RN) trained in geriatrics/Alzheimer's/dementia visit her regularly. Any updates to her care must go thru the POA for approval which is respected. Tranquillity can not make changes on their own. Mom participates and enjoys the activities that are planned. You can visit your loved one anytime you want. I highly recommend Tranquillity at Fredericktowne.

Tranquillity has been nothing but gracious and accommodating the four plus years my mother has been in their facility. My mother is a well-taken care of 90 year old resident of the memory care unit. My sister and I visit her regularly all different times of the day. Our hope is that the rest of her life is spent with the same professional staff she has always encountered. I would recommend Tranquillity 100%.

We toured this community when looking into care options for a loved one. I was very impressed by East Bay Retirement Living! The facility itself is beaitiful, it is clean, well kept, and has some gorgeous views from the windows. Everyone was very friendly, and Bob gave us a great tour.

The staff was very friendly when I did the tour. Market director was very good. They let me have access to the nursing staff, because I knew that they wouldn't accept people with sores level 2 and above. Appreciated the fact that had access to that. Didn't get to experience the activities, but I was there to look more at the memory care part of the place. From what I read the kept the folks there active even the residents with dementia. Didn't get to experience the food. It was a newer building and compared to the other places that I looked at the up keep was good.

My mother is in the memory unit and I could not ask for a more caring staff! They not only take excellent care of my mother but they also check on my Dad when he visits to make sure he is okay. I live 9 hours away which makes it stressful not being close to my parents, but knowing the staff is so awesome and caring makes it a little less stressful for me! Great activities for the residents and a staff that truly cares about the well-being of the residents! The surroundings are better than any 5 star hotel on the planet!

I want to symphony Square on Sunday, For a tour I meet the CEO Sue McClain She gave me a phenomenal tour of your beautiful building, I happened to Sundays show. It was wonderful, Thanks for giving me a wonderful tour.

I was at Symphony Square of Bala-Cynwyd. To take a tour. When I arrived their. There was a show going on for the residents, It was truly amazing. he was an Elvis Impersonator. He was so entertaining the residents loved him. They where clapping and singing. The staff where having a great time the residents. It warmed my heart to see the smiles on all of their faces. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Large, open, well appointed building with levels of care on different floors. The third and fourth floor are memory care. The facility is secure. The staff appears very kind and accommodating. My only issue is small: memory care residents must be escorted to go outdoors, as they reside on secure upper floors. This is a very nice facility with a price to match!

We're very happy with how things have gone at Greenwich Bay Retirement Living so far! We toured a few different Brookdale communities and they all seemed nice! It's a well kept, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly! They did an excellent job helping introduce him to this new living situation.

I put my dad there at Elmcroft of Valley Farms, but he probably needed to be at a place with more special 1x1 care and attention. It is great for what it is though. It is a very nice place and the people there are super nice and friendly.

My Mom has been interested in their activities and has been doing a lot with them, so, she is very happy. The director of sales has been very kind and caring with my mom. What we noticed was that everyone was very happy. The place is beautiful and they've just been so kind and caring. My mom is very happy and we are very happy and pleased. Everyone is so kind and friendly.

My mother recently moved into this community. The community is very clean and the staff are beyond courteous. We truly feel that we made an excellent choice.

My loved one was here briefly for a respite stay, and overall I think they did a great job. The communication with the community and between the staff was top notch. We let them know what our loved one needed, and they advised their whole staff on how best to take care of him while he was there.
