The saleswoman, whoever did the tour was fantastic. They staff are pretty amazing. They are straight forward in pricing and expectations. They want what is best for the resident as well as the loved ones family members. My loved one always has something to do. We are glad she is kept busy with activities and other things to do. We really appreciate that.

This was a good community. It seemed to be a little smaller than what we were looking for. Also the location was further away than where we wanted our loved one to be. It was also not as up to date as another community that we went to look at.

I liked this community the best out of all the communities that I went to go see.

This community has friendly personnel and residents. There is always something to do and this is just a good place to live. There are work out programs 5 days a week. They also have a chorus that sings from time to time, entertainment that comes in a few times a week, card games, and board games, all kinds of things for the residents to do.

It would be nice to be able to sit with my loved on during meal times in the dining room. The food is excellent and the chef is great! There is a weekly calendar of activities for the residents to choose from.

The nursing staff is great and have gone above and beyond to take care of our loved ones. The community is clean, neat, and safe. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We chose Brookridge Heights because my daughter felt this was the brightest and had the best atmosphere for keeping me active. everyone here is also very friendly. The room sizes vary, I have 3 rooms for mine and it is very adequate for what I need. I think they are very good with their covid infection control and have been great with keeping it clean and keeping residents safe. I would recommend to others looking.

We have been very pleased with our experience at Tranquility at Fredericktowne so far. We chose this facility because they were very helpful under all of the COVID circumstances. This one seemed to be the best fit for her over some others we looked into that looked sterile. The room sizes are really good. The best part about the community so far has been the personnel, they have been so wonderful to us and are very friendly. I would a recommend.

I wanted to express my appreciation and recognition for [name removed]. He is truly caring and accommodating for family and my father. He is always attentive and listening which is a lost art today but so needed in human services. [names removed] have done a great jog coordinating these visits. What I like about [name removed] despite his busy schedule he gets back to you promptly. Also [name removed] that works with [name removed] is Great Too! Both are so patient. [name removed] is so positive and caring. My father. Loves the Ravens. She makes sure and reminds him about the games. She has been so flexible helping with video chats which has been our lifeline. [name removed] has a heart of Gold. Before the virus his activities and organization are superb!! He does the best Happy Hour. My father does not like activities but thanks to [name removed] the Happy Hour is a hit. They both are good team and what they do makes a difference. It is so important to have stable staff, I hope they will be here for a quite awhile #livefullylovefully

All personnel have been helpful and very nice to my wife. They have many programs to keep the residents busy which is very necessary.

The staff is qualified, kind and attentive. Mom likes it very much. She has made a number of new friends and is playing bingo, which is something she never had much interest in.

Seems quiet and unassuming. Mother is respected as are the others .

Symphony is hands down better than any of the other facilities I visited before choosing a place for mom. Her apartment is very nice. The common area is very large and inviting. The staff is excellent, they go out of their way to help and to keep me informed if anything is out of the ordinary. Pricing is a bit high, but still less than other facilities. Overall I am very satisfied with Symphony.

I toured here when I was looking for a place for my mom and it was very nice. The facility is brand new, a little more expensive, and not quite within the community that mom wanted to live. I had a limited interaction with the staff but they were very nice. The facility was very clean and you can really tell the difference between here and some of the older places. I was introduced to a couple of women that were already living there and they seemed extremely happy about the whole facility and their time there. They said that everything is done very well. I wound up choosing a different community that was a little closer.

We just moved mom age 88 from another memory care residence here in Florida to the recently opened symphony at stuart and are so pleased-she is thrilled with her new beautiful home and the staff has been welcoming and detail oriented about just what help mom needs- The business office helped us make the move seamless and costs are fair for what they offer- look into it-in this case change for good for all-

Overall, we are very happy with Symphony at Valley Farms. I believe they are doing their best to give the care needed. Our mother is not very interested in activities, and usually doesn't participate. If the care givers coaxed her more, but I know even I, as her daughter, cannot always get her to do anything!!

Ever since my mother moved into the Brookdale Greenwich Bay, she has been thriving and getting stronger. The meals that they serve are nutritious and she likes them very much. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a few hiccups with the nurses and medications but it is not anything that they could not fix. Also, they got a new hairdresser and she does not have a set appointment yet. Overall, the experience has been positive and we are happy with our choice.
