Our family had a tour experience with the facility, and the tour was okay it was just hard to get a good feel since it was virtual. However, the communication with the facility was good.

We chose Inspired Living because of the location, the appearance of the facility, and I knew somebody that was connected over there, so it seemed like a good fit. I think the administrative staff are very attentive and caring towards the residents. Their biggest downfall is they are not great with communication to families. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Inspired Living at the time because the director was very nice and the price was right. The location was also great for us. Everything was great in the beginning then started to go downhill once management and staff members changed. The communication was not great, they never called me. They did have a big covid outbreak and had to isolate some of the residents and split everyone up. After all of this, then they raised the rent $500 a month. We ended up moving my wife out of here to a different place.

Be very careful to make sure it is the right fit for your loved one.

I would probably to tell them to look somewhere else other than this community. I feel that they weren't attentive to my loved one. We were telling them what needed to be done with my loved one, repeatably. The food was good for my loved one. The room was a single room and it was dark and old. The space was good.

Chelsea at Bald Eagle has many levels of care but it seemed a little too much for my 93 year old mom. Services were explained well, tour ok but seemed little too focused on activities rather than care.

For independent living no care services are included and food, electric, phone, cable, laundry, and apt cleaning are all extra. Assisted includes room, meals, activities but a lot of services are extra. Very pricey because of this.

Northern Jersey near NY border. Good prices. Worth a visit and more information. Got a call from a rep and he was very pleasant. It's an hour from the city. Is sending a brochure.

I toured the Chelsea while looking at options for my husband. I thought it was very nice, and I liked that they had a little snack and coffee area available at all times. They seemed short staffed to me though, and I didn’t feel they had enough care available.

This is a very nice community and the staff did a terrific job on our tour, they took their time they showed us all around and mom felt that the rooms were smaller than what she was looking for. They do offer a lot of amenities for the residents to choose from and we would suggest scheduling a tour to check this community out.

We are happy with it, but there are things that could be improved. Getting people to the dining are could be easier. It was an apartment building before so getting a walker through the doorway is tough, it's not the most accessible building. They building does go on lock down at night, so there is security and that is good. I think I would give it about a three at this point.

They really play up the place. It is very uplifting. The only issue is that they do not follow through on their complaints. The housekeeping could be better. My loved one went almost 2 weeks without anyone picking up his laundry.

Eric was great! Clean. Smells wonderful. Ron Rogers was very helpful discussing transitional stages. Day care might not be best to slowly start acclimating. new facility brightly painted walls. Beautiful double occupancy room.

Expensire rate and no transport offered. Limited hours and further driving distance. I was not offered tour.

Memory unit seemed a bit small. I did not see many support staff interacting with residents in the memory unit. No single rooms available at this time.

We had a good experience on our tour, the staff was very friendly, and it seemed like a nice community. I felt that maybe it is due for some renovations, it just looked a bit worn out, and didn't seem as clean as other locations we had visited.

The rooms didn't have a fridge or a microwave either. I didn't really care for them

The first thing I noticed when I was touring was that this location looked very dated. There was paint chipping off of the walls in places, which made me worry what the care would be like if maintenance was an issue. Also the residents seemed to be on the higher end of the care spectrum, and Mom needed a more active community.

The studio apt did not have a kitchenette-the one bedroom did. Food seemed good and the menu too. Again, I was looking for specific activities for my Mom and they were not a shoo in here.

If you have a loved one at Brooklyn Pointe and God forbid they should pass, don’t expect a card or a phone call from them. My mother lived there just short of a year. She passed in early November and I didn’t hear a word from them. No phone call, no email or card. Nice
