I was a guest for Inspired Living's Thanksgiving feast, I joined my family and was welcomed so warmly. I was introduced to a few of their staff who were so kind and eating with them. What a happy place

I am a friend of someone who lives at Inspired Living at Kenner and I wanted to say that their staff members enjoy where they work. [name removed], their Chauffeur takes them on bus tours and hear about them all the time. He is so knowledgeable about our city and I know it is a treat for them to go.

My mom is in memory care. We moved her a little over 6 months ago. I can not say enough about the staff. I was afraid of the adjustment and they guided me through the way. It took a couple of months but she has adjusted. the activities lady has really help mom flourish and come out of her shell. All she was doing was watching tv at home and very depressed. She was wandering and looking for my dad. I am happy I made the move.

Such a lovely and fun place. I came for a birthday party and it was so nice, we were outside by their pool and bar. I wandered around a little bit and notice people laughing and talking to each other. What a happy place

We were so fortunate to have a friend recommend Inspired Living when we needed a place for our aunt. Starting with [name removed] who helped us get set up and ready to move in to [name removed] who answered all our questions along the way to [name removed], who was always so helpful with any health care questions, to [name removed], always with a smile and idea to help to [name removed] and her great events to [name removed], who while keeping us all informed still finds time to sit and talk to our aunt and us along this journey. My aunt has been there since April 2021, and I wouldn't change a thing, IL of Tampa is really a special place! Thanks for all you do!

My husband & I flew from AZ to FL on 11/7/23, basically to spend a little w/my brother & say goodbye. Having advanced dementia, he was pretty much failing to thrive along w/his ailing wife w/same illness. After seeing him for the first time Wed morning, we were informed by a senior Placement Specialist there were no long-term plans in place. She had set up a tour at *Inspired Living Ivy Ridge*! Walking through the doors the following day, we were literally welcomed w/open arms by [names removed]!! What a beautiful place filled w/beautiful caring souls! We explained that we had 3 days to legally get living arrangements for them. And *Ivy Ridge* made it happen! They allowed my moments of tears w/compassion & understanding, they guided us through paperwork, places to shop for furniture, etc. When my brother & his wife were pushed through the doors of Ivy Ridge the following Tues, they were greeted by such a group of 'angels' who seemed eager to become 'surrogate family members'. Thank you!!!

Great caring community. Attendants/ nurses/ caregivers are all very warm and attentive and gentle with the residents. Good set of activities for the residents to participate and be involved. Lots of music .

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes is the ideal home for my husband. The facility is attractive and well maintained and the garden area is so peaceful. But, more importantly, the staff is kind and considerate, very welcoming and genuinely concerned for the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of the residents. I know that my husband is eating a well balanced diet, and that his personal needs are being met. His room is ideal and the activities offered are diverse; there is something for everyone. Knowing that my husband is living in such a wonderful home, with extraordinary, caring staff gives me peace of mind that is so needed. I highly recommend Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes. It has been an answer to my prayers.

If you are reading reviews, you have the impossible task of putting a loved one into a memory care facility. My MIL has been a resident of Inspired Living Tampa for over 5 years. While it was the hardest decision of our life, looking back, it was an easy decision. Mom is safe and taken care of. Year after year we are confident that we made the right choice. The courtyard is kept gorgeous, something my MIL really enjoys. The staff is like family to her and us. While we all wish things were different, we have peace of mind knowing Mom is safe.

Just new to this facility but very impressed so far. Great environment for my sis who has dementia. So can't say to much more. [names removed] are very good at responding and quick to get things done.

We moved my dad into Inspired Living Tampa in March of 2021 and have never looked back. The staff is so caring and so responsive that we knew right away we had made the right decision. Dad is happy and safe there. He is treated with dignity and respect, which is oh-so-very-important when you’re talking about a person with Alzheimer’s or dementia of any kind. We made our decision after what can only be considered a nationwide search as my siblings and I live in 4 different regions of the country and we each looked locally. Inspired Living Tampa was certainly a winning choice!!

Mom ([name removed]) moved into Ivy Ridge in 2016 and is thriving there. She’s happy, has made friends, and enjoys the daily activities. I appreciate the phone calls that begin with “Hi we’re calling about your mom, nothing’s wrong, we just wanted to let you know the doctor saw her on Monday and noticed…” So helpful! The staff are caring, attentive and loving - from the care staff who help her get showered and dressed (she’s in a wheelchair), to those who make and serve her meals, to those who lead the activities, and those behind the scenes who keep the place clean and running smoothly - I can’t say enough good things about them. Mom is happy, I’m happy!

Our sister has been a resident of Inspired Living for over a year. We visit her every week and so far have not had any grievances. The food is exceptional. The staff is always alert and have the residents best interest as their priority. Residents are always clean and the facility is also very clean and a safe environment. I would recommend Inspired Living to anyone asking for a recommendation.

Our mom is a resident at Inspired Living Tampa. I have to say our experience has been really great - thoughtful and attentive care is married with warmth and compassion. The staff's attentiveness and dedication has been wonderful, especially when she had medical issues and follow up. The facility also offers a variety of engaging activities and events to keep residents physically and mentally active. There are regular exercise classes, arts and crafts sessions, musical performances, and even outings to local attractions. These activities provide opportunities for socialization, stimulation, and overall enjoyment.

Earlier in the year, we unexpectedly needed to find a memory care facility for dad. We looked at several facilities in the Bradenton area and narrowed it down to three. Other family members visited these three locations and we were all in agreement that Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was the best facility for dad. It has a spacious court yard for him to get around or just sit and enjoy the outdoors. Room for him to roam up and down the hallways. Just a perfect fit for him. When we met the staff on our visits, they were friendly and outgoing to all of us. On dad's first day, they welcomed him with the red carpet treatment. The staff is warm and inviting with dad and with anyone that comes to visits him. It is a difficult decision to place a love one in a assisted living facility but we know that we made the right decision with Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes. Thank you to the staff for making dad feel at home and giving a peace of mind for his family.

Our situation is different than most. We had to find a place for our daughter who is only 56 years old. Back in May she and a friend traveled to Spain for vacation. Then she got progressively worse. She was unable to remember her password and steps at her work which she had done for years. Then in June she was placed on short term disability to try to figure out what was the matter. The short of it after much testing, it was determined she had Lewy-body dementia. After looking at various facilities, we picked Hidden Lakes where she is currently. The Staff welcomed her warmly and she seems content. A difficult decision was made easier by the caring staff and friendly atmosphere.

Ivy ridge is tons better than [name removed] where my mother spent her first few months in assisted living. First and foremost the folks at Ivy Ridge CARE. Mom feels more at home, surrounded by family. I was extremely worried at first when Ivy Ridge had a wholesale management shake up just 3 weeks after I moved mom in. [name removed], the new executive director, has been more than happy to help us. He’s a straight shooter, working through any concerns we’ve had. From proper Medicaid billing, to handling scheduling for VA doctor appointments … [name removed] has been on top of it. The medical director, [name removed], has put the proper protocols in place to not only ensure mom gets her meds daily but also ensures her hearing aids are charged and in her ears, and that she’s wearing her compression socks. Might seem like a small thing, but without both mom’s health was deteriorating. It’s really encouraging when I drop by weekly to take mom out how many aids come to give mom a hug. All the folks CARE.

We love Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes. The staff is very caring and patient. The dining options are great, the activities are both fun and therapeutic. My father is happy at Inspired Living and loves the large outdoor gazebo and gardens. The facility is safe and secure. Highly recommended this place.

There is nothing negative I can say. Every single person on staff treats my mom as if she were their own mother. From the directors and doctor, to the cleaning staff, it is obvious that everyone loves their jobs and the residents. The meals are delicious. The activities keep everyone with various interests engaged and active. Communication with me has been outstanding. Both my mom and I are treated with respect and I am always thanked for being engaged in her wellbeing. I would recommend this place to everyone with a loved one needing memory care. My mom was moved from another facility to Inspired Living Tampa and has been here for over a year. She went from being drugged and slow to no drugs, active and thriving. I just can’t say enough about how comfortable I am with my mom being cared for by everyone on staff.

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes facility is very clean, my uncle’s bed is always made. He is fully dressed in street clothing and changed daily. Staff greet you as you enter and leave. The place is a locked memory care facility which is so hard to find. My uncle is a walker and was looking for space for him to move. They have a wonderful outdoor grass space with pathways, benches and shaded areas for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia to walk freely within an enclosed area. They do frequent scheduled safety checks of the yard. They have separate dining rooms for those that feed themselves and others like my uncle that needs cues or to be fed. They report to me when my uncle did not eat much of his breakfast. I can get a snack bar and some milk during the in between times. They staff that pass out meds have been good at administering meds to him which was a struggle for my aunt. As long as my uncle is able move on his own this is a safe place for him.
