From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest true welcome! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcomed. Every detail taken care of, and I could immediately tell that this establishment and staff truly care and treats everyone like they are family. The ambiance was cozy and inviting making it the perfect place. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking. The experience was memorable, comfortable, and peaceful for mom and I.

I love that the community has big hallways and balconies. You can also put up a fence for your dog on the 1st floor. They have a nice walking trail. The cottages are very large and have everything you could need from a garage to kitchen and washer and dryers. The resident are very inviting and made my experience wonderful.

The staff, from the Executive Director, assorted Dept heads, Housekeeping, Maintenance.. they have all been excellent to deal with. Any questions/issues that have arisen are pleasantly and swiftly addressed.

Its been a year since we were there, but we would give the overall experience a 5. Glassford Place was very quaint and well managed, while my mother in law lived there. We moved her because she is too active, and the facility is more restricted.

Can’t say enough about the Palms. The clean and beautiful living arrangements make for a warm and comfortable experience for both the residents and guests. But more importantly, what you will notice after spending some time on property; is the warm and caring staff that make all the difference between the Palms and the other senior assisted living facilities. Exploring The Palms as a place for Dad, I found that from the director of sales to the head of nursing, a knowledge and understanding that made for an easy decision out of what could have been an extremely emotional and difficult one! They have done a great job in taking care of my mom and we would recommend Bell Oaks Place to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I came to The Conservatory two years ago. I chose it because I liked the looks of the place and how friendly the staff and residents were. If you partake in only a few of the many activities offered you can be kept busy. We have maid service and I can’t say enough good about the service I get. We have movies in our own theater and special guest lectures. Our book club is a great place to discover books and discuss the monthly selection. We get two meals a day and they are great times to meet new people and learn about your neighbors. With all the people here there are many very interesting people and they all have life stories and have had jobs that are very interesting. One of the big social events is the three PM, Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday wine parties in the Safari Lounge each week. There is always something to do if you choose to participate. This is my home and I would not be doing all these things if I was in an apartment or other place without the amenities offered here.

I enjoy living at The Palms, the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the activities and have made a few good friends; they are very considerate and easy to talk too My apartment is nice. My family chose The Palms and I'm happy they did!

I moved to The Palms at Bonaventure about a year ago and I love the ability to be social! They provide all different kinds of opportunities to meet people and have fun. I particularly enjoy the weekly happy hour event and all of the big monthly events. The staff is caring and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is fun!

I visited this community for my mom. I lived in Arizona, and she lived in Ventura and we were looking for more care for her as she was aging. In the end, Mom ended up moving to Arizona, but the level of warmth, care, and follow-up by the team was phenomenal. They invited us to have lunch, which was good. The community is truly beautiful. I loved the trails out back and the beauty of it being a little outside the city with parks, views, and serenity. I also really loved all of the directors and their level of care. We will move to the Palms if we go back to Ventura!

I have been working here at Brookdale Santa Fe for about 6.5 years because it is the best company in the nation providing senior living services to our elder population. Brookdale is sincerely concerned about the wellbeing of all its associates, residents and families. I have worked at other senior living communities and their is no comparison - Brookdale Santa Fe is the best.

I think the staff generally cares for the well-being of the residents. They do call them by their names and do tend to know the specifics of each resident and their needs. I am pleased when they address them individually and it is obvious that they know exactly what to do, when the Memory Care patients are upset or needs to be directed. They do a good job at redirecting and making them happy. Something to get used to is they allow the dignity and freedom of the resident to come and go as they please through the memory care area is actually a good thing. so clean donated clothes that look great but maybe weren't hers ends up being OK and having the freedom of the resident to walk as much as they want and go wherever they want in the secure area is also OK. It just takes a family that has not been used to this, a little bit to get used to once you see that you're loved one is really acclimating just fine. If she was happy clean and fed, I didn't care anymore what she was wearing as long as it fit and it was clean. I'm really assuming that people donate clothes all the time and if they happen to fit her, they put those in her closet.

5 across the board. She loves it there and we've had such a great experience with the staff. Incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. There's nothing they haven't been able to help us with and they treat her like she's family. They have such kindness and patience with everyone, it's refreshing. I want to add that my mom was depressed as a recent widow and paradise springs brought her back. She's thriving again and so happy to have friends and activities at her fingertips.

First time finding a place for our dad so a lot to process. [name removed] and team at Copperfield did a great job overall. Transparent and straightforward process and my dad is very happy there. Thanks again to [name removed] and team!

My mom is very happy and well taken care of! Everyone is pleasant and friendly, staff and residents. Very clean facility and the food I've had has been very good! Not a big deal but there is one separate bill each month for meds not covered by insurance. You can't bring your own (Advil, vitamin d, etc) . I was unaware for a bit. The bill was sent to my moms Aston address and she doesn't use that one.

Barnes Place is a very nice place. My husband liked it there as long as I was with him every day and I was. Money would have become a problem if he would have been there long term. It was the nicest place we visited.

I've had a few people ask me just that! I tell them it's a great place! My MIL loves it there! They are very friendly, very attentive, and helpful with anything we need. There's so much to do every day- they'll never be bored. It's a bright, clean, homey facility.

Brookdale Vista Grande is well managed. I like living here.

Staff is very attentive.

It is welcoming. Helpful and loving and respectful.
