The staff is very supportive and responsive, and the caregivers are great. Staff is very kind & works hard to engage residents.

I would give them all a 5, except for the food...when dad first arrived, food was better, better selection, and he has a menu for the week, now not as good .lots of chicken meals. He would like more variety. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The cost is a little high...would love to have my mom live there, but she couldn't afford it...He used to get a menu for the week, has should be had

Brookdale Des Plaines, IL 3-16-25 After almost 2 years of residency my opinion Brookdale Des Plaines remains the same…… VERY high In spite of a madcap rush of 40+ new residents caused by the abrupt closing of another “senior” facility, management rose to the occasion over a 4-5 month period to get everyone housed and safely moved in. Toss in Covid, the Flu and artic winter temps, the Holiday decorations were once again Rockefeller Center like. Residents long-term and new have blended together in a very friendly fashion. Management continues their top down approach to keep things running smoothly Access to top rated reliable medical care is always a growing need as we all get older. And when buying a house any good realtor will say…. LOCATION – LOCATION. An IN-HOUSE reliable bus gets you to and fro. , I am in NO way associated with Brookdale and simply reside here as an 85 yr old slightly disabled male resident. 2 years now and still very happy!!! HOPE to see YOU soon!! Thank you!

When my duo partner and I entertain at Solstice Senior Living at Guilford, we notice how fully the residents participate and how happy the residents are there, both before the show, and afterwards. The residents have so many kind, caring staff, and there is a wide range of high quality activity choices in which to immerse themselves. The residents themselves reach out and help each other, and the camaraderie is outstanding. The environment is pristine, elegant, well appointed, and provides the kind of home environment every senior dreams about in their retirement. The dining room and the meals provided by an excellent chef, and waitstaff are well thought out and pleasing to each person's taste. Well done!

I recently visited Solstice and was so impressed with the facility. It is clean, bright, and welcoming. The residents were interacting in small groups and there were many activities posted. One of my relatives lives there and she is super happy with the place and talked about how much she loves it! If you are looking for a new place to call home, this would be a place to explore!

The ambiance is very good, and the staff is very friendly.

Facilities are being completely renovated-Pained insider and out. Electrical wiring/plumbing redoing. Safety in all area is now great. Other than comfort in out home/apartment. Food is important. The food is good/week prepared. The cooks/chiefs are receptive to all employees are congenial and welcome our input.

The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond. The new corporate management that took over recently made changes that aren't great (changed food and took out furniture that all the residents loved and put in ugly furniture they all hate) but the local staff said they had no choice The local staff is amazing and take such good care of my mom. My mom is sooooo happy there. Wish she had found it sooner she doesn't want to leave. My mom loves the staff and her friends she's made.

I would rate everything a 5! They were amazing with flexibility and trying to accommodate my dad's needs every step of the way. They all supported him and did what they could to help him especially when his mobility became more limited. The staff was so wonderful and is still so accommodating as i move his stuff out. It was the best choice!!

The staff at Camelot is very helpful and friendly, they are very patient and kind with the residence . I give a special shout out to [name removed], the manager in charge, no problem it's too big for [name removed], she always greets us by our first names with a pleasant smile. The facilities are great, and the chefs we have are outstanding. I would recommend the Camelot to anyone who's looking for a place to live.

Yes I would recommend. It's a great place for people who need support with transportation and meals but not medical care. It's a great facility and the staff seem great too

I would give it a 5! Discovery Village at Dominion is a wonderful place! I chose it after living in another place! What I like the most about the community is the activities-you can be busy every day if you wish. I also like the Friendliness, the Administration, the Food, and the Cleanliness.

WE cannot comment on the activities because our loved one did not participate in them. Most of the caretakers were friendly and caring. Facility was maintained and clean. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had. The biggest difference to us was the price point. Compared to [community name removed], they were a bargain yet did not truly compromise on the care.

The staff is awesome. They are very helpful. My son had passed away and they made sure my mom was there. They are always there if mom needs anything

Solstice has such a rich community atmosphere and is truly a bright light within Normandy Park. I am currently the Vibrant Life Director here and I can confidently say every staff member and director here is so devoted to make our residents lives better, easier, and more enjoyable! I have truly never been in a community that felt more like home for everyone who entered.

The staff and management seem to truly care about the quality of their residents lives at Morningside. My Mother has really declined since moving in, and they have worked with her to help keep her safe and comfortable as they can during quickly changing needs.

We were very pleased and reassured of my mom's care while she was there Meals . Absolutely excellent. When my mom needed urgent attention, staff responded immediately. I would absolutely recommend Terra Bella to anyone in need of senior care.

My brother lives here. As far as I'm concerned the place is awesome. I would recommend.
