I visited 4 different places and my senses told me Gateway was comfortable and at ease. Write down all your questions before going to a first time meeting. This helps gets other questions opened up as well.

The garages are too small. This apt overlooks the courtyard. Most seniors would appreciate the long list of activities. Activities there are plenty but to me many are simple things that most places have. Food for some reason it has not been as good as I would expect, however; it is not bad. There has been too big a turnover with kitchen staff. I was told some people were temps anyway.

5 on all except cleanliness should be a 4. Only because there is a carpet stain by elevator that has been there since we got there. Everyone has been great and my Mom is very happy there and says the food is great! Room size is perfect for one person, its working well. Mom has not really participated in activities yet so I can't speak on it yet.

The staff is wonderful! Everyone has been so great caring for our parents. The food is wonderful! We highly recommend the Davis Place!! Medication was a problem for 3 days getting it started so she had almost none.

The Staff was extraordinarily helpful prior to move in, during my mom's time there and even after she had to be hospitalized. They were able to assist us with furniture, the chef prepared food that we requested for mom, the nurses and long time CNA's were very kind hearted people. I felt like Benton House hired people for their hearts first and then their resumes.

5 for all but value. I would rate a 4 because we spend $[fee removed] each month for her to be given 1 pill every night. That seems excessive to me They are all wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. First was the price was very reasonable compared to other places. Second my lives one has her own room and will continue to have her own room even if she has to be moved to the memory care unit in the future. Third she loves the food! Fourth there's plenty of activities to do all day long. No one should ever be bored

Pluses of The Forum at the Woodlands are: • Convenience of the location to anyone living in or near The Woodlands • As close to a continuous care facility available in The Woodlands, with Independent Living (IL) cottages, to apartments, to Assisted Living (AL) at two levels of need, AND a memory care option on campus. • Home health care and physical therapy are both on site • A full-service hair salon on campus • Many activities, field trips etc. to choose from • Transportation is available to residents by reservation. • The newly redecorated dining room has continuous quality control. • The property itself is beautiful, and maintenance is ongoing and prompt when called. • Most respected of all is the longevity of many staff members at all levels of management. The current manager has created a strong ATTENTIVE team to help residents and their families belong on this property. • The Forum is like living in a small town, rather than a “facility”.

I live at the best senior community around Denton. I’ve been here for several months and I’ve already made many friends. The staff has helped me a lot since I came by going above and beyond the call of duty. I love my big apartment too. Oh, the food was s seriously good!

I love living at Dogwood Estates, there is a lot to do and the residents are all friendly and helpful! The food is really great too! This is my home and I’m so happy to be living here! I have made many friends, it’s a soft, warm, comfortable place to live. They don’t know the word no!

Staff very helpful with family that may be forgetful. Good variety of activities and staff even remind residents. Facility even includes families with dinners so residents can feel the love of their family.

We chose Bellara Senior Living because the facility was new, nice and not depressing like some older facilities can be. I'm sure they are better now. My mom found a way out of the facility the first night and was found by police on the street 3 blocks away at 1am. The door alarm has been fixed and staffing increased at night. I felt I did not get enough info and response for that instance. It has been better since then.

There is a friendly upbeat vibe among staff and residents. Spacious floor plan Not many amenities but a very livable building. Architecture is amazing.

Very caring , empathetic , friendly and approachable staff. Excellent dining hall and food. Studios are very good size plus many activities are offered.

We felt very comfortable there. Our big complaint is that our monthly rate was raised by $[fee removed]. We felt that was too much. The food was good, people were friendly and we felt very welcome. My husband needed a higher level of care. He went to the ALF and I moved out of AG. Most of the staff were wonderful. Very friendly and caring. They tried their best to know everyone.

I love living here! The place is spotless and my room has lots of space and more closet space then I can fill! I enjoy the food. But the best thing is the amazing staff. They are so friendly, I really feel at home here. The location is right off of the highway, you can't miss it and they have plenty of parking.

Interior access to all events. Ample parking. Emergency response by Guilford Fire and Police is extraordinary. Maid services are reliable. Same for maintenance and transportation. Staff tries hard to please.

Very well run establishment. My grandmother is very happy there we couldn't have asked for a better place for her. I would recommend to others.

Administrative Staff have been good. There has been some turn over with change in management and we could not reach anyone a couple of times. I am not sure about the food, just because I have not been there at meal time. I do know they feed the residences on time. Activities, they do a lot of group activities. And, value for the money, considering how expensive the other memory care places are in the Charlotte area, it is reasonable. I hope this is helpful. I think they have been doing a pretty good job, and our Aunt seems to have adjusted to it very well.

What we like the most about TerraBella Greensboro is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Based on the experience we have had, I have recommend this community to other families.

So kind and friendly. Seeing the staff interact with the residents was the reason we chose the Forum. The other places we toured had newer, larger spaces but the staff were so interactive and kind. And we did a surprise visit, so we knew it was genuine.
