Kiley Ranch is a top notch facility from the initial tour to the intake process to the move in day. Excellent amenities offered from the food to the beautiful acreage it sits on. The staff go above and beyond and are attentive to all the needs of my aunt. Definitely recommend Kiley Ranch.

The staff are very friendly. Easy to talk with. Eager to help. I have not had a lot of interaction with the admin staff. My sister deals with them. But the couple times that I have, they have been great. Mom loves all of the activities that are offered.

What I like most about this community are the professional employees they have, they really do care. I also like the overall cleanliness, but what they could improve on would be the meals, the food is not always hot when it is served. However, I would by all means recommend this community to other families.

They are a warm, friendly, eager to please staff.. I have a bright, sunny, spacious (rooms are large) apartment with more closets, shelves, and pantry space than I could fill. The building seems to be well insulated as it is very quiet here.

From the front desk staff to the director, the activity staff and the chef-everyone was so professional, positive and welcoming. They helped with referring a good local mover, they made sure my Dad got an apartment that met his needs. He was reluctant to go, said he would just try it a month and see. He now participates in an exercise class daily-he never exercised before in his life. He tells me stories from his "breakfast" group and his "lunch" group. He even goes to happy hour every Thursday and dances. (He has never had a drink but they serve ice cream at happy hour so he's happy!). He has enjoyed the musical concerts as well. After 2 weeks, I asked him what he thought and he said he couldn't think of one thing bad about it. I am so happy he is around people and interacting with so many. After my Mom died he spent so much time alone. We are all very happy at Solstice.

Could not have hoped for a better place for Mom. It has been a smooth transition. Probably helps that almost every day one of the family is there at least for a few minutes. Residents are friendly also.

My parents were able to get the apartment they wanted and are thoroughly happy. Great place with people who care. I was impressed from the very beginning when we walked in and saw the Director on her knees scrubbing the lobby floor.

The facility is lovely like a hotel yet homey and warm. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. My parents adjusted nicely and loved that they have residents who assist them with getting acclimated, learning the ropes, and feeling welcome. With the additional services in house of Luann’s Caring Angels has been a god send for mom who needed some additional support. They have been angels for sure. It has been a blessing knowing mom can get the support she needs while dad at this time doesn’t need any additional help. It is comforting to know they can be together while still getting individualized care and addressing future needs as they arise. I toured quite a few facilities and Solstice was on the top of the list. It was the only place that I instantly got a good feeling-the place and the people felt warm and I knew this was the right fit.

My mother-in-law appears clean , well cared for and is surrounded by friendly and attentive staff. The facility is clean, odor -free and spacious. I’ve seen other memory units. This place is far superior.

The marketing and sales personnel have a wonderful approach, are gracious and assist completely. The apt. was freshly painted and ready for an immediate move-in. There was a huge welcoming basket and welcome wreath on the door. Heads of all services came by to introduce themselves. One particular maintenance director was incredibly talented and dedicated to helping this new resident. The dining experience is threefold, offering different food plans, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service meals can be purchased. Lunch is just great. I am happy to learn and have the assistance of Home Heath care. Activities are numerous, but residents who desire privacy are respected. We’re so happy to have my mom-in-law here! Lots of activities if she wants and a good sized studio which fits her downsizing just fine. The staff and volunteers are awesome. There are visiting doctors we’ve yet to meet but will schedule appointments with tomorrow. So much to do with a move and Solstice has been very accommodating. We feel she’s in good hands.

I have nothing but good things to say about Morningside of Raleigh. The staff from the front desk, business manager, cleaning staff to the nurses and care techs are all friendly and caring. The staff knows all the residents by name. The rooms are spacious and kept clean, there is even a bird feeder outside my husband’s window. The food is tasty and filling.snacks and hydration stations are in multiple areas of the community. There are a lot of activities and outing the residents can join in on. Overall we have had a very positive experience.

I am very satisfied with Solstice Senior Community. The meals are very good, services available are outstanding, community is very friendly, and conveniently located. After I visited five (5) communities, I choose Solstice because it accommodated all my needs for convenience, accommodations, and overall sense of home and community. After 6 weeks in the community, I am completely satisfied with my decision.

The staff is extremely friendly and will remember you. My father went into the hospital two months into living at the Bentley and one of the managers went to go visit him and was extremely helpful during a stressful time. The apartment sizes are one of the reasons we picked The Bentley. My Dad has a studio but it's very roomy compared to the one that the [community removed] was offering.

Brookdale Des Plaines has a lot to offer residents. The staff is very helpful and positive, the food is delicious, beautiful decorations year round and an indoor pool. I have many friends here and play the viola for them. I would recommend Brookdale!

I am very happy here the administrator [name removed] is one on the kindest sincere and caring people I have ever met. Having worked in long term care I have seen how other facilities are run. The girls at the front desk [names removed] who is also the very best Activity Director will gladly help us in any way possible. They are wonderful greeters for all of us as well as anyone walking through our doors. [name removed] who takes care of recruiting new residents is by far the best. He is a perfect person for this position he makes everyone feel like they are special and so welcome. He doesn't forget new residents once they sign their contract he watches over them to make sure that they meet others are happy and comfortable. I have been here for four months and he always asks how everything is going. You don't find this care at other facilities. The food is very good served in a beautiful dining room. We have a nice variety of alternatives and the best desserts! The atmosphere is fantastic. The servers are pleasant which means a lot to us they know us by name and joke with us. Our housekeepers are great I feel like [name removed] is a good friend. She goes above and beyond to make my life easier [name removed] is a housekeeper on a different floor who also is our in house beautician I'm not exaggerating she gave me a haircut that is the best I ever had. Our maintenance men are excellent they know what they're doing and never make you feel like you're bothering them. As you must already know I could go on forever about Provincial I am truly happy here I have found my forever home.

Staff very helpful and professional. First impressions, curb appeal of the facility and its location. They will see a big difference when compared to other places. Food is restaurant style, not buffet. Morada while slightly more expensive stood far above others we toured. Feel Mom is safe as well.

The Forum at the Woodlands is a very good organization. I like it here because of the the management and staff. Also the facility maintenance and the lake with ducks.

I think what I like best is everyone is so kind and smiling and helpful. It's a very calm, beautiful environment. The food is very good. My mom has a beautiful apartment. I'm so pleased with just everything from the maintenance. All the way to [name removed]
