What we like the most about Walnut Park is the food and more Entertainment and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

5 for all. It's a great facility! What we like the most about the community is the staff and yes we would recommend Brookdale Vista Grande to other families.

I really like Windsong although there has been a fair amount of staff turnover since we began mid October. People are caring, patient, and I like their philosophy of human kindness. Facilities are clean and well kept, outdoor spaces are manicured with great furniture and spaces. Food is good as far as I can tell. Now easy to get to with the new Smart Train Station although parking and visitation has never been a problem. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The residents are all so friendly and helpful and the staff are always available to answer any question. There also many activities so there is always something interesting going on. The fact that every resident has their own apartment makes it feel like home.

The staff is very accommodating and responds to any questions/matters we have. Even though it is independent as opposed to assistant the staff closely looks after the residents and will take care of or address any needs that they have. The facility is clean and they are constantly upgrading and improving it.

Brookdale Des Plaines is a clean and beautiful community. The apartments are lovely. I recently moved in and I love the wide variety of activities. The residents are very pleasant and active. I'm happy to call Brookdale my home.

There is one big drawback. They only have one elevator. When that isn't working it is s BIG safety hazard. The staff is extremely helpful, compassionate and kind when dealing with the needs of residents especially at meal times. Housekeepers do an excellent job if cleaning our apartments once a week. The food preparation and service are great.

They are Incredibly kind and caring. [name removed] went above and beyond to help us move in quickly and was so so incredibly kind.

Not perfect, but good. What I like the most about The Hampshire is that it is clean, safe, and a great value for the price! I highly recommend the Hampshire

Overall it's real good. It's pretty clean - gardens could use some attention. Everyone is very friendly. Don't see the admin much. but the door is always open and the VP is very accessible. The food is great. There is ALWAYS something to do. It is too expensive, but I guess you get more for your money here.

The facility is good, could be better if there was a pool. Staff is excellent and very friendly.

After visiting many senior living facilities, I decided on Brookdale. I could not be more happy with my choice. Everything about Brookdale says warmth and comfort. The staff here is absolutely fantastic. Everybody knew my name after one week. I have found many new friends and have been attending many of the activities that are offered. I really feel that Brookdale will be my home for the rest of my life.

Caring, gentle caregivers showing concern for the smallest details. Secure environment for memory care residents.I told my husband that Summerhouse was safe and he didn't need to worry about bad people anymore. It must have resonated with him because he never tries to leave with me. Including all memory care residents in activities and conversations. Summerhouse is built as a quadrangle with a center courtyard. This allows residents to go outside into the courtyard without compromising their security.

My parents haven't moved in yet but from what I've seen I'd rate everything a 5 except food probably a 3. The staff is amazing. It's what sold us on this facility. They are so kind and genuine ?? it was levels above the other places in town.

We felt the staff really cared about the residents. We particularly liked that the facility is all on one floor. Multi-level placement would have been difficult for [name removed]. He could walk all around as he wished and walk out into the courtyard. It felt safe.

I've been to Glassford Place at all times of the day and night; it's always clean. The staff treats the residents with the utmost respect. They get to know the names of each resident and treat each resident like family. They also get to know their likes and dislikes. My mother feels safe, which eleviates our worries that she's safe.

[name removed] and team at Solstice Senior Living are great. They are caring, watchful, and took good care of our mom. We worried about how Mom would adjust to having moved from out of state. She quickly adjusted to her large, updated apartment, as well as to daily life at Solstice. They paired her up with a “buddy” so that she would make friends and learn her way around easily. Mom adjusted quickly and enjoyed being there, and we liked visiting her. There was a good balance of activities to keep residents entertained, as well as enough free time. All the residents and staff are happy and kind. We recently had to move Mom, but we are so grateful for the good times and good friends she enjoyed while living at Solstice.

The Laurels has been great! The people are all very caring and family oriented. She has an alcove for her bed so it's perfect. They have a lot going on and more planned as the weather warms up.

Everyone there is super friendly and know all the residents by name. They are very attentive to new residents to make sure they know about all activities and are reminded of dining hours for each meal. We are very pleased with Discovery Village and each staff person we have had contact with and it has been many since my in-laws have moved in. It is clean and we would not hesitate to recommend Discovery Village to others. Maintenance is quick to fix issues. The facility is very well soundproofed because we have never heard sounds from others' rooms or my in-laws room and they have their TV very loud because of hearing loss. Very pleased with the attentiveness of staff.
