Beautiful place. [name removed] was wonderful. Great ladies on the PT department and head nurse wonderful. My mom only got to stay a month, because she did pass away but for the time there it was a great experience.

Great people, both staff and residents. Building could use some upkeep but all is clean.

The small size of the facility means staff get to know residents and makes for a warm, welcoming environment. That made the transition to assisted/independent living easier for my mother than it would have been in a larger, less personal facility. She enjoys the food, performances by local musicians, and exercise classes in particular.

All I know is My mom hates the food there. We are not sure if we would recommend the community to others. Some days she seems to love it. Some days all she does is complain.

I am very happy with the facility itself, the food , the care, and I think the staff are caring wonderful people. Administrative staff are receptive to questions and are readily accessible. I do think it is a bit difficult to connect with the activities, but some of that may be an unwillingness on the part of my mother to engage. She is on the personal care side and my Dad is on the memory care side. I feel he is getting excellent care.

Mother is in "Memory Care" so this is what I am rating. The other areas within the facility I would have given all 5's. We would recommend TerraBella Salisbury to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It had a friendly, family feel to it. The staff that visit the patients rooms (cleaning, med techs, physician assistant) are so friendly. My in-laws immediately felt at home. We were able to put up family pictures and mementos on the walls which made all the difference. We switched their PCP to the physician practice that comes to AP every Thursday and that has been tremendously beneficial. The PA visits every patient every Thursday to check in with them! We didn't even realize they had PT and OT come right to the rooms, that was an unexpected surprise. Negatives: Many of the activities listed on their activity calendar aren't actually "activities". For ex: "water your plants" or "call a friend" or watch football in your room." The billing hasn't been smooth but we're working through it.

We chose this facility because of the cleanliness, talking to other family members, help from administrators to facilitate move in. Requested paramedics when necessary, helped ensure proper diet before a medical procedure, helped with reminders to keep heart monitor on for 2 weeks.

Great facility. Food is excellent. Staff is very friendly. They always have some kind of activities for them to do. Room sizes are very nice and accommodating.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and there are services like OT and PT plus a Nurse Practitioner who is available depending on a persons insurance. There are 1and 2 bedroom apt's available. Options for sizes. 3 story building with w elevators. Lots of amenities like housekeeping, bistro, dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exercise room with equipment and daily classes. Silver Sneakers Program. Beauty Salon and PT office and therapists available for OT. Several games offered and Movie Nights with refreshments, a Bistro with food and weekly entertainment and no charge up to 10 miles for Dr's, Dentists and personal shopping outings. Also rides to restaurants and Jax Symphony,Theators plus a Lunch Bunch Outing every month to different restaurants.

El Dorado is my special place! The staff is awesome! There are more activities onsite and off that you can’t possibly do them all! Food is great, also. The residents are so friendly and warming to others and I cherish all the friends I have made. My apartment is the perfect size for me and I enjoy coming back to enjoy it at the end of busy day! It’s a joy and a blessing for me to live here!!

Very friendly. Always asked how everything is. Always found the answer to a question I might have. Good choice of rooms. Some spacious, some not as spacious which might be needed depending on the patient. House keeping and Cable available

This is a wonderful place. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The residents love it and my mother is thriving and making new friends.

The Executive Director is warm and fully approachable. The facility is pleasingly renovated and appears to have ongoing improvements.

The staff has been absolutely wonderful they treat my mother with such grace and respect . When you go visit it can be intimidating to find a place for your parents for me they made me feel welcome and loved from the get go . Her transition has been great she has made so many new friends she does the daily activities and absolutely loves to go get her hair done at the beauty shop . The building as a whole just feels like one big happy family .

I am much happier in The Conservatory. The Conservatory is beautiful, inside and out. Many choices for floor plans. Food is delicious with varied menu. There are many different exercise classes and card games, dominoes etc. to help residents be physically fit and mentally alert.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The residents were friendly and engaged in a variety of activities. The staff I met were professional and genuinely interested in learning about my mom and her needs. I was encouraged to learn of the long time service of many of the staff and the dedication they have to their residents. [name removed] listened to my hopes, wants, and needs specific to my mom. The facility is clean, bright, and airy. The common areas are comfortable and accommodating.

The menu's need a variety of choices. Plus change out the menus. We only see the same things over & over. It was the location that made me choose this one.

[name removed] is awesome. She walked me the viewing prior to bringing my mom in. At signing, she went over everything with my mom, making sure she understood. Unfortunately, mom only lasted a few months there, but my mom loved her some [name removed]. Please keep her on.

There were some issues at first - staff turnover and pharmacy they were using - but they have a new executive director and she has really turned things around.
