The staff are attentive and willing to help. Lots of activities to keep residents engaged. Food is okay but could use improvement. It's a great place for my sister.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everybody on staff from the front desk to the hands-on people that deal with my father, very friendly, very accommodating and very informative. When I needed information about transportation for the resident, I got immediate feedback along with a schedule and the form to fill out, I mean, it was overwhelmingly a great experience. Before my father moved in, they were very friendly, kind and responsive. After he moved in, they still remained very friendly responsive to request, kind and absolutely so accommodating. It is a lovely place to live and visit. They took very good care of my father I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to someone. They respond immediately whether it's by phone or by email. My father moved from the independent side to the assisted living side with no glitch, hiccup or problem. I cannot say enough about the staff and the administration at Heartlands Ellicott City. It is an amazing place for your elderly parent to live out the last days of their Life. My father had a lot of fun with the activities and the socialization, and the food was good and there was always plenty of it. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to move my father into Heartlands Ellicott City.

Everyone is very accommodating. Living room is very small, master ok for only one person, 2nd bedroom is tiny, closet space is much too small. Both bathrooms are bigger than they need to be. That space could have been used somewhere else. Could even add extra closets in bathrooms.

5 on every single category. My mom is so happy there. This facility goes above and beyond for their residents. The compassion and caring is far more than I would have expected. The facility is consistently always clean and bright and cheerful. She really does enjoy inviting her friends and old neighbors over for lunch in the dining room there.

My dad was only there for 4 nights before he died. They were really good about refunding some of the cost and helping deal with his passing. Everything went smooth and this is a facility I would definitely recommend to other families looking.

What we like the most about Aston Gardens is the security and the restaurant, is is real nice. The pool is heated and salty not chorine. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

had a little problem at the beginning receiving our bill breakdown but we love the staff and other residents at the forum, their goal is for their residents to be the healthiest and happiest they can be. yes, we would recommend The Forum at Park Lane to other families based on our experience

I I love it here. It is a lovely facility. Every need is covered. Lovely apartments, delicious meals, many activities to choose from. The Forum staff are so kind, and make every effort to help living here a pleasure. I am so grateful for you to recommend The Forum to me. Thank you!

The process went extremely well. The staff followed up with us immediately on questions and set up appointments right away. I appreciated that they did the research and only had us visit the best and affordable facilities.

I was at a complete loss trying to find an independent/assisted care facility for my parents, and A Place for Mom came to my rescue. Blossomvale has beautiful apartments that accommodate wheelchairs and overlook the courtyard with a putting green, gazebo and stunning landscape. The dining room is restaurant style with a made to order menu and a fresh breakfast or salad bar for every meal. My parents can’t rave enough how delicious the food is! They have an amazing staff who are always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. The activities calendar has multiple events every day, including off-site outings with shuttle service, which allows my parents to have fun and make lots of new friends! Every time I visit, I hear groups of laughter and chatter. Shuttle service is also included for medical appointments! My parents are so happy to be living at Blossomvale, and I can’t think of a better place for this transition from their previous home.

Overlook Green is a very nice place. The staff are very nice & take good care of my brother. Very clean & very friendly staff. Provides good meals & activities for residents. Really caring staff. Good place.

This has been a rough transition, and the staff and facility at Stoneridge have made it so much easier than it could have been! Staff are very attentive, communicative, and supportive of residents and family both.

Sales staff, front desk and even the financial office manager were so helpful in their attempt to get my parents settled and feeling a part of the community.

Somerford House is a wonderful place for any loved one. My mother was a resident for 1-1/2 years and she couldn’t have been at a better place. The whole staff is very caring and everyone is treated like they are part of a big family. There is a wide variety of activities available for all residents. They can choose their own meals and the staff puts an unusual amount of effort to make everyone happy. The nursing staff is very caring and diligent. They facility is very clean, safe and well maintained. I highly recommend Somerford House.

I was invited to the monthly free veterans breakfast. I have been three times. The staff is nice and the building looks great. I had chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard greens and a sweet potato pie. I will attend this event every month. The staff makes sure we are feed
