All of the staff do their jobs well in a timely manner. Staff and residents are super kind and friendly. And the charge for all of my expenses is very reasonable and affordable. Lastly, since I have lived here (since Halloween) the entire facility has been refurbished beautifully. I'm proud to live in such a great place.

This was a great experience! Facility neat and clean, meals were chef prepared and served restaurant style with cloth napkins. Staff very attentive and friendly. Only drawback was community bathrooms but after experiencing a few mishaps with my loved one, I think that's best or there would be a whole lot more for staff to worry about. My LO had very good care. It's a locked unit but they have a nice terrace, do outings during good weather and have planned activities throughout the day. The price is the least expensive in the area.

My mother-in-law has enjoyed most of the meals but not all of them. What we like the most about Woodbury Mews is that they are friendly and communicative - rooms are cleaned as advertised. Great location, close to highways, shopping and good lunch spots. Also cleanliness of dining room

Cleanliness and modern. Dinning room is very nice. My mother's apartment is also very nice and spacious. It is a wonderful place. Wouldn't want my mom any other place

I would say we have peace of mind knowing my mom is in a safe place. We also love the easy access she has to get her physical therapy. She also is able to attend religious services on site and has found a like minded community.

For our purposes of memory care, security was a big issue and they were always vigilant about that and it allowed us peace of mind for him! We were very pleased with everything about the facility.

People are friendly both residents and staff. The meals are good. Entertainment is good. It's a real nice place. Would like to know what the entertainment is in advance.

The staff looked after my mother in her final days as if she were their own beloved family member.

5 on each category. They were very welcoming and made all of us feel like family. The last 21 days of Mom's life, my younger sister, my daughter, and I, all stayed day and night with Mom. The residents thought we all lived there too. The staff were all so supportive and compassionate.

Smells clean. The staff is so friendly. Our cousin has needed to replace keys twice. No prob. She has forgotten to push the 10 am button. They were there to check on her. Physical therapy has been good. Food - my experience has been good. Our cousin has not complained. They offer nice activities. Christmas was beautiful. They have special dinners. I think they do a good job. Unfortunately it can be difficult to get all residents involved - some people just are stubborn. They keep trying though. Vale for the cost - for our family this is worth the money. Our relative has a cute apartment with lots of storage. She has a cleaning lady. Staff is available I think it's nice. If I were moving into a senior building I could live here comfortably

My mother was very apprehensive about moving away from a home she lived in for 50 years. But she has adjusted so well she calls me regularly and tells me how happy she is there. Her health has even improved and has a very positive outlook. She quickly made friends and enjoys the weekly sing alongs, which triggers some great memories she had with my Dad. I think her being able to bring her own furniture and decor helped make it more like home. She is thankful for the staff that helps her clean, and take out the garbage, as well as the nice gentleman that brings her her newspaper.

My mother moved into Brookdale in January 2024 and is doing great. My sister and I toured many places after her stroke. We met with the sale manager, walked outside and both said "yes" to each other. Walked back in and signed her up and are very glad we did. My mother comments on how friendly everyone is. I was impressed how quickly everyone knew her name. She was at her previous facility for six months and nobody knew who she was. They encourage my Mom to participate in the activities. They make sure she is eating, taking her medicine and assist her with all of her needs. My mother repeatedly states how nice everyone is to her. They go out of their way to help the families. I would definitely recommend Brookdale. It is giving me the piece of mind I definitely did not have before.

It is very helpful if you have loved ones or an advocate stop frequently to check on their resident. The room sizes are adequate but I would like to see more activities offered in the Memory Unit. The Independent Living side has more activities offered.

Helpfully staff they are working on more activities. Only issue but not really no health staff but it is not a nursing home. Proximity to shopping good. Gym nice.

Family, that is what we are like! One big family. If you come check it out you would enjoy it. Verbally when you come in to look things over as a new newbie, they will tell you apartment sizes and amenities, of course are always listed on a notices that we get telling us daily and they also have a monthly to show us what's activities trips or whatever.

The friendliness was amazing. They could be a little more professional with their presentation to new clients. It's a little informal. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families I think it's a good choice for the money!

I would just have loved to have known what the application process entailed ahead of time because they only gave us a few days to compile all the records they ask for & some of that required a doctor’s appointment for signatures, etc. The studio is nice and big enough for his living room area & queen bed behind it.

The staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming to new people. From the front door you are met with a beautiful environment and warm reception area. Administration is always available if I have any questions or concerns.

What we like the most about Azalea Park is the overall friendliness and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
