We chose this community because they had a special place for people who have dementia. The people at the front were very friendly and helpful. They had something going on all the time at this community. The room sizes were spacious. The food was very good, they had a lot of variety. My wife had dementia and if they didn't have certain types of food that she liked, then they would get it for her. I would definitely recommend Garden House.

This community is mostly independent living, but care services are good. They have bingo, chair exercises, they do chair badminton with balloons. They have games, as well as arts and crafts. The food is great, they have a lot of different options for the residents. This community has a good dining hall, overall layout is great. They don't have any noise complaints. Something that really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff.

I am a single widow of 5 years and have lived in this community for approximately 4+ years. Being familiar with their facilities due to my past working etc. experience I have no problem in giving it 100% It is well maintained by an excellent premise. I have lived at 3/4 such other facilities in Dallas, Texas, and will note this is the best! - Registered Dietician

Whiterock Ct. is a great location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When not in quarantine, we had lots of outside entertainment. Plenty of activities if you care to participate!

My friend has lived in White Rock for many years. She has always had very positive comments about this retirement home. She considered it her home. I have always been treated very respectful while visiting and carrying for my friend. Ths staff is very helpful.

Our staff have done a fantastic job this year protecting us all from the Covid-19. No staff or residents have gotten the virus. It's a hard year for everyone in the world and I feel I'm in the best place I could be at this time in my life. I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a really good experience with them. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a lot of activity. We chose this community because it was just a really nice facility, it was very safe, the grounds were really nice and they had courtyards and plenty of room to walk. They had church services, both non denominational and a separate Catholic service every week. The food was pretty good with a variety. The also have an in house ice cream parlor. I would recommend this community to other families.

I can't say enough good things about the conscientious and professional staff at Sagebrook. My sister needs 24/7 care and in the middle of this pandemic she became a Sagebrook resident. The intake was incredibly smooth and the staff has kept me apprised of her condition throughout. They reach out if she needs something or when they have concerns or questions. It has been such a relief knowing that my sister is safe and has excellent care. I could not be more pleased.

Care services are excellent, activities are excellent as all. They have great activities such as movie night, bingo, church services. They even have a hair dresser that comes in every once in awhile. This community also has a bus driver that will take them to the store occasionally, or during the holiday like Christmas they may go look at Christmas lights. The food goes back and forth from being good to bad. My mom has a one bedroom with a walk in closet, a walk in shower, she has a stove as well as a refrigerator. She has plenty of room! This community also has doctor that does house calls, as well as PT and OT's who are on sight. They also have a front desk person who is constantly there which makes us feel more secure.

Living at the Hampshire has been the best for my father in so many ways. He has felt all of the benefits of independence while living in a community setting. He has time to live his life without the daily struggles of housekeeping or maintenance. His meals are well prepared and served on a regular schedule. So much of the operational structures the Hampshire has in place, has helped my father to remain independent well into his ninteys. The staff and management are friendly and helpful because they care about the Hampshire residence and their loved ones.

We chose this community because of the Montessori program, it was recommended by a neighbor. We also chose it for the cost. The food is excellent, they have a good variety for the residents. They got a new chef right before COVID and her food is great. Our favorite part of the facility is the heart of the caregivers, they love all of their residents and are very patient. They are also a smaller community so the residents are more individualized.

We chose this community over others because it just felt right. Our favorite part about the community is that our dad is happy. The room sizes are decent sized, our dad is in a shared room right now but they each have their own separate bedrooms. We had room for all of his stuff and then some. Dad also loves the food.

My parents love it here. They have lived there for about a year. They are very cost-effective. They offer lots of services; laundry, housekeeping, personal care. The staff is very accessible. Everyone knows everyone. We had entertainment come in for my parent's 70th anniversary.

It is a nice,clean, affordable place in a really convenient location. I chose this community for the location and the very high value. I would absolutely recommend the community to other families. Everyone seems very friendly, nice and they seem to be accommodating. My loved one doesn't not like food because the quality of food has gone down since COVID.
