Holiday did not get much time to get started here. They took over Nov. 2019 and in Jan. we received a gift from China! The management and workers have found a great job keeping us fed and away from the virus! We know when the virus is gone things will get much better here and for this reason, I give a "great."

I am so thankful that I got Senior Lifestyle Coordinator, [name removed] on my first phone call, she is the best and helped me through this whole process. I love this community and all it has to offer. I am very happy with my apartment and view!

They have kept my mom safe during this pandemic.

My husband and I lived here at Grasslands 2 years ago. When my husband's health improved we moved to a large independent living group of apartments. This year, we realized that Grasslands was what we wanted. We love this place! [names removed] are fabulous managers! We're here today!

Like it here. Good management. Good food. They listen to my concerns.

There is a nice selection of activities, but my loved one doesn't participate in them. The activities included baking, bingo, movies, and taking them to stores for shopping. They even had hallway games. This community is very well run place. My loved one is very happy there and has received excellent care from the community. They do allow smoking on the premises which makes my loved one very happy. They are very strict on smoking outside only.

COVID cannot stop Belleair Towers from providing quality care. Management seems to really care about us and has gone out of their way to take care of our needs and assure us during these scary times. The meals and activities are the best they can be under the circumstances. I look forward to getting back to normal, but in the meantime I know I'm safe and well taken care of.

The staff are friendly and responsive. If there is an issue, they call me. I am pretty happy with them. They are very receptive and I am completely satisfied. My parents like the food and they offer menu options at most meals. I would recommend this community to other families and I have.

They had plenty of activities, my mom just didn't take advantage of them. I would tell my friends that it was a wonderful facility. The staff smiled, and it was the first thing I noticed. The chef was a wonderful guy. It was a great place. If I had to end up in assisted living I would want to go somewhere like Oakleaf Village.

The entire staff at White Rock Court are extremely kind and supportive of their residents and family members.

My mother got sick and she passed in June. My mom was always so great. She was 97 and I was a nervous wreck when I placed her there , and eventually it was perfect from the first week on. The woman, [name removed], who ran the memory care unit was wonderful. They even had virtual visits during COVID. I ordered her a TV and the staff placed it in her room. I felt they really did a good job with providing company with staff, since we weren't allowed in. The staff was very loving.

We chose this community because they were close to home so it is easy to get back and forth. They also had a much better price than other places we had looked into. The rooms are good size. I have eaten here and the food is excellent, everyday they have 2-3 choices. They serve restaurant style and it tastes like good home cooked food. My favorite part about this community has been the fact that everybody knows my parents name, it makes them feel more at home. I would recommend Hidden Meadows on the Ridge.

The staff is a 10 out of 10 on friendliness, care services are not applicable. They had bingo, entertainment come in every Saturday. During the entertainment they would have cocktails for the residents. They went out sometimes to the super market. The food there is great. The rooms are perfect, the layout is great. They have a lake out front that you can walk around.

The Sheridan community had games for the residents play. With my dad being a little picky with food, it was always an issue for him. Nothing really met his expectations. The main reason we chose this community is the overall layout. the rooms were great in size, they were properly set up. The dinning room was in a great area as well

We chose Riverplace because it is closer to my residence. It is also very pretty outside. [name removed] the district manager was awesome. He was making sure they could do what they could to make my grandpa happy. The room sizes are a little small, but they do offer bigger room sizes if you pay more. His room is the right size for one person. I have eaten here, the food was great. If you didn't want what was on the menu you could ask for something else. My favorite part about this community would be how comfortable it is, it makes me feel good about having my grandpa here and gives me peace of mind.

Most especially during COVID, I feel they are most exceptional and they doing everything that to protect their residents. With COVID, the residents have being eating in their apartment as the the meals are delivered. The food is nutritional and actually good which is why I said that they are exceptional. I would recommend this community to other families. I looked at several others, but i think that they offer value for the money there. I do think that could do a little more of recreational activities though.

My mom is on a level one care so she doesn't need much care, but what she does receive is great! The food is okay, they do their best to accommodate to everyone. This is a smaller facility, so it is very easy to get around. it has an inner courtyard which is amazing, it doesn't feel like an institution or closed in apartment. The location is great, its very close to our family, the reputation of Benton House is really good. All the residents seem to love this place.

My mom has met so many wonderful friends at Independence Village! We are very thankful that a community like this exists.
