The food was good for the residents. My favorite part about the community is the staff, when I needed help, they helped me in multiple ways. They were not as strict and it made it easier for me to deal with. I would recommend Pheasant Ridge Senior Living.

Granville is very expensive, they always added money onto your fees. Always nickle and dimed everything. We had no problem with the community or the staff there, just way to expensive. Besides the money everything was fabulous. But we would never recommend this place to a family or friend. They rob you.

For the 20 years I have worked in senior living, this has been the most trying time. Quality management literally has been the difference between life and death. [name removed] and her staff have shown tremendous wisdom and compassion throughout the process. Protected seniors from virus concerns run in direct contrast to providing an enriching quality of life, but [name removed] has been thoughtful and strategic in maintaining each residents wellness while keeping them safe in the most challenging of time. The care and positive culture all the staff has demonstrated here have not gone unnoticed.
