A shout out to [name removed] who has been incredible in sharing information on my brother, [name removed]. She has shown caring, professionalism, humor, and understanding. I am impressed with Woodland Village, and have been since my first visit. I am in awe of the caretakers, staff, and I applaud all who are in this field...the ones who do it with compassion. A seriously underpaid profession as most of our essential service workers are...

Before COVID, the food was excellent, after it declined. Not having to shop, cook or wash dishes is the best part about living in this community. I also enjoy the activities that are provided. It is budget friendly and the friendliness of the staff is great. I also enjoy my studio room size.

The staff at Camelot has excelled beyond "just their careers" for about 16 years with our family. First with both Mom and Dad. And now with Dad. [name removed] truly has a heart for the elderly and has helped our family beyond what we could have hoped.

Would rate this place a 10 out of 10. It is a remarkable community, the food is great, they have a full size pool. And make fresh cookies, and fresh fruit, and fresh lemonade everyday. The location is absolutely amazing, its breathtaking. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They have great activities, such as bingo, they celebrate veterans day and birthdays. They have a happy hour once a week! They have church service. Its absolutely remarkable.

[name removed] & her crew are kind& friendly. They help however they can. They have remained upbeat & flexible through the pandemic - navigating & communicating the changes well ! My mom is very happy there (more than a decade now). I’m happy & trust them!

[name removed], AP Manager, does an outstanding job in motivating his staff and it shows every day. In the wake of Covid-19, the employees are well trained and ever mindful to keep the residents safe!

The staff at butterfield are fantastic! They show concern , care , and compassion . It is always a positive experience every time we visit butterfield. We consider many of the staff at butterfield our friends and love the care they show our mom! Thank you ! Thank you ! You’re the best!??

The staff at Silver Arrow have been absolutely Fabulous to my mom. They have made sure she is well taken care of. Covid has been hard on us all but, the staff have went above and beyond. Thank you and you are so very appreciated.

Woodlands, under the direction of [name removed] & every member of her team, has always been a facility that focuses on the safety & well-being of every resident. Now, under the added stressors of the COVID19 crisis, all the staff has stepped up above the highest expectations to further protect their residents. As a family member, I am confident in Woodlands’ policies & in the capabilities of the administrators & staff. I am pleased to hear communications & updates on a daily basis, always including contact information if I want to ask questions. I want to thank everyone at Woodlands. Keep up the good work.

The new manager is great so FAR! For the first time, I received an email of what was happening with my Mom and where she is living. She likes living there. The only complaint I really have is I would like to see the cleaning of the apartments to be a bit better, especially, the bathrooms.

My mother loves it there and refuses to move anywhere else. She has made lots of friends and usually keeps busy. Thanks to all who have given her care during this terrible virus time

I really feel good, with the staff taking care of this unusual situation, putting the residents safety first. As difficult as it is to not be able to visit as often or as I would like, I can be sure my mom, [name removed], is well cared for. Her spirits are better than mine ! We love Silver Arrow Estates!!! It’s made such a difference for my family. The staff is so amazing, kind, patient, and work so hard to make sure the people that live there are well cared for. I can’t say enough nice things about Silver Arrow Estates. [name removed], the manager, brings a smile to everyone’s face he’s always so happy. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to help out. The food is great too!! A great place to live. It’s beautiful there too. Residents are very friendly. Just love the place!

Many thanks to your entire team! You have taken such great care of the residents through this COVID mess. My parents feel safe and cared for. The loneliness of stayIng in their apartment is lessened by always being able to talk with [names removed]. All of your team have displayed great leadership and compassion, as well as being a “friend”. You should be very proud. I also would like to recognize [name removed]. My Mom has mentioned several times that [name removed] is so nice and does such a great job cleaning their apartment. And my Mom is pretty picky!

Lovely campus with mature landscaping and a pond. My Mom enjoys feeding the ducks! The staff are professional and friendly.

For nearly 14 years Mom has been a resident there, plus the year that I was a resident. We have had many great times there at Whispering Oaks, and look forward to many more. Thanks to all the staff, past and present for their care and commitment.
