This is a great place for the right person. This is a low-key and nurturing environment. The staff is extremely receptive and helpful. The staff has been right on any requests we have made. The medical care is amazing. Due to COVID they have created a grandparent parade. If you want to attend you schedule with the community and then go through their "U" shape driveway, and go through as many times as you want. They even have hallway karoke for the residents. This is a smaller community and homey environment.

My aunt loves it here! She has a lot of friends/neighbors and they play games, exercise, and go on outings. All the employees are VERY nice and know everyone by name. You can tell they really care about the residents.

My parents live here and love it. It has a real "home town" feel. The staff are wonderful and you can tell they really care. The food and activities are great. We couldn't have found a better community for our parents.

We love Spring Mill community, the staff members are very good to my mom. It is a little more pricier then some of the other places we looked at, but you get what you pay for. My mother in law went to this community for rehab after her surgery, and we did feel like she was rushed out of there. When we went to pick her up, she was already moved out of her room and sitting in the lobby waiting for us. The staff members did keep my mom pretty busy with activities. They would bring in entertainment groups to play the piano, they had movie nights, bingo, cooking classes, as well as exercise classes My mother loved the food they served, however my mother in law was diabetic, and for the residents who are diabetic there was not a separate menu for them.

My mom [name removed] lives at The Park-Oak Grove. She loves the activities. She goes to exercise, and walks the halls for exercise. She is very happy at The Park. We recommend The Park-Oak Grove to any of your love ones.

My mom lived at The Park-Oak Grove for 2 years. She was 99 when she moved in. She had a very nice one bedroom with lots of closet space. She had made friends, liked the food and enjoyed her view from her balcony. I would recommend The Park to any one who has loved ones who need assisted living.

My mom lived at The Park-Oak Grove for 4 years. She could be very difficult however the staff was so nice to her and she was very happy. She liked the activities and the food that The Park-Oak Grove had. She enjoyed her spacious studio apartment. I recommend The Park-Oak Grove for any of your love ones.

My mom was at The Park-Oak Grove and we were so please by the way the staff and residents were so friendly. She had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment and she was very happy. She liked the food very much. The building was a little dated however very clean.

I writing to let you all know that my mom is at The Park-Oak Grove. She has been treated wonderful. The staff are very good to her. She gets wonderful care and she likes the food. They always have choices because she does not like chicken.

This might be a good option for my Dad. I like the idea of individual apartments and courtyard. They are allowing 30 min visits with family on their porch. They don't currently have any open beds, but the receptionist directed me to their sister companies through the parent company, Enlivant. Their are openings at the sister homes in the Phoenix area.

Very Good -staff are good at their jobs. Very friendly and helpful. [name removed] is an excellent leader, very caring with personal problems of members. Does a good job with management, schedules and activities. Good Job!

Spending my remaining years here in this Community was the best decision I could ever have made. My kitty, "Neva" and I have made many new, good friends and we are very happily enjoying all the ammenities offered - from in-house Therapy to Crafts and (of course) the Parties. And the food? .. m-m-m, can't be beat! AND we have a wonderful Staff! We are SO happy, happy, happy..... ......Thanx to all.

Managers are always helpful in meeting my needs with a smile and "hello." To have a menu helps to choose good food and drinks and snacks. The young people who deliver them, very pleasant. They even remember my wants. My room, bathroom, "kitchen" cleaned regularly along with towels and sheets also with a smile. All of this makes for a very pleasant stay. Beautiful flowers and trees. What really stood out to us first was that it was a smaller community with private rooms. The food is fantastic and the chef is great, they are very accommodating to each resident. Would recommend this community to a family or friend.
